Whoever designed this bridge wanted to injure as many people as possible (not biased, maybe a good designer).
Whoever built it closed his eyes for a monetary reward. The PO was given, well, be it as it is (not biased, maybe a good developer).
But it is not possible to move around it, from the word at all:
1. As moms lift strollers, people help to move if moms don't have male help at the moment.
2. How old people cross it, holding on to the railing. It's one thing to go up, but to go down only with the help of someone.
3. Cyclists trying to take this height from acceleration, but failing.
Even for children, it is a life and death attraction. Sharp barriers on the railing and smash your head into one or two.

Everything is written correctly! A creepy bridge to cross)) but the spiders that occupied his railing also add to the horror. There are hundreds of them! As they say, take care of children, and if the dislike of spiders goes off scale, or even you suffer from arachnophobia, you definitely avoid it!
Because of the backlight, insects flock to the railing in clouds, and there they are waiting for nets)
So the bridge is not rusty, it is Spidery.
