For the first time we rested with our son in this guest house. We planned to stop by for 5 days, we stayed for almost 2 weeks. The hospitality of the hosts and the responsiveness of the staff melted our hearts.
The hotel has everything you need: clean, cozy rooms, a large courtyard with chickens and turkeys, its own summer kitchen for self-cooking, a cafe, a swimming pool with hammam (a great alternative to the sea in bad weather). Close to shops, public transport stops, the sea is a 5-minute walk through picturesque places. Mountain view. We lived in a comfortable house. Inside there is everything you need: a bed, bedside tables, a sofa and a table, a kettle, a refrigerator, a TV, a lamp, a spacious bathroom with good water pressure in the shower.
One of the disadvantages of the room is the lack of a closet. Instead, hooks and a shelf for things hang on the wall. Because we were delayed and there were a lot of things, there was a visual mess. But this is a small thing, it did not bother us.
The yard is spacious and clean, despite the fact that birds walk all over the territory. There are benches, armchairs, a hammock. You can relax in the sun and in the shade. There is parking in the courtyard on the territory of the hotel. The staff is very polite and responsive, all requests were answered promptly. The room is cleaned every 3 days.
The hotel has its own cafe, which is very tasty food. There are complex breakfasts and lunches. Special thanks to chef Sarkis, he brightened up our vacation with his culinary masterpieces and a smile 😊

I travel around Abkhazia 3 times this year, choosing interesting hotels in beautiful and different locations.
Rosemary is a hotel attached to a private house, like almost all housing in the area (Ldzaa).
Sea with crystal clear water, beach, forest park, state cottage in 7 min.; nearby shops, bus stop.transport, cafes.
On the territory of the guest house.the complex has a kitchen hidden in vegetation (if you cook yourself), there are washing machines (300 rubles), a sauna and a swimming pool (I haven't tried it), turkeys run around (beauty), persimmons, grapefruit, tangerines grow, etc.
The room has a TV (not included), a hairdryer (on request), no closet, there are hooks on the wall; comfortable beds.
The staff is wonderful: they promptly help with any questions (household, organizational); friendly people, special thanks to Sarkis-solves all questions at any time!
If you are determined to relax and enjoy nature, the sea and the soul of Abkhazia without requesting luxury holidays, this is the place for you.
They cook deliciously in the restaurant of the same name, but I did not take breakfast, I chose from the menu (it was more profitable for me, because breakfast consists of dishes that I do not eat, there are 2 types of breakfast: 400 r and 700 r).

There is absolutely nowhere to put things, because there is not a single closet. They took money for parking - 600 rubles per day. The owner imposed breakfasts at 600 rubles per person. I rested in this hotel from 6 to 12. 09.2024., the hotel itself is pleasant, the room in which was compact and cozy, the room had air conditioning, refrigerator, TV (although only TNT works), bathroom, double bed, sofa, kettle, table lamp(broken), two cabinets without doors and Hooks on the wall with hangers (which apparently served as a closet, which is extremely inconvenient). The service there is of course "on top", in six days they have never changed the linen, one wet cleaning (if you can call it that), take out the garbage yourself, with the nearest tank located a hundred meters from the hotel, the air conditioner has apparently not been cleaned since installation. The courtyard of the hotel is beautiful, there is a lot of greenery,
fruit trees grow, chickens and turkeys walk, there is also an indoor swimming pool and a hammam. We did not go to the hammam, we swam in the pool once for us personally, it did not seem comfortable (deep and without a side), there are also living creatures in the form of cockroaches in the pool (I did not seem to notice in the room). There is a cafe on the territory of the hotel, upon check-in they agreed to breakfast, the price of the issue is 600 rubles. Per person. I'm not a gourmet in food, but I'll say right away that it's not worth it, around the corner in the sunflower cafe is both tastier and cheaper. Car Parking is paid on the territory of 300 rubles.A day, but this does not guarantee the safety of your car, as it was in my case, the very "decent" and "friendly" owner of this hotel, Eldar, knocked my car on the territory of the hotel in his car and left. We had a vacation with my sister in August 2024. We chose by appearance, by proximity to the sea, but forgot to read the reviews in advance, but in vain.. On the day of arrival, as soon as we entered the territory, our good mood was completely spoiled by the owner of this place. This is the first time I've met a person who hates people so much, who doesn't know how to talk at all, and doesn't want to talk normally in a human way with people who check into his hotel. He's not allowed to go out to people at all! We had not yet managed to get the keys to the room, as we already desperately wanted to escape from there! But it was the season itself and it is very difficult to find something good quickly. We liked everything else in the hotel: nature, lots of greenery, a normal room, the food in the cafe is delicious, but expensive. The cook at the cafe Sarkis is a wonderful person, if he were engaged in settling in, then everything would be fine and people would not meet this boor and tyrant. And another thing I met for the first time on vacation was that the garbage had to be taken out by ourselves and so far away, more than 100 meters from the hotel, that I did not immediately find this place and was in complete shock. In general, if you remove this owner, then everyone's vacation would be fine, and many people would not even pay attention to garbage and other unexpected things. Therefore, if you decide to come here, then think 100 times whether you are ready to spoil your vacation for your money. I'm not ready.
We had a vacation with my husband in early August 2024. We had a separate room with a toilet, there is an economy option with an attic window, but it did not suit us. We chose a room with a toilet, extended it twice, so we liked it here.
The place is very cozy, the courtyard is A la patio, you can sit and relax. There is a poultry house on the territory, we are used to it, this is the second time in Abkhazia, it does not bother us.

Of the disadvantages, I will also name an old mattress and poorly washed white towels.

Impressions after a vacation in this place are extremely negative. The owner is aggressive and narcissistic. I told myself to change my bed linen when checking in, because "the maid is not doing well." There is no soap in the toilets, and there are no trash cans in the rooms either. In my room, the light bulb in the desk lamp was unscrewed. The food in the cafe at the hotel is tasteless, the portion is small, the price is too high. A mandatory 7% surcharge on the "table service" bill. They are always rounded up to 10%. The service consists in saying that dirty dishes should be taken back to the bar, the table is not wiped and they refuse to give the box when delivered with them, because it "costs money". All the staff match the owner - arrogant, boorish, tight-fisted. I do not recommend this place.
I booked a room in September 2022. We decided to go in and see the place the day before check-in, and the employee tells us that cancel the reservation-there is no room. And at the same time, he says that the suite will be vacated at night and we can check in there, but they will not consider the prepayment that I made on the site and I have to pay again in full. We quarreled for an hour and our room was found.

The hotel grounds were covered in clay after the flood, the ground floors and the communal kitchen were covered in mud. The room was on the top floor under a roof on the sunny side without curtains, the temperature in the room was 50 degrees. Well, the cherry on the cake is the Rosemary staff. Two greyhound cleaners with gopnik habits, one of them is most likely a relative of the hotel owner, which is probably why she was so openly rude.

A pleasant place, lived in a suite, there are no complaints about the room, a beautiful courtyard, delicious cuisine and helpful hosts, I would stay here again.
In December 2021, I booked a room for August 2022, transferred an advance payment for 2 days. Upon arrival, they raised the cost of the room by 1000 rubles per day and then allegedly doing me a favor that I booked so early, there was no answer to my question why I was not warned at least in May, June, and why they used my money for more than six months. Rather, they were motivated by the fact that it was not them, but the tax inspectorate that raised their price. I had to look for another place with my grandmother and a small child, we found even better conditions, more well-groomed rooms, with a more gentrified territory, with pleasant hosts and an administrator, but we lost half a day. I did not stay on principle, because I no longer wanted to live there with such a boorish attitude.

Quite a good hotel, we went to the neighboring cafes to eat and cooked ourselves in the summer kitchen sometimes! We had a rest in the month of June, there were almost no people, the cafe was just about to open. There were 10 of us, 5 adults and 5 children, rented 4 rooms in a building that is located deeper on the 1st floor. The rooms are middle class, but I think they fulfill their function, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, a couple of beds, shower and toilet. At first, there were problems with hot water, since we were alone in the hotel upon arrival, the boilers with hot water were turned off, after we informed the hotel owner and he fixed everything. The kids were frolicking in the pool, the adults were in the kitchen, everyone was happy and the sea was not so far away. Shops are nearby, a minibus to Pitsunda is also 1-2 minutes away. We went to the hammam a couple of times for extra. The board, we all liked it and even the children, a lot of steam, warm and comfortable. The owner treated us to wine on the first day, although it is sour, but it looks like natural, not like what they sell on the way to the sea and at the kiosks themselves. In general, I liked everything, for those who are looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, then you probably need to go to other countries - and this is still Abkhazia! And here everything is a little different, but cool! And I also remember the tour by jeeping, for the whole day, in general, the bomb. Mountains, waterfalls, Lake Ritsa, Alpine meadows, etc. A lot of dogs, cats and cows, all kind as the residents themselves on the territory of Abkhazia.
PS There is no place for non-blondes in Abkhazia! There are other conditions here!

I booked 3 normal rooms with amenities for 7,500 / day a month before arrival, he asked for an advance payment of 10 tr, two days before arrival he asked to write / remind. I am writing, and suddenly he informed me that he "for some reason decided" that we were coming not on the 8th, but on the 10th of August, although our correspondence with the dates and dates of stay is available.
He doesn't care at all, his living guests extended their stay - he forgot / changed about your reservation (although I will note the one already paid for).
That's what the receptionist Elsa honestly said upon arrival.

how could they give away our rooms if I made an advance payment for them a month ago - the answer was: I do not know. I have such a situation today, and if you don't like it, I will refund the money.
