I really liked the hotel. Firstly, it is in the very center and easy to find. Although it is lively there, but when you come for a couple of days to get to know the city for the first time, this is only a plus! The furniture in the room is a little tired and the cleaning could have been better, but for your money everything was on the level. Breakfasts are included in the price and this is rather just a cool bonus - they are of the same type, but hearty and delicious. The administrator is super, I have repeatedly gone down to him with a million questions about the city, transport, money, etc. and received polite detailed answers in normal English for everything. For a short stay in the city, I definitely recommend this hotel! Trabzon fell in love at first sight, I will come again!

The price is too high, the quality of services is underestimated. The hotel is very tired. The only advantage is the location. There was no breakfast at all, not even the simplest cheap one, there were no sausages or eggs. It's a little noisy from the window. The staff is not very welcoming. We arrived late in the evening, very hungry, and asked to use the kitchen to warm up the food we had bought and drink tea, but we were refused.

It'll do for one night. They put us in a quadruple room (there are two of us) on the third attempt - the first room was still occupied, they just broke into people, the second - the key didn't work. Everything in the room is old, as if the linen hadn't been changed in months.
Pros - the guy put the car himself somewhere, they fed him in the morning. Well, the hotel is located right in the center. There is somewhere nearby to walk.

From the good: clean linen, good-natured receptionist and the price !
Otherwise: the hotel is old, it has not been renovated for a very long time, the mattress is crooked, the windows are not sealed, there is no sound insulation. The hotel is located at a transport interchange and it's hard to fall asleep there, believe me.

The hotel is beautiful inside, but located in a very busy place. There is parking for 1 car in front of it, where someone constantly drives \ turns around. They didn't dare to stop.
It is possible with animals.
