In the morning at 9:00 on 24.09 I ordered a basket with flowers, at 9:15 I received a message that the order was being processed ......as a result, I did not get through to the phone number to clarify the order, and no one called back until the evening!!! Of course, this is all sad, I highly recommend this organization. Fortunately, there are other companies that organized a bouquet within an hour.

We ordered a wedding bouquet, when ordering, we focused on the fact that the bouquet should be made of purple roses, not bright pink, namely from pale purple mixed with cream. They showed a photo of what kind of bouquet should be approximately.
On the day of the wedding we received (LATE!) a bouquet of ordinary PINK and cream roses. In addition, it was not the first freshness, the bouquet lived for just a couple of hours, by the time it arrived at the cafe it looked more like a broom.

It so happened, they were sent on a business trip that they could not buy a bouquet of flowers for their mother's birthday, they had to use an online flower delivery store. I looked through a lot of websites and accidentally found Roza-mimoza. I ordered a composition of flowers in a box for 40 rubles. I ordered delivery at 8 a.m. and asked that the flowers be fresh. I was very worried! Mom dropped the photo of the composition that was delivered, it turned out to be even more beautiful than on the site. The flowers are very fresh and delivered on time.
Courier Roman, a very nice guy, congratulated the birthday girl. I am very glad that I found such a team. I will always address them.

We made an order in this store and were very disappointed... We bought roses! The website says that this type is available, and upon arrival at the place it turned out that they were allegedly taken away an hour before my arrival. We agreed to other roses for 3p (there are no such roses for 3p on the website! There are the same ones for 2.9, but not the point). They packed them for us, well, we counted them and did not check them (we believed them, we thought conscientiously) upon arrival home we found that 3 roses with flaccid petals, and one was completely broken (and the floor has been for a long time!) It was very upsetting. Therefore, I highly recommend not buying in this store, there is a risk of disrupting the holiday due to the fact that the flowers are of poor quality!
