Disgusting staff.
The quality of the flowers is terrible, I don't recommend buying there at all. The colors are cheap, but they cost 2-3 days, taking into account pruning and water replacement every day.
And yesterday, my father bought my mother a bouquet with all his money, he didn't even deserve it until the evening. The flowers are permanently frozen. The spouse went to return or replace them, as the mood was spoiled by these flowers, they refused to accept the flowers, citing the law and the fact that "the network management is not going to change anything to anyone"

Совсем недавно узнала об этом замечательном месте, что хочу сказать, более приветливого персонала я ещё не встречала ! Пойдут на встречу, расскажут какие лучше брать , по их рекомендациям всё делаю и цветы стоят очень долго, приятно , что есть такой магазин у меня на районе!!! Ставлю крепкие 5 звёзд:)))

They were brought as agreed on time (my mother said).And then the bell rings and my outraged mother informs me that these flowers are not for a birthday present, but it's a shame to carry them to the cemetery, how scary, dry and peeling they are. They don't even deserve one star! The guy presented a bouquet of 51 roses. When I was sorting through it, I noticed rotten stems and aching buds, but I let it go.. Two days later, the roses can be thrown away........ They just all dried up, the buds drooped and shrunk.. just money and a gift to waste! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLOWER SALON, DO NOT BE FOOLED, otherwise you will also get upset and lose money, I have everything!

It was written on the tag that this was our order. It left the impression that they forgot to fulfill our order, but sold what was in stock. There was no information from the store about the absence of colors in this range in advance.
