It was not possible to visit the hotel. We booked without any problems, later they called us and said that there was no water in the hotel, no matter what we were worried, everything would be fine.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were offered coffee and were looking for a replacement.
We were sent by taxi to another hotel, where we were also accepted without any problems.
The service at this level was friendly.
