An excellent hotel with very spacious rooms, well-kept grounds and excellent food. I come here out of season, so I can't assess the quality of entertainment - most of it just doesn't work. The hotel is located on the outskirts, but still within the city limits - in an hour you can get to the Old Town by direct city bus. As a place for a relaxing holiday, to be able to sunbathe in the already very warm March sun, and with good views of the sea and the Taurus Mountains, definitely yes.

Great hotel, huge rooms, not much audibility. Everything is new, clean, and serviceable. The food is a delight, the drinks are all of high quality, the juice is only packaged, but not bad. The sea is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, the pool is huge, probably the largest I can remember. The staff is pleasant, the animation is good, there is something to do both during the day and in the evening. The hotel is huge, but the promenade outside the hotel is wonderful, with lots of shops. The path to the sea is a separate thrill. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

Excellent hotel, good service. There are no bathrobes in the rooms, but the room is 65 squares, very spacious and comfortable rooms. The water parks and the lunopark are good. There is no children's animation. The kids' club leaves much to be desired. The pools are very cool. Drinks are on fire! Cocktails are cool))) the food is monotonous, it gets boring on day 3. A wonderful hotel, large, modern, beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable, there is even a steam room in the room. I was particularly pleased with the variety of lighting. There are many heated swimming pools on the territory. The territory is large, there is a water park, a lunapark, many bars where any cocktails are prepared. Alcohol is very high-quality European. This is not the first line, but a minibus from the hotel goes to the sea every three minutes for free. But it is fashionable to walk for 10 minutes along a beautiful avenue strewn with flowers. The staff is very polite and attentive. The impression of the hotel is wonderful. But there is a BUT) there are no bathrobes in the rooms. But you can buy them right there at the hotel.

We are in the hotel at the moment, it's cool outside, the pools are not heated, the choice was made at the expense of slides and a pool for children, but alas, children unconditionally run to the slides during opening hours, I repeat, the water is icy!!! ,there are only 4 double cheesecakes for such a huge hotel , after your child takes a ride it is simply snatched out of his hands
There is zero animation, there is simply no animation , all that children can do during the day is paid services-sand painting (400 lira per drawing ) and slot machines
Disappointment , spoiled vacation , I do not recommend it for holidays with children in October

Let's start with the little things, because they form the overall picture:
1. The main entrance with a non-working revolving door (it worked for two days, and then had to be pushed manually)
2. Constantly disconnecting Wi-Fi. And okay, just think about connecting. But no, you need to log in with the number and date of birth. It seems simple, but after the tenth time in a day you will change your mind
3. Turn off the air conditioner at night to save money. You have to get up and turn it on again, otherwise in the morning you might think that you fell asleep in the middle of the beach because of the heat. The reception said that this is a technical reboot, but firstly you can do it during the day, and secondly, for some reason other hotels do not need it

I was vacationing at the hotel in early June 2024.I visit Turkey twice a year, in 5 trips since 2009.I liked this hotel.I didn't feel any discrimination.The hotel itself is pompous, very thoughtful, everything is easy to find.Although the beach is not the first line, it is very good and it is a pleasure to walk along the fragrant floral arch to it.The rooms are large in size, everything is comfortable and a sleeping place and linen and a carpet that is underfoot (although I do not like these dust collectors)There is enough space everywhere on the beach, by the pool and in the restaurant.The food is also on top.What was not very good: bad Wi-Fi and turned on the generator, when the light turned off, it was very buzzing(this is the first time I've seen this in hotels)And mosquitoes were biting, even in the room, although I brought the raptor with me.It's a little dark everywhere.The overall impression is excellent.The animation is weak.Would I go back to this hotel? Not far from the airport. A good set of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A lot of vegetables, a large selection of cheeses, few fruits, watermelon and melons are green. I really liked the presence of different slides by the pool. Rooms are poorly cleaned, to be more precise, they only changed towels and made the bed, the linen was not changed for 5 days of arrival, the floor was not wiped, even the socks were black because of the dirty floor. At the buffet, we asked for 2 euros at the bar for a glass of orange juice, we rested on the ultra all inclusive system. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was deceived and placed in a room of a cheaper and lower category, where we lived for 4-5 days, the deception was discovered on the last day of arrival. Since I bought everything through an agent, I didn't even look at what the room should be and the hotel took advantage of it, this is of course piggish and haracterizes the attitude towards guests. In the hotel itself, as well as in the room and especially on the buffet, there is simply a critical constant lack of lighting, the same problem in the room. Near the pool, water is pouring everywhere from the ground, so when you walk, you step on the tile, and a stream of water rises from the seams, it is very unpleasant to walk barefoot by the pool. Russian Russian is spoken by few of the staff, you have to literally guard the employee at the reception, who speaks Russian.
In fact, I would put 2 points for such a deception with numbers. But the food was really good and I liked the water slides, I went alone with the child. Therefore, I gave an objective 3 points.

We had a rest in May 2024 . The hotel is good and very beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the linen is clean.The bed linen has not been changed in 9 days. The food is delicious. A wide variety of dishes. Stewed beef and lamb deserve a separate star. But crab stick rolls are for the amateur ... A snack bar is open even at night, for those who arrive late or leave early for an excursion. Bought jeans and swimming goggles were stolen from the room. I didn't think it was possible in such a decent hotel!!! I've read a lot about theft in Turkish hotels, but I didn't think it was possible in this hotel...The hotel has a leather and fur shop Ponto MK. If you are offered an excursion there, keep in mind that there they drive the price for a leather jacket from $ 1000 and above, and then they discount the price if you bargain up to $ 250. We were sold a jacket without a logo and label on the jacket. They found out later. So be on the alert!!

The rooms are large - this is a big plus, but they did not give an extra bed for 2 adults and a 5-year-old child, and it is very uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa. Everything hurts afterwards. Keep in mind and demand an extra bed to be put on. We didn't know that, we suffered inconveniences, so to speak.

The sea is very warm in September, but going to the sea is not very good with young children.

I liked the hotel because it has large rooms. For an additional fee of only 10€ per day, we were upgraded from a standard room to a family room of 120 sq.m. Good food in the restaurant. But I didn't have enough light in the lobby and corridors of the hotel. Plus the grey interior. As a result, it is boring. Weak bars. Drinks are not brought. You need to take it yourself. Coffee in restaurants and bars is of poor quality. In general, if you take stock or burning, then a good hotel. And if paying, as it usually costs, is not cheap, then it is not worth it.

The rooms are huge and clean, there are few outlets, the bathroom is very large and comfortable, there is a dressing room! We lived on the 5th floor in the direction of Adalia elite (there is always a shade on the balcony and a side view of the sea! We did not pay attention to the disadvantages, but I will describe them: the animation is weak for a large hotel, there is practically no animation, the staff does not have time to clean the tables in the lobby (dirty glasses, dirty dishes, glasses and plates on the back side come across in the restaurant. Desserts are not tasty at all. The toilets near the beach and attractions are not clean and there was not even liquid soap, the cocktails were diluted (although we are not fans of alcohol, they smoke everywhere, a small area, a lot of children, we were also with two children, all the Coke was infected.
Among the advantages: the entrance group is fascinating, like in the castle of the snow queen, a water park, an excellent luna park, a convenient restaurant, an embankment platform for swimming with pleasant sand in the sea near the pier, it is very convenient to swim, rooms, many shops outside the territory, a good amphitheater. It's not the first time in the Royals, I used to go to the Royal Dragon. I do not blame the hotel for the spread of the Coxsackie virus, covid was brought from Voyage Sorgun last year, it's just that a very large number of people with children in a small area creates an accumulation of viruses! We vacationed with our family at this hotel in June 2024. The hotel itself is not bad, I did not like the attitude of the hotel administration and the security service. This is not the first time we have been vacationing in Turkey, once a year since 2007. But this is the first time this has happened to us!!! A large amount of money was stolen from our safe, although we were assured that they had a very reliable safe and it was not possible to open it. I understand that keeping money in a safe may not be the best option, but since we have always done this and nothing has ever gone missing, we were sure that everything would be fine this time. It's just not an easy time and you don't know what's best. Russians do not accept cards, they have to take cash. But what struck me was not that they had stolen,,, but that the hotel administration did not want to help in any way!!! We asked to see the surveillance cameras, maybe someone from the staff took it, but they refused to do this. A man from the security service came and looked at it and said that it couldn't be that it had been stolen. You just spent it yourself and don't remember)))) Then they offered to call the police, but it's better not to call, you will be dragged around the sites for the whole vacation. After we decided to call, the hotel refused to do so. They said do everything yourself, go to the police station and write a statement……It already seemed strange to me, it was stolen not from my apartment, but from their hotel. Why should we call the police????It feels like they knew who stole it, because initially they offered to call the police themselves. But after 15 minutes, they retracted their words. They said do everything yourself. It's strange!!!! I tell them the police should come here anyway, inspect the crime scene. But they didn't even want to talk. They asked about surveillance cameras, they said that only the police can watch them…… In short, they refused. But after that, we learned from other tourists that this is a common thing here at this hotel. Things, money, and jewelry are constantly disappearing. In vain we did not read the reviews (((( At the reception, a man wrote an application for a hotel, he was thrown on a tour. So the rest was ruined, to put it mildly. If you are going to this hotel, think about where to hide money and valuables. And it's better not to take risks, there are many other worthy places!!!

The service is disgusting.
It is a huge problem to find a clean set table in a restaurant. The waiters do not take away the plates of food that you have finished eating, you are sitting with a pile of dirty dishes under your nose. Drinks are brought reluctantly, once I asked the waiter to bring coffee, to which I received the answer "pour it yourself."
The restaurant has a couple of waiters who speak Russian and really try to serve the guests. Unfortunately, I didn't remember their names, but in general they are the only Russian speakers there.
There are queues for the food that is prepared in the hall.
Seafood was seen once in 10 days.
All the benefits in the hotel are strictly by the hour. Ice cream can be taken only in a two-hour period of time in one location throughout the vast territory of the hotel. And then only in a cone, there is no ice cream in an individual package.
There is also one ice cream tent for lunch and dinner, in which you need to stand in a queue of 20 people. The hotel is huge. Well, you put 3 refrigerators.
The slides in the hotel are not bad, but also strictly by the hour. There is a kilometer-long queue for cheesecakes, apparently there is a shortage of them in Turkey. The slides are closed during the foam party in the pool. It's not good to provide entertainment to choose from. And the mats on the stairs of the slides are just hell, they cut into the skin that the whole family has bruises on their heels.
Bars.
It's dirty on the bars, it's squeamish to put your hands on the counter. There are also constant queues, it's probably hard with bartenders in Turkey.
Wifi is just the bottom, either it does not catch, or it constantly falls off. We were vacationing with two families, we couldn't even tell each other who was where.
Evening show programs.
Every evening there is a dance show of very dubious bands. Only once in 10 days was there an interesting show with roller skaters and cyclists. This is just bravo!
We have been to Turkey many times, we have seen illusionists, acrobats, and gymnasts. And then the light came together like a wedge at the dance.
In general, the hotel did not make a pleasant impression. The staff is not friendly and it is clearly not enough for such a large hotel, the level of English leaves much to be desired, the entire hotel is dirty. It is clearly not possible to relax with a buzz and good service here.
