The apart-hotel is located in one of the buildings of the house, which was planned as a residential building. Therefore, you will have to live not in standard rooms, but in apartments. The layout is spacious, we lived in 1+1. The hotel is located 350 m from the sea and almost in the city center. There are a dozen at the bottom (I'm not exaggerating!) coffee shops in the building and opposite. The view from the room is not directly on the sea, but from the side, but the sea is visible. Of the minuses, the Wi-Fi is disgusting, the rooms are not cleaned, and the most unpleasant thing is that it stinks from the shower drain. The administration solved the issue by shyly covering the drain with a mat, but this does not save the situation too much

This is a great hotel. Large apartments. The view is gorgeous. Everything is new. We took a 2-room room. There is air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom, but there is enough. We were in the heat. Everything is nearby - shops, cafes Aktau is super!
