A lovely hotel for this class, very pleasant staff, clean, cozy. One drawback: it's better not to take odd numbers, because they face the sunny side (there is a condo, of course) and it's noisy from the sink next door.

The best of all the hotels I have lived in in Almaty. The staff is polite, helpful, and understanding. Room cleaning, even in Moscow, is not as thorough as in this one, in terms of nutrition, the restaurant works at 100 out of 100%, it will be tasty and served at the highest level. I really liked the hotel.
I ordered through booking with a free transfer, as there was a night flight - I was ideally greeted with a sign, and in 15 minutes I was already in the room.
Blackout curtains, a comfortable mattress, a warm and large blanket and pillows - everything is perfect for sleeping.
I recommend it - the perfect price/quality ratio.

The service is good, there is a choice of breakfasts, there is enough to eat. The rooms are clean, and bathrooms are available. I didn't hear the neighbors. At first I lived on the side of the sink, if you open the window, it is very very noisy, the second check-in was and settled on the other side, with the window open, silence. The bed is great. There is a minibar at reasonable prices, but it takes up the entire refrigerator, if you need to put something of your own, you have to lay out part of the minibar, which is a little annoying. I would also like to add a trash can to the room. Nearby there is a supermarket and places where you can have a delicious snack. There are smokers and non-smokers in the rooms, I took smokers both times, no problem for me. But if you don't smoke, or with children, it's definitely not for you, consider this. Everything else is fine. 15-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5-8 minutes on foot from the railway station.

I stayed in 2022. The rooms are cozy, everything is clean. Cleaning every day. In the evening, the neighbors are not heard or seen. I took a room with breakfast included-very convenient. But if your windows overlook the car wash, which is next to the hotel, then it is not comfortable with the windows open. Either you can hear the washing machine running loudly, or the drivers in the cars turn on the music at full power and obviously feel very cool. In the summer of 2023, the hotel was under renovation. Whether it's open now or not, we need to find out.
