Twice my son bought flowers at a store on Rokossovsky Ave. Conveniently located near the house. Therefore, the choice was obvious. Twice, my son was sold low-quality, stale roses that died literally a day later. The last time we wrapped one flower with a broken stem. That was the last straw. When I visited the store, none of the staff apologized. They spread their hands and said they didn't have any other colors. There was no answer to my question: would you buy such flowers for yourself? I used to buy flowers at the Rose Bel store myself, but after such an attitude I won't go there anymore. I highly do not recommend this store for buying flowers. There is practically no choice. The staff doesn't care about the client. I hope the company's management will draw conclusions from the feedback.

18A Rokossovsky Ave., I do not advise anyone! Rudeness of sellers and low-quality goods. I've dealt with roses, I grow them in the country. My husband bought 9 roses on 01/23/2024 at 17 o'clock, they looked quite decent, the seller said they were fresh. We drove 5 minutes by car from the store to Rosa's house. I immediately cut it according to all the rules, put it in the water. At 23 o'clock on the same day, 2 flowers wilted. At 8 a.m. on 01/24/2024, out of 9 pieces, only 3 "held their heads". In the photo, 6 did not survive the night and 3 were quite fit. I called their phone line with questions, the girl Natasha told a fairy tale that we confirmed the quality of the goods with the purchase (!?!?), the flowers are not subject to exchange and return. Like, it's unclear how you took them and kept them at home (well, on deer for 2 days, and under the pillow, of course), which means that we, who bought flowers from scammers who know how to bring dying flowers into the right shape for a couple of hours to catch a nedareki buyer (fresh flowers, just cut right off, no other way, yeah), we go through the forest. Natasha repeated 10 times that we saw what we were buying, and the quality satisfied us. Yes, at the time of purchase, within a couple of hours. Well, I wish all sellers of this high-quality product to receive only such flowers for the holidays.

After the sale of the Rosam Bel store, they deteriorated. It's cramped, you can't see the flowers, they're in the refrigerator, where nothing is visible. They sold some small old roses. I didn't realize right away, because I rarely buy flowers. I had to go to another place for a normal bouquet. Customer orientation is 0, I do not recommend it and I will not come myself anymore.
P.S. So be it +1 point for prices ;)
