I won't choose a second time - a terrible bed, icy floors, a clogged drain in the shower, hot water suddenly turned lukewarm, a private house next to the hotel, a dog howled half the night, sawed wood in the morning. A good one is a delicious breakfast.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, on one of the busiest avenues. There are non-smoking rooms, but with interruptions or lack of hot water. Condees are working. A complete mini-refrigerator of everything. A corner with a couple of tables and a counter where breakfast is served cannot be called well-groomed. The smell of the canteen, the serving "a la cafe" with spoons on a bare oilcloth, and the breakfast is so-so. This is for me, who am used to asceticism. People with average and above-average requirements have nothing to do there. The staff is mostly responsive, but nevertheless: three for the price-quality ratio and for a cold shower.

It is noisy, expensive, the car wash chops ice at night and the management cannot resolve the issue taking into account the law on silence... They have been collecting a tourist tax from me since 02/13/2024, when they write on all Internet resources that it was canceled by the Ministry of Tourism and the law came into force on 01/9/2024. The money paid was not refunded, but it was not taken for the rest of the stay (I paid for 3 days out of 7). Due to ice gouging, I couldn't sleep for 2 nights until 4-4.30 in the morning. I escaped as soon as I could...

The hotel is located at the gas station, there is a car wash at the bottom of the hotel. For two days in a row, they asked to change towels, either the administrators ignored the requests, or the staff is too lazy to clean up. Since when they came to the room, seeing that they ignored the request for the second day, they called the reception-they immediately came and cleaned up. The breakfasts will go, but again the staff -on different days when ordering the same breakfast, the set is different (then one sausage, then two, then one plate with oranges, in the second there is no butter at all, until you remind them that in the picture there is both butter and jam for toast)

At the beginning of the check-in, everything was fine at the hotel. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Then after 3 days. It started: I asked for breakfast (according to the regulations from 07:00 to 10:00), I call at 07:20 -we answer from 08:00. Room cleaning is done only when you ask (according to the regulations, it is done once every 2-3 days). The bar was checked during the eviction: what I took is what I pay for, but if for an open product that was there, why should I pay (my mistake is that I did not check it myself when checking in). Honestly disappointed

I was at this hotel at the end of November 2022.
I chose her for a business trip on a territorial basis! I booked and paid in advance via Smartway (a service for business trips).
When I came to check in, I had to wait 15 minutes, because they did not know the passwords from the system!!!
Then the receptionist said that you need to leave a deposit of 10,000 tenge, although this information was not available when booking (this is for the bar)
The whole hotel is smoky and the smell of nicotine permeated everywhere!!!
Hot water did not flow in the shower, although it was from the tap in the washbasin.
The drain in the shower is clogged, the water goes very badly!
Almost every night there were moans in the next room, people came in for the night or for an hour! But the audibility was so good that everything was audible and the wall was shaking!
I won't stay there anymore!!!

1. There is no parking
2. we guaranteed a deposit of 10 thousand for a minibar
3. The qualifications of the employees leave much to be desired. you will not hear "hello" or "welcome" here.
4. To provide documents for a legal entity, a business trip sheet is required, which was the first time for us. even in hotels far from civilization, this is not required.
5. I don't know how lucky we are, but the bathroom unit in the shower was clogged. it will not be possible to wash properly due to the fact that the water in the shower cabin will start to go overboard.
6. Extremely negative overall impression.
Of the advantages, it is possible to note not the worst interior with curtains burned from cigarette butts and the absence of bedspreads.
