I booked a room here through Ostrovok from April 1 to April 3, 2025. Upon arrival, the hotel was simply closed, and under the cover of night without a roof over his head in another country.The owner could not be contacted. There was no warning from either the site or the host. The issue was settled for a week , because the reservation could only be made with a 100% payment . Ostrov has also been trying to contact the owners for a very long time. Negligence towards clients in all its glory . If you want to be safe, this is the last place to stay.
