A lovely hotel for this class, very pleasant staff, clean, cozy. One drawback: it's better not to take odd numbers, because they face the sunny side (there is a condo, of course) and it's noisy from the sink next door.

An ordinary inexpensive hotel. The rooms are small. The most important thing is clean, odorless,pleasant staff. They cook well. Room service every day of your stay. Have a good rest!))

The best of all the hotels I have lived in in Almaty. The staff is polite, helpful, and understanding. Room cleaning, even in Moscow, is not as thorough as in this one, in terms of nutrition, the restaurant works at 100 out of 100%, it will be tasty and served at the highest level. I would like to thank the Renault employee separately, she showed great involvement in solving my question on the weekend, and of course a way out was found! In a word, people love their work!!!
