You buy a huge market of fresh seafood right away and cook right away. We bought 1 large Lobster, 1 large perch and 12 pieces of king prawns, it cost us 850 baht and another 275 baht to prepare. The freshness of the product, the delicate taste covers all costs - I definitely recommend it.
