But two days before departure, VANOSa treacherously shot himself, in sadness he called the RTl service, as expected, everything is clogged and they cannot accept. But here you need to understand, people wanted to hand over all the cars that were already under repair before the end of the working week, as everyone was going out for the New Year holidays. And on the whole, the refusal was reasonable. I called a bunch of services and heard the same thing. Then he called again and, as they say, tearfully asked, "please help the guys, you are my only hope to get to my 3-year-old son for a holiday," because at that age they believe in miracles. And God bless them, they said, "bring it tomorrow," Brought the car in a tow truck, left it. I call after lunch and they tell me, "your car hasn't been started yet, we'll finish the previous one and take care of yours." For a moment I thought they wouldn't have time to repair it before the weekend, because at that time no one knew what the real problem was. The next day, they call me from the service and say "bring spare parts". I try to find everything in a hurry, but since it was already evening, not everything could be found. Roma and Shavket found Vanos and the rest of the missing parts for me. They call the next day around 4 p.m. and say, "the car is ready, everything has been checked, everything is working." I happily got into a taxi and went to pick up my car. I really like the service, they always do it quickly and there are no friends or strangers there, everything is in the order of the queue. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart, you really helped me out a lot.
