The au was held today. As everyone knows, people come to the AU without delay, and in general, everything goes pretty fast. Therefore, the time of setting the table and serving hot is of great importance. I deliberately focused on this several times. Unfortunately, the restaurant administration let me down. The guests sat down at an almost empty table, I was extremely embarrassed. Some of the guests did not wait for beshbarmak and dispersed, because the hot stuff was brought out an hour late from the appointed time. The tea was also delayed, as if cows were being milked for him.
They promised two waiters for 40 people. In fact, no one served the guests. We put everything on ourselves, and the waiters worked only to take out the dishes.
Although the dishes themselves are delicious, the service and timing were very disappointing. Administrator Zhainagul, seeing our dissatisfaction, did not come up to explain herself. Although we said goodbye and left the hall for quite a long time - about 40 minutes.
Of course, we won't be coming back!
And I don't recommend it to you!

Halal restaurant of 5 stars. The situation is very good. All floors are cozy. The menu is excellent and varied. There is a terrace, which is very commendable. We wish prosperity to the restaurant.
