Vacation in January 2025.
The hotel is budget friendly, but not bad. I liked my vacation there.
The staff is responsive and does their job well.
The room was in the villa (1st floor). The room is tired, but everything in it is in working order. Cleaning and change of towels every day.
A heated swimming pool and a functioning water park. The animation is unobtrusive.
Local alcohol is not delicious, but for money you can order a normal one.
There were no food poisoning cases. There was fish, chicken, beef, shrimp, squid. They try to do it in a variety of ways.
There were also salads, vegetables, pickles, lots of fruits, sweets and ice cream.
The territory is large and well maintained, lots of greenery and flowers.
One of the disadvantages for someone: there is no reef in the sea on the beach, there are no fish. Meals on the beach are served 1 hour a day.
In principle, the hotel suited us.

Nice hotel. We went with my family from November 9th to 17th. For the most part, I liked everything. Of course, this is not a joke in the understanding of many, but, given the specifics of hotels in Egypt, it is quite to yourself)) So, in order:
Location-10-15 minutes from the airport. Nearby is a walking street with shops, cafes and art objects (far exit from the territory, not through the central one)
The territory is large, green, well-groomed
Pools-clean, different in depth, without heating-5 pcs
The rooms are tired, the furniture and plumbing are working, but ugly. It is imperceptible in photos and videos, but in real life they are depressing. Especially right after the flight (the next day they gave up and just ignored it)
The bed linen is clean and good quality. But towels are not necessary once in a while. Both bath and beach. Always clean, but sometimes "perforated".
Cleaning-every day, the degree of intensity depends on the mood of the staff)) Or from the dollar on the bedside table (here you need to take into account the local mentality-it's clean for them) The peculiarity of this particular hotel is that they go to the same room 5 times. First they clean, then they bring water, then towels, and sometimes again, because they didn't inform)) So, if you come to the room, and after cleaning the towels are incomplete, you just have to wait. 5 Egyptian minutes, as one employee joked)) Translated into Russian - within an hour.
The food is not too varied, but, as many write, you will definitely not stay hungry. Burgers and French fries, donuts are prepared by the pool. It seems to be the same on the beach. Everything is fresh, tasty and in sufficient quantity. In the main restaurant-meat-beef, chicken, duck, lamb. A pangasius-type fish. Pastries, sweets-a lot, but some with a specific taste-apparently the local chocolate gives a taste of the earth. It is easy to distinguish where there is white or dark chocolate-just do not take it. Fruits-melons, guava, grapes, persimmons, dates, oranges. Some are cut up and lie like in syrup-don't worry, it's almost everywhere in Egypt. Apparently, so as not to spoil.
Vegetables are fresh and stewed. And in salads. In the evening, they definitely cook something on the grill. We got to kebabs, shrimp, chicken, liver.
In general, the staff is friendly, smiling and many people speak and understand Russian. They don't ask for dollars, but they don't refuse either))
The beach is a 10-minute walk away. We rode in a hotel minibus. They walk every 5-10 minutes from the main entrance. The beach itself is clean, the sea too. There are small pebbles at the entrance, but we did not use corals. There are not many fish, but there are. The sunbeds are intact, but ugly. The beach bar is open.
There is animation. Something is constantly being done. We are not amateurs, so I can't tell you in more detail.
The hotel guide-we had Suleiman-promptly helped us solve some issues, buy a SIM card and pick up an excursion. Thank him very much!
The tour was taken to Luxor. The organizer is a partner of Biblio-Globus-Sun International. Everything is clear on time, the organization of the trip is at the highest level! The bus is big and comfortable. The air conditioners are working. The drivers are very neat and polite (those who are familiar with the driving culture in Egypt know what I mean). The guide-Sheriff is above all praise! It's very interesting to tell! Polite, calm, with a normal sense of humor. You can write a separate review about it. Which I'll do a little later.
To summarize: in its price category, it is a very decent hotel. We'll probably come back again (unless we want something new). Well, and most importantly - with what mood you go on vacation, you will rest. Have a good rest and a positive mood!))

The hotel is wonderful! Spacious rooms in the villas, 2 rooms, 2 balconies, a huge bathroom, good cleaning. Clean, well-groomed territory, responsive staff. Delicious food, but there are a lot of flies in the restaurant., something needs to be done about it. The pastry chef of the restaurant prepares a wonderful baklava. The beach is clean, the sea is magical. A significant disadvantage is that there is no reef of its own.

I liked almost everything!!!
The only negative is the 2nd line. There is no way to go to the sea in the evening!!!!! It's sad...
the hotel is well looked after. Excellent cuisine. The rooms are well maintained. The bars are open. The exit to the Masha (promenade) behind villas 35-42, etc. can be found on the map, which is given upon check-in.
I didn't like the night entertainment in the tent - the music is screaming, the light music is just creepy! I would like to sleep, but here the horror is happening. Every evening there is entertainment at the stage, but we did not go to them, there was our own program. There are animators, but ..... There are, in short.

We had a rest in March 2025. The hotel pulls on an average 4., for the money it was worth it. The food is varied: fish, chicken, beef, shrimp, langoustines, lots of sweets, fruits. Animation is a mini disco for 30 minutes in the evening, during the day the kids are entertained by one animator, and there is nothing for children 9-12 years old. We had villa 47, considering that the room was a family room, large, the room seemed very old, the renovation must have been 20 years ago.We cleaned every day, changed towels. Mini buses take you to the sea every 10 minutes, there are 3 swimming pools on the territory, the main one with slides is heated. The staff is responsive, but slow, apparently the weather is working)

The hotel is on the 3rd floor . Among the advantages: a large family room, 1 balcony overlooking the pool, and a large terrace, the food is normal, they give fish every other day, grilled shrimp, generally delicious grill, a large green area, a promenade with shops, a shuttle to the beach, a beach bar. The beach is great.
Among the disadvantages: there is no hygiene in the room (brushes, toothpaste, slippers), only liquid soap for both the head and body.

A pretty good hotel for your budget. Guys, when traveling, do not take a taxi at the entrance, it is about 10 times more expensive. Use the app to call a taxi, the same indrive. Do not hesitate to bargain with the Arabs, the prices will pleasantly surprise you, get -50% of the price and below. Leave a couple of bucks to the person cleaning the room and give a dollar to your waiter, you will always have free places for breakfast (lunch, dinner) and more or less normal alcohol and acceptable service (clean glasses and appliances) anyone who knows how to wash them will understand me. I advise you to take a walk to the old town, but only during the day!!! Take the pyramids for sure, I have not been to the pyramids-I have not seen Egypt! Luxor take the maximum excursion with a visit to the deep tombs.
And people do not buy excursions from a hotel guide, they are much cheaper on the Internet or in any store in the city, anyway you will go on an excursion all in one bus and those who took for 20 bucks and those who for 100.

Among the advantages: a large beautiful territory, a good swimming pool, the food is normal, but very monotonous. In the sea, the depth allows you to swim. Cons: there is a lot of construction debris near the beach. It is very far to the sea, there are buses. The sun beds are very old, it is not pleasant to lie on them. The rooms are old, there are a lot of Mosquitoes, they did not let me sleep for several nights. The Internet is terrible, even at the reception. The main disadvantage is the staff! They beg for tips, if you don't give them money, they start ignoring you. Do not clean the table, do not give drinks. The husband asked for cappuccino, the waiter said that the coffee machine was not working, they poured milk and poured instant coffee there and said cappuccino, the husband walked away and saw how normal coffee was poured to others, it turns out everything worked. At the end of the vacation, you get very tired of it. We took excursions to paradise island and Luxor. I really liked Paradise Island. Everything was great there, both the guide and the photographer.

It's not the worst hotel, but I can't recommend it. We went with a young man in March 2024.
1. Inhabited for a long time. I didn't like the room, it wasn't what we booked. At the reception they said that all the rooms were occupied, they persuaded that this room was excellent, one of the best. The next day they moved, after several requests, to a room in the main building on the 3rd floor, overlooking the pool. The room is better, but dirty, the bathroom is in poor condition. The pillows are oak.
2. The food is monotonous, the choice is small. To be honest, I don't know what to feed the children there. By the pool, once a day for an hour, a la burger is prepared from rolls, cutlets and ketchup, French fries. Donuts are being made at another bar.
3. The water in the pool was cold. They warmed up with us for the first two days, then the heating was turned off. It's uncomfortable to swim, it's cold, it's hard to go into the water. The pool with a slide is dirty, some garbage is constantly floating. I've never seen the pool cleaned. The second pool, which is located closer to the main building, is beautiful, cleaner, but the water was icy in it, no one swam in it.
4. There are not enough deck chairs for guests, I had to run and borrow before breakfast. A towel is provided in the pool only once a day. I'm not sure if they are washed daily.
5. In March, the sea was icy, it was impossible to swim in it. There is a shuttle service to the beach, the beach is deserted, there is no entertainment on it.
6. From animation yoga and aqua aerobics once a day. It's boring in the evening.
7. At the back of the hotel there is an exit to the promenade, there are many stalls and barkers, but if you walk further away, there is a gentrified boulevard, along which it is at least pleasant to walk, there is a Starbucks. In general, this is the only place outside the hotel where you can walk.
8. When we were at the pool, the tiles were changed, so work was carried out every evening, during the day all the building material stood near the pool.
9. There were surprisingly few Russians living from Germany, Great Britain, Serbia, Latvia.

Briefly. The hotel is obviously already tired. It is necessary to update furniture, plumbing, dishes, towels, bed linen. It is clear that they are saving on everything: the hotel management does not want to replace even the obviously leaky towels and buy disposable glasses for the beach bar. And this shows disrespect for the hotel guests. Flying to this hotel for 6-7 hours by plane for such a vacation is not worth it.
I do not recommend this hotel.
The main disadvantages:
1) The rooms in the villa are terrible and are located far from the main building, which means from the main restaurant and from the bus to the beach. With children, walking that far for every meal is not an option.
2) In the main restaurant on the summer terrace and indoors, a flock of sparrows jumps on tables, cutlery and pecks at the guests' food. The staff doesn't care.
3) Glasses and cups are washed very poorly in the main restaurant. There are literally traces of food on them.
4) A small selection of dishes in the main restaurant: everything is the same every day.
5) There are worn towels with holes in the rooms (both in the villa and in the main building). I think it's inappropriate for a 5-star hotel to provide guests with such towels.
6) Some pools are not cleaned at all. Garbage floats in the water. It is especially clearly visible in the evening when the backlight is turned on (see photo)
7) In the beach bar, glasses (after other guests and children's games with sand) are only rinsed with water, there is no question of any washing with the product.
8) Local vacationing women swim in wetsuits, and then, without changing their clothes, sit in wet wetsuits on sofas in the lobby and on chairs in the main restaurant. There are wet spots after them.
9) There is a strong wind constantly blowing from the sea, so it is cold to get out of the water. If you are cold, it will be hard.
10) The sun beds on the beach are broken.
11) The sea is shallow.
12) The receptionist pretends that he does not understand Russian, although the waiters and sellers calmly understand everything.

We had a rest from February 23rd to March 5th, 2025.

We were vacationing with a friend, we asked for two beds in the room, but when we entered the room we saw one large one..to which we were offered to put another bed in a tiny room..Well, like a bed..a cot ..We refused.otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to walk there just..
only towels were changed in the room every day..On the 8th day, when we asked the reception how often the bed linen was changed, we were told that it should be changed every other day..the floor was also washed only after the complaints..but he took the dollar off the table, and we still didn't see the cleanliness until we complained..

We took a tour of coral paradise from Pegasus with a discount for 30 bucks per person - in general, nothing good 2 swims with masks, corals are dead, there are few fish, we brought them to Orangebay island, the money is full! There's a swing in the water, the queue is constant and the sea is knee-deep, there are no fish. We took a similar tour on the site for 18 bucks, bribed that they promised to see dolphins and did not cheat!!! We had a great rest, we saw dolphins, corals and fish are gorgeous! I will not go to this hotel a second time! I do not recommend it!

The hotel is not very good. Of the advantages, only a beautiful well-groomed territory, delicious food (but it's the same every day, the choice is very small). There is only one card from the room. Towels can be taken once a day, you can not change them during the day (this is the first time in my entire practice). There is a lot of garbage in the water, no one cleans it (they did not dare to get into the water, I attach photos of the sea and the beach).
Drinks are cheap, even milk is diluted by 70% (or mixed from dry).
After 21.50 the hotel is dying out, it's boring.
There are many pools, but there is only one deep pool, you need to run to occupy it in the morning (there are few sun beds next to it), otherwise you will have to wallow in the children's pool 50-80 cm. I do not recommend it, they save on everything.
We rested for three days, we had enough with our heads.

Upon arrival, the room was very dirty, dust everywhere, the impression that the floors had never been washed at all.
The room was cleaned 1 time in 10 days, the floors are not washed at all.
The food is also not very good, it's the same every day, no variety. The staff is all tired and not friendly.
To get to the sea by bus, it goes every 15 minutes. There is not much to say about the beach, everything is old and broken rods have not been repaired for a long time. In short, abandoned. The only plus is the sea, it's warm.

The staff is friendly, everyone likes not even tips, but something Russian, like Alenka chocolates. You can dial the little ones and give them tips instead, they are just happy. I stayed at this hotel in December 2023.
I liked everything, I had a lot of impressions.I didn't notice any disadvantages.The rooms are clean, cleaned every day.There is a lot of food for every taste, a variety of vegetables and fruits.The beach is 7 minutes away by bus, very convenient, they run every 15 minutes.

I'm generally silent about the beach, there are just plastic glasses, everything is cracked, broken and just rinsed with running water!
The food is the same, it's the same every day, of course you can choose something, but it's very difficult..The pools were icy so much that no one swam, the heating was turned on on 14.11 and the water bloomed..The staff is very annoying and rude, they can even yell, for which they naturally received and there was a scandal, not all of course, separate respect to Yana (animator), Tony (animator)and Samir (the waiter), Walid (the senior manager) - they are sweethearts.BUT THE WORST THING IS THAT ALL THE CHILDREN AND MANY ADULTS PICKED UP AN INTESTINAL INFECTION THERE, we generally lay in the hospital for 1 day and the diagnosis of gastroenteritis with a small child is definitely NOT NECESSARY to go there!The playground is one name, very dangerous and completely uninteresting, moreover, it is all broken!The staff does not speak Russian, especially the animators, so Russian-speaking children will not be able to interact with them, they simply cannot understand them!

I went there in May 2024 for 11 nights for 150 thousand for two. I liked the food (rice, beef, fish) the only thing I ate) in a la carte restaurants everything is the same as on the buffet (only the serving is more beautiful) wi-Fi only at the reception.. sea is small, I like to swim, but after the shark incident, I asked for the safest possible. Walk to it for 15 minutes. There are 5 buses, buses run every 30 minutes.
The room is large, with spacious closets, quiet (3002). Selim did well, he cleaned very well.
The food is delicious, but the restaurant's arrangements are somewhat uncomfortable.
