Two days ago I bought flowers in this store for a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the huge assortment and choice of flowers, not only roses, a lot of different exotics, chrysanthemums, and now winter compositions from the Christmas tree have appeared! A bouquet of roses was collected for us, I would like to say thank you to the wonderful florist girls - I was satisfied with both the bouquet and the service . They listened very carefully to my preferences, picked up flowers and chose the color of the paper for packaging! Thank you very much, we will definitely come back!

On February 8, 15 Miss Piggy roses were bought in your store in the evening, on February 9 in the morning I threw out 4 wilted ones, on February 10 there were only 7 flowers left alive, and they are like rags, by tomorrow there won't even be one left. Dear florists, please don't sell such tired flowers. At least two of the flowers had their petals peeled off so that they looked like a closed bud, and some of the petals had brown spots. Of course, I understand that you need to sell the product, but it's a shame when the flowers cost 1.5 days. And it is not necessary to say that it is winter, not the season, heating, poor conditions, etc. From the rose.bel (other stores, not yours) I had flowers in different seasons, in different weather, and stood for at least a week. 1.5 days is abnormal and very unpleasant

The atmosphere in the store is very cozy, the staff is very polite and courteous
But there is one thing, the quality of the flowers leaves much to be desired (a lot of wilted leaves, which in turn the florists do not tear off, and the flowers are not the freshest), for the prices they cost, not very much compared to other stores. You can find it cheaper and the flowers will look better, and they will stay longer)
I don't recommend taking it here, but if there is no choice and you need to take it before 10 am, then you will have to take it)

On my Birthday, the guy ordered 151 roses (took them on 08/27) to date (30.08) 118 roses turned out to be rotten. There have been a lot of bad reviews about Rosa Bel's reputation lately, but to go down like that…
This is not my first bouquet of roses in my life, and even if you do nothing with them for these three days, they could not rot so quickly.
On the second day, the smell of rot was already coming from the bouquet, the conclusion is one, the buds were already bad when they collected the bouquet.
At the expense of myself, I did everything as it should be, pruned, let me swim, changed the water, bought special powders for flowers so that they stood longer.
There were cobwebs on some of the buds besides the rot…
You pick up some flowers and they just fall apart.
In general, it's disgusting that employees see that the flowers are bad and still collect bouquets…
I was very upset, because this is my first such huge bouquet, I think the girls will understand this feeling
Roses are white, if reputation is important to you, please contact me, otherwise I will contact other authorities, because the cost of 151 roses is not small, so that it will stand for only 3 days.
If it were possible to give a negative assessment, I would do so.
Regarding the reputation of rosa bel, just enter reviews on rosa bel's social networks (for example, tik tok) and you will see a bunch of rotten bouquets and staff marks that you did not take care of them correctly))))
If you do not want to upset your girlfriend, do not buy flowers from them

However, the blonde girl does everything with such an arrogant and dissatisfied face that it becomes unpleasant to pick up flowers. Answering at least some question also makes it difficult, again you are faced with dissatisfaction. It seems that if you don't want to work here, you don't have to. It is better to hire a person who will be happy to collect and give bouquets, maybe the flowers will stand longer.
