The disgusting quality of the tanker's work. The cashier operator is already hoarse, shouting over the speakerphone, and the gas station attendants do not want to hear her - they earn money by washing car windows.
11/22/2020 at 17:40 I stopped at the gas station, got up to the 1st column, inserted the "pistol" of the 95th, voiced the full tank to the operator. The cashier operator on the speakerphone informs the tankers - 1st column, 95th, full.... After 5 minutes, it turned out that no one came to the pump, although there are 3 tankers. After another 5 minutes, I asked the cashier - he says that it didn't refuel, he shouts to the gas stationers again. I went to the pump - the tank was full, returned to the cashier - I ask her to calculate, she again tells the gas station attendants over the speakerphone to take out the gun. None of the three tankers reacted - they earn money, they wash windows, they have no time.
As a result, I went to the pump, took out the gun, screwed down the lid and asked the tanker on the 3rd column, washing the glass - why the tankers did not perform their duties, to which the tanker replied that he was washing the windows and he had no time to refuel!!!
Left a complaint in the complaint book. Please sort it out.
