I was buying flowers for my friend's birthday on March 5th. I was satisfied with the service:They showed me everything, collected a beautiful bouquet, and told me how to take care of it. The largest flower shop in Grodno, with the lowest prices. The choice of colors is huge! I recommend it!

I contacted this company to order a bouquet . We got in touch and consulted at the beginning.
I needed a bouquet for a certain time, so pickup was coming.
Upon arrival at the specified address, the manager wrote to another place, and then did not contact at all.
I wrote and called, zero reaction.
They framed me terribly, because after half an hour it was already necessary to give.
As a result, I drove around the city and looked for shops operating at that time and collected bouquets.
I do not recommend contacting this "company".

The terrible quality of the colors. They presented flowers, and the next day they were already wilted. To solve the problems, they offered a 10% discount on the next purchase, of course, I won't even take flowers for free in this store. I do not advise buying flowers here, money is a waste.

The disgusting quality of the flowers. They're about to open, and we've already had two events when we bought flowers from them. And the bouquets wither twice in a couple of days. And so. The flowers are either frostbitten, or they are actually imported from other places, like ala discounter. My husband gave 70p for the last bouquet, there were 17 roses in it, two days later half of the bouquet just faded. The rest is on the way. You can look at the photo (the first is that it has already been released, the second is that it is still alive). Will we buy again? Definitely not. Recommend it? Even more so. The purchase date is February 14, 2025.
