Great store! I often go there to buy flowers at home. There is always plenty to choose from, the assortment of roses is simply huge, of any color and size. Girls will always advise you how to take better care of flowers, tell you what is better. I always notice a large number of ready-made bouquets in the window, there are often interesting exotic flowers, I don't even know all the names)) Well, it's very nice that now I have a regular customer discount, which is good news.

On February 14th, my husband gave me bush roses from this store, and they had all wilted in the morning. The roses were wrapped in paper for transportation and could not spoil in a 2-minute walk to the house. When they were brought in, they were immediately trimmed and put in cold water. When my husband asked the seller how long it would take, they answered for 2 weeks. Of course, no one waited 2 weeks, but to give such unreliable information…The management's response to this situation is a 10% discount on the next order. I haven't seen such horror for a long time.

Not long ago, the rose bel store opened on Golodeda , 15. On March 8, my husband and son visited this store. They bought 51 roses there"(there were 50 roses in the bouquet), they also congratulated three girls who worked there and collected a bouquet. There was no workload in this store. There were three sellers and a husband with a child. The store's management can see everything from the surveillance video cameras. The next day, I went to the store to tell Anna, for her irresponsibility and negligence, for spoiling the holiday...... I was even more outraged by Anna's attitude when I told her that you had ruined the holiday, and you were standing and smiling, to which she replied that smiling was my job, and if it turned out that way, then it was the human factor. I've been buying flowers in your shops for a long time, BUT NOW I'M NOT GOING THERE. I do not know what kind and how you recruit staff, but I have not seen such disrespect for the customer, although my husband left 254 rubles in your store. The roses withered on the 5th day .The management has a big disadvantage when choosing staff.

In general, everything is as always. The flowers wither the next day. I don't know how they stand in stores, either on antibiotics or frozen. I have been a regular customer for many years, but now flowers are always at 0. I have already taken them there more than once, due to the sometimes convenient location of the store, but flowers are always a hat.
I do not advise anyone, mark my words (I would not like to). I am writing a comment based on real experience. It is better to take flowers from other stores.
