Cozy territory, free Parking, clean sea nearby, empty beach, cafe. There is a shared kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. The gazebos are secluded. The houses, of course, are somewhat worn out, but the price-quality ratio is excellent. The small disadvantages are the audibility in the rooms and the furniture is creaky. Air conditioning, boiler, wi-fi, shower room. Linen, towels are fresh and clean. Hair dryer. There are no hygiene supplies except toilet paper and liquid hand soap. The owner is attentive, responsive, always in touch. There are no shops nearby, only 15 minutes on foot on the highway. It takes 15 minutes to get to New Athos by car, 20-30 minutes to Sukhum.
