Nice hotel. Cosy. Quiet. Polite and smiling staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. Air conditioners. There is a restaurant upstairs, the breakfasts are delicious, there is always a plate of fruit for breakfast and the fresh fruit is just squeezed. You can choose dishes from the menu, for money, they cook very tasty.There is a swimming pool at the entrance to the hotel, clean. The guard at the gate.

The hotel is 3+, not 4 stars.
The standard room is nice, spacious, with a balcony, which is convenient, I liked it. The building is relatively fresh.
The breakfast buffet is varied, lots of fruits. Coffee bags.
Every day I had to call the reception to remind them to bring water and so on, although they themselves have to do it without a call.
The staff is friendly!
The ocean is nearby! It takes a few minutes to walk from the hotel. There are no sun beds and umbrellas, because the territory of the coast is municipal and it is not allowed to put it there. But others have it all nearby.hotels, you can use.
Garbage is thrown out by waves from the ocean, but it is often collected.
There are many cafes and restaurants where you can find delicious shrimp, squid, but lobsters are not alive, frozen. They need to be cooked when they are still alive. There are minimarkets where you can buy what you need.
The only drawback is that it takes a long time to get to the interesting places of the tour. Drive from 2-3 hours to 5 hours.
Not far from Negombo, you can see the markets by riding a tuk tuk.

I had a rest in 2024 in early March. The room was cleaned every other day, the bed was changed after 4 days, detergents, tea, coffee, sugar were reported every day. I took breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was a buffet for 3 days, then the waiters started bringing it themselves, all the breakfasts are the same, but I had enough before dinner. Every time I asked the waiter for a boom. napkins and toothpicks. None of the staff knows either Russian or English, which made it difficult to solve issues, for example, to ask for an iron. It turned out to be conversations between a deaf-mute and a blind man. Wi-Fi is free, but it was very weak. Therefore, it is better to immediately buy a Dialog SIM card at the airport. By the way, money can also be changed at the airport.
