We stayed at the Royal Medis in August for 1 week. The hotel is simply amazing - everything is new and beautiful. The room is small but very functional, everything works, the mattress and pillows are comfortable. As a gift upon arrival, a bottle of wine, very nice. The highlight of the hotel is the terrace, 19th floor - a view of the sea and the city, there are tables, large umbrellas, and sun beds. The evening is very beautiful and romantic. In the morning we had breakfast outdoors. During the day, we sunbathed. There is a lot of space on the terrace, there is enough for everyone. The location is excellent, the beach is 50 meters away. A lot of delicious and inexpensive places to eat - I'll note Aragil (a cafe with a nice courtyard, delicious khinkali and khachapuri, and most importantly - a very democratic price tag, it's better to book a table), shawarma in the next building (I'm not a fan, but this one was very tasty, there's always a queue of locals and tourists, made like McDonald's). The hotel staff is very friendly and hospitable, they do everything to make guests feel comfortable, only positive. Thanks Mirro, you're the best. Now to the cons - there is a construction site in front of the hotel, but surprisingly it was not noisy (quieter than the music from the beach). And a paid elevator (the hotel is on the 17th floor), but they promised that they would make a chip. In general, we were very satisfied with the rest. This is not the first time in Batumi, we have been to hotels and Air, but this option is probably the best. We will definitely come back
The hotel does not have a signboard, it is located in an apartment building, which there is no warning on the sites where it can be rented, accordingly, it is stated that there is no parking, you will not be allowed behind the cinder block. It is difficult to contact the hotel, as the phone numbers are not up-to-date. Since we didn't get into it, we just couldn't find the entrance and how to contact them, we couldn't evaluate the service inside. I think there is something to work on in this regard. Accurate indication of the address, train number, its code, instructions on which floor to climb and honest information about parking will allow customers to evaluate the rest of the service. Thank you for at least refunding the money for the non-stay.
I booked through booking. The receptionist is very polite and pleasant, went outside and met her, showed the room everything clearly. A white bed, disposable brushes, gel shampoo, slippers in general, everything was fine, nothing needed to be taken with you) On the 3rd floor (on the roof) there were sun beds, the view was clear, you can sunbathe without leaving the hotel. At the check-out, we were a little late for almost 2 hours, we didn't say anything, we didn't even hint) I advise everyone, the main thing is not expensive and a luxury room) 👍👍👍
