I really liked it! A very cozy house, very good owners, a very beautiful garden, there are gazebos where you can relax and chat. Good atmosphere. The room has air conditioning and a large bed, a very comfortable kitchen, everything is there. I'm going to come back next year, I'll go to Dmitry with all my friends. I advise everyone, you will not regret it. I had a rest from 09/20/2024 to25.09.2024.

We had a rest this year in this guest house. Shops are nearby, the sea is the same... But there would be more tables in the courtyard. There are 6 rooms on the second floor! (the first floor is also) 2-3-4 local, in the evening there is simply nowhere to sit, the gazebo is alone, it is always practically occupied, tables near the kitchen cannot be occupied, because people have dinner, cook, drink tea, etc. it remains to sit in the room or go to a bench somewhere. Where there is a barbecue, I think there is an opportunity to put 2-3 small tables so that people can relax in the evenings (people are all different, you don't always want to sit at the same table with strangers). And so everything is super)

We rested in the periud from 07/02/2024 to 07/11/2024. I liked almost everything. I'm taking off the star now with a creaking door and I didn't have enough extra sink, since there was only a shower and toilet for 2 rooms. The sink was a little far away. All within walking distance of canteen shops, supermarkets. The sea is not cut off for 5-6 minutes. Dmitry himself conducts excellent excursions without bringing in intrusive wine and honey tastings. He asks for a hundred of us, and can also sign up for Jipping and boat trips without leaving the guest house. The maid Ella is very friendly and helpful. You feel at home in this house. I recommend it to everyone. The room has air conditioning, TV. Parking is convenient

Hello! We lived in this hotel from 07/03-23.- 07/23.23. We booked a 3-bed room in two months: two beds, double and single beds, refrigerator, TV, table, chair, wardrobe, wall mirror, air conditioning, mosquito net on the window, carpet floor. All the equipment in the room was in good working order.
Two showers and a toilet on the floor. Although they are common, there was no such thing that you had to wait for a long time or constantly. Initially, when I booked, I wanted to take a room with amenities, but there were no available ones. And there are such in the hotel.
I liked the hotel, all in greenery, in flowers, clean and beautiful. Ella watches over cleanliness and order, she also prepares rooms for guests, a helpful, kind, responsive assistant hostess.
The territory is not small, there is a gazebo where you can sit in the evening.
Next to the gazebo there is a barbecue in which shish kebab was cooked.
The parking lot is spacious, guarded, there are cameras.
For those who want to cook, there is a kitchen with all necessary utensils,
There is a bicycle rental, I also saw a scooter and a baby stroller.
The hotel is located in a convenient location.
Within walking distance of any shops, both grocery and household, shopping tents, many canteens, cafes, snack bars, pharmacies and much more, everything is nearby, very convenient.
The sea is a five-minute walk from the hotel. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid, 200 rubles each.each, two sun beds and an umbrella = 600 rubles.
Uncle Arkady is in charge of everything, he keeps a record, if you want to go out for lunch, then you don't have to worry, your beds won't be occupied, Arkady will take care of it.
We were in Abkhazia for the first time, we liked it. The hotel, the nature is gorgeous, the air, the sun, the sea, and even for three weeks.
Excursions with Dmitry Klaass, how great we had a ride, he told me everything, showed me, better than any guide. If necessary, I took pictures, no crowds or unnecessary stops for you — wine tastings, and honey, etc. We came from the tour happy, well-fed, satisfied and impressed.
Everyone who went with Dmitry was satisfied. And the prices are not expensive. I recommend it!
Two days before departure, I bought chacha and five liters of wine from Dmitry. Dmitry's father is engaged in the production of homemade alcoholic beverages.
And I was worried about how I would get across the border, but everything went well, they didn't even ask. So you can safely buy.

Everything is very ambiguous. First, about the guest house. There are advantages there, and there are many of them. A very good maid. I think her name is Ella. She's from Volgograd. Thank you so much to her! Thanks to her, everything in this guest house is kept. The owner is Russian, and this is a very big plus. The first line from the sea, though near the road. Everything is nearby. There's a great dining room across the street. Not a bad beach is a 5-minute walk away. Lots of shops on the way to the beach. This is where the advantages end. Now about the sad part. Who is from Moscow, I strongly advise you not to go to Abkhazia. Muscovites have been abroad, you won't like it here. The contingent is not the same. A lot of "Tagil". The level is not the same. Rudeness and redneckness are held in high esteem here. Moscow is simply hated here. They think that we collect money with a shovel on the street. Abkhazia is not worth the money. Turkey is better. It is about the hotel. It just infuriated me that there was one toilet for 4 rooms. And there are 4 people in each room. I'm used to having my own toilet in every room. Duru and I went to Abkhazia as savages. We've been looking for a room for a couple of nights. They didn't find it. Local hoteliers are not interested in less than 5 nights. We knocked on this guest house, and thank God we were accepted. But for 5 days, like everywhere else. It's good that it's not expensive. 2600 days. In other places, they asked for 4,500 a day. Now about the bad stuff. Do not take wine in this place. He's a wild disorder, and the toilet is always busy. The lights are constantly turned off. And with it air conditioners, and water. The father of the hotel owner was very infuriating. He constantly came in an armored Niva. The field is decommissioned, from under the collectors. He put it across the yard, which was very annoying. If you talk about the hotel in general, it's a good one. But the level is "Scoop". Tagil will like it here. I strongly advise people who have been abroad not to.

I don't know why travelers praised this place so much. The only plus is that there is a sea nearby and many shops and friendly hosts. The hotel itself leaves much to be desired. The rooms are small, in the toilet, sitting on the toilet, you rest your head against the door. Somehow they got used to the fact that they already give out soap and soap accessories. There is nothing of this here. There's only one towel. It is not clear what they are wiping, face or ass... Frequent power outages, therefore, respectively, with water. In 10 days, the electricity was cut off 3 times. There are tables for meals on the territory, but some vacationers, having taken on their chests, stayed up and gundoed almost half the night. As I understand it, there are no regulations on the regime on the territory. You know, when you get up early, it's kind of annoying.

The best place I've been is the second time in this guest house and I'll be back there again. I'm not even considering other options. The place is beautiful, everything is nearby, and the house is already like home. The owner Dima is very courteous, friendly, kind, will advise and conduct any tour. I stayed from August 31st to September 7th. Initially, I did not plan to be in Gagra for more than 2 days, but after meeting Dmitry (the owner of the house) and learning all the nuances of a vacation on the Abkhazian coast, I realized that I was in the right place.
I was in Abkhazia for the first time, I went without expectations and was pleasantly surprised by how I was greeted and helped with excursions/transfers.
In general, this review is no longer about the place, but about Dmitry, who turned out to be a cool guide and organized individual tours, which you will not find in any excursion offer.
Besides, Dmitry is just a very pleasant and caring person.
It is not surprising that those whom I met in the house came for the second 2-3-4 time to visit Dmitry)

The owners respond quickly to all requests. Shared bathroom, but clean. Of the minuses: the wifi in the room is bad and the TV is bad. There are generally very good living conditions for Abkhazia.
