We had two vacations with Rosa and Rauf (Roma) in 2021 in May and 2022 in June. For the first time we lived with Roma in a four-room house (kitchen with all amenities) toilet-shower, toilet-bathroom, in the corridor between the washing machine, a well-maintained, cozy courtyard,there are guest houses, 4 pieces, a separate toilet and shower room for them. Rosa has a two-storey house with rooms, everything is clean and orderly and they are sincere people.

A quiet place, a little far from the smart tourist center. The rooms are simple, without any frills, but with a large bed and air conditioning. Toilet, shower separately, but nearby. Nice courtyard. A sincere hostess, Rosa, and a unique, talented host, Rauf. For those who drive, I recommend it!

We had a good rest. In a very beautiful place. 5 min to the sea. Beautiful yard, swing, barbecue. Spacious rooms.

We lived on the second floor in a 2-room room. The conditions themselves are good, clean. But the mattresses on the beds are creepy, it's impossible to sleep. And there was an old air conditioner in our room that was buzzing terribly, it couldn't be left overnight. The guest house is next to the road, noise gets in the way at night. The hostess is not particularly interested in helping the guests, it seemed that her requests were annoying. And I only asked to wash the laundry in the car and a place where to hang it. There was always hot water, but there are problems with electricity in the city. For three days in a row, it was turned off from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. There were outages during the day, but we usually went for a walk. If there is no light, then there is no water. The owners did not warn about this. The room has dishes, tiles, and a kettle. It's close to the sea. The beach is not bad, it is sparsely populated. I wouldn't go back to this guest house.

We rented 2 rooms on the 1st floor, the hostess (Rosa) is a good-natured woman, it cost 2000 per room! Boxwood grove beach is not far away, in bad weather we went to the Central beach in Pitsunda Bay!

Located near Greenwood, Gochua,7. Poultry Farm, Pitsunda, Abkhazia. Near the sanatorium "Boxwood grove". The beach nearby is wild, but this does not affect the mood and rest.
