We love this hotel very much. We return for the second time. The food is excellent, everything is clean, beautiful, calm. The best place to reboot your brain. You don't think about anything, you just enjoy your vacation.

The only disadvantage of the hotel is its remote location from the city and the entire infrastructure (there are only a couple of cafes and a supermarket across the street), but it's just great for a beach holiday!

A small variety of fruits / watermelon, melon, not always apples and oranges. Dates every day. Everything is very neat and tidy.

We had a vacation in April 2025. Most of the reviews about this place are not about this hotel, but about the hotel on the beach -
ROYAL M AL AQAH BEACH RESORT, which is also called Fujairah City. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, there is no infrastructure nearby, especially the beach. On the plus side, the building has a supermarket and a gym. Meals (breakfast, dinner) - you will not stay hungry, but you should not expect any excesses, fresh watermelons and oranges are made from fruits. According to the room, I got a room with two separate beds, the room was taken for three, they put an extra bed in the aisle, so it was inconvenient to walk. The control panel for lighting and air conditioning was not working in the room. The lights could only be turned off at the entrance, and the problem was fixed after active and persistent visits to the reception for 3 days. A separate topic is the transfer to the beach, I note right away - this is not about all-inclusive vacationers - they are taken to a hotel with a beach. Someone thought of taking people to the beach in the heat of the moment. From the hotel at 10:45 and 14:30 and back at 14:45 and 17:30, respectively, but there is a nuance. There are two small buses (micro) from the hotel to the city beach and there are not enough seats for everyone, from the side the moment of boarding = the struggle for places looks epic, but it is worth noting that for those who do not have enough space, the bus will return, but in about an hour, back according to the same scheme. Once was enough for us to rent a car and not participate in it anymore. The attitude of the receptionists - to put it mildly - does not reach the 5* level, as an example, when a man asked for a change in the time and format of delivery to the beach, the girl replied that this was not her problem. Requests to fix equipment malfunctions, as well as deficiencies in cleaning, were ignored. All requests are met with hostility, and for the better, I would like to mention the guy who doesn't speak Russian, thanks to whom the problems were finally fixed. The hotel is for a budget holiday, it does not reach 5*.

An amazing hotel. We're here now. From 25.08 to 1.09. 24. New. Insanely clean. Huge rooms. The sea view is worth it. The restaurant is really a restaurant.! Service, food, drinks, staff - everything is on top. Yes, dress code, and in a wet swimsuit with a shirt you will be asked to change clothes, but they are all beautiful and without wet chairs.
The pool is amazing with a view of the sea, if it's stormy, you're still at sea. The pool bar, you can take everything you want without leaving. The sea!!!!! God, what a sea. The beach is clean and sandy.
Who said that drinking and dancing are not allowed in the Emirates? Everything is cultural in this hotel. But the disco is on the top floor every day until 3.00. Sound insulation class. There is a cinema room on the 2nd floor, where children's and adult animation takes place under air conditioning.

Nice hotel. We arrived at 9:30 a.m., check-in at 2 p.m. For now, they offered a room on the 2nd floor, followed by relocation to another one, which would have a better view from the window. Of the disadvantages, I can note: a small number of sun beds by the pool. Transfer to the sea. He eats and walks several times a day. BUT the morning bus gets clogged up and makes 2 trips, it makes sense that you need either a bigger bus or 2 buses at once in the morning, especially when it comes to picking up from the beach.
For example: 2 buses left at 9 a.m., then another 1 bus left at 10:45 a.m. At 12 he picks up from the beach, it is logical that people hardly left on their own. It makes sense to send 1 bus
For tourists with vacationers in this department, the shopping center is in the same building, but it is "dead" There is only a supermarket and a poppy on the food court. It is better to give preference to the City center in 15-20 minutes on foot.
To summarize, I recommend the hotel, there are just some small nuances that do not interfere with your rest in any way.

We had a family vacation, from the beginning of our arrival we liked the staff who work very quickly, we were settled into a spacious, new room (the hotel was built recently), all rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious, we had a room with a view of the mountains, although we initially wanted to look at the ocean, but in the end it did not bother us in any way, The view of the mountains and the small mosque on the left side was also amazing.

We stayed at the hotel in December 2023. You will like the hotel, it is clean and comfortable. The transfer to the beach goes three times a day (and also back). It takes 10-15 minutes by bus. The beach is urban, moderately clean. A very beautiful new promenade with many cafes.

There is a bar on the second floor, we went once - we didn't like it. Everything is very neat, they are cleaned right on their conscience, every day the room cleaner made all sorts of miracles out of towels (elephants, bunnies, hearts) incredibly pleasant and beautiful.

The receptionist is the cherry on the cake of this hotel, she is so wonderful, there are just no words, thank you very much to her.
But unfortunately there are a couple of significant disadvantages because of which I cannot give a high rating to the hotel and I would not like to return here:
1. There is no animation as such (show in the evening), only wild drinking in the format of the fiercest disco. All the animation is Russian, at times they were just infuriating, like some kind of tradesmen. Wild games in the pool are generally nonsense, the ball was constantly flying to someone.

The hotel is average lousy, because it is very obvious that the owners are squeezing the last juices out of it with minimal investment and cost. Don't expect a wow effect. They were constantly messing with the cleaning, instead of the usual sets of two towels, for some reason they left only one large one. About all inclusive is also a separate story, it takes a long time to describe everything. If you go there at a price of, let's say, no more than 150K rubles for two, then it is possible and normal.
I've read the rest of the reviews now and here's what I want to add: all the excitement about the new hotel is not about this hotel but about Royal M Al Aqah, this is a hotel of the same chain but it is located on the shore and it is really new!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2023, we really liked it, excellent rooms, good food, friendly staff. The senior manager of the restaurant, Elkazaz, speaks Russian well, treats guests very respectfully, and always finds solutions to problems. There is a small island next to the hotel, which can be reached on foot at low tide. It's a pleasure to swim nearby, you can see reef sharks, turtles and many other inhabitants.

We rested in this beautiful place from 15.01.24 to 25.01.24. I liked everything. The location, the mountains, the sea, the length of the coastline along which we walked every morning and met the sunrises. Some of the staff speaks excellent Russian and English. Russian Russian disco music, Russian karaoke. The staff is very attentive, they will always ask how you are, how to help. There was a variety of cuisine, and dinners were held in Peruvian and Mexican styles. Crabs, mussels. We highly recommend this beautiful and quiet place.

We were in November 2024. They put me in a room that was very dirty. The bed is stained with stains on the floor. And they also caught a cockroach, after that we were moved to another room. There was also a bar in the restaurant, but it only worked during lunch and dinner. Drinks cannot be taken out of the restaurant. Everyone sat in the restaurant until closing time, no one left. A bus took us to the sea, we went a couple of times, then took a taxi, the cost was about 15 to 18 dirhams. Because there were not enough seats on the bus, the second bus had to wait 20-30 minutes. It is forbidden to ride while standing on the bus. The food at the hotel for the first 2 days was not bad because there were a lot of athletes. After their departure, the menu changed, it became much poorer. Mostly tourists came. After that, there were no free sun beds by the pool, of which there are about 12 pieces in total.
There are no sunbeds on the public beach, there is no place on weekends, we went to another one where there is no one at all. Locals don't go there. We had a rest with my husband from 12/18.23 to 12/25.23. I really liked the hotel. They were settled ahead of time. The room is clean. Cleaning was carried out. Bed linen and towels are always clean. Bottles of water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar were placed daily. There were also disposable slippers, gels, shampoos in the room. In general, everything was necessary.
A bus takes you to the beach 3 times a day. Towels and water are provided. The beach is wonderful: the entrance to the water is gentle. The sand is dark in color, pleasant. I observed small fish, a turtle in the water, and numerous crabs on the coast.
The breakfasts are just great.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.
