I gave 4 stars only for location, beautiful scenery and some of the staff were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately the service is below average. Their restaurant dishes for lunch and dinner were ridiculous. Small portions and high prices. I should notice that their breakfast was good, if you come early, if not then you have nothing to eat.

I spent a day here the other day in connection with a corporate event. The place is great and beautiful. The air is just what you need, especially when, after the hustle and bustle of the city, such a quiet and beautiful place gives your brain a break. The staff is polite, the waiter service is also excellent. I'll leave a video of the road below. Be careful if you drive up in winter, be sure to wear winter tires.

A very family friendly, pleasant place. It reminded many of the atmosphere in Turkish resorts. The pool has a water park, 2 pools, you can buy drinks or ice cream without leaving the pool! A huge area for walking, a stable, a camel, chickens… Children's playground, swings with mountain views, basketball and football fields! Very clean air. Nice and clean cottages, a comfortable bedroom! I liked it! Thank you very much. I recommend it to large and small families!

A great place, very beautiful, very clean, everything is fresh, the pool has crystal water, the view around is amazing. I took off one star for the kitchen, all the dishes were over-salted, I hope the administration will take it into account and give it to the kitchen, and then everything will be on top! Everything has already been written in detail about the advantages of this place, I will describe in more detail what upset us.
Firstly, it is the cleanliness of the room. At first glance, everything is fine, but it is very dirty under the bed. The child dropped the typewriter under the bed, took out a dusty one and in someone's hair.
Secondly, there are interruptions in the operation of the Wi-Fi network and television. Smart TV did not work for us.
Thirdly, the presence of NON-working lamps on bedside tables! What is the point of putting a lamp there with a plug that does not fit into the sockets?? And this is in a semi-suite room…
Food at the "local" restaurant for three. On the day we rested there, only one waiter worked on all the tables, you can wait forever for food. The burger is dry and tasteless, the soup with dumplings is very bland, and the fresh I ordered did not wait, even after eating the meal. The pizza with pepperoni turned out to be the most normal, but I say right away, it's better to lower your expectations.
Next, of course, the strange location of the rooms.. right in the common hall opposite the reception desk. The audibility is unrealistic, since the main entrance is located there.. sleeping at night is simply unbearable. Not critical, but keep in mind when you check in.
In general, I do not really understand how the categorization of numbers is distributed.
And it would make no difference, but the room rate is very untrue. But apparently the high demand is doing its job.

A warm pool is a plus. Also the advantages:
- A large area
- Cool zipline
- good rooms (we lived in a cottage)
Of the cons:
- it takes a very long time to cook in a restaurant..
- a side on the bottom of the pool, about one and a half meters from the entrance. Traumatic (but of course it may very well be that I was just unlucky enough to get scratched)
As a result, I definitely recommend you to visit! A very picturesque place, it is clear that it is developing, beautifully, the attitude of the staff is 5+

A pleasant place, the Windows offer a beautiful landscape, especially in the dining room during breakfast: there are mountains and a river here, just super. Excellent cuisine, everything is delicious. The price includes only breakfast, lunch and dinner are available in the restaurant. The photo shows how great it is there, decorated with taste. Plus good portions and also very tasty.
The rooms are nice, clean, the bed and bathroom are similar (important points). The territory is medium in size, there is a small farm, birds, a camel walking, a peacock. There is a cable car town, but this is for the warmer months. The complex with swimming pools looks great, we will definitely come here in the summer. Currently, there is an indoor small pool (clean, warm), there is a hammam and a salt room.
The disadvantage for me was that I ordered a massage in the morning (separate payment), but the masseur did not come. And it happens))

We visited the "wonderful" recreation area in January 2024. The advertisement stated that the zipline is included in the price, but on the day of arrival the advertisement was simply deleted, or rather changed and the zipline became paid. We rented a cottage. The room is clean and cozy. But, there is no heating. Winter. Cold. 4-bed room: a parent's room and an adjacent room with separate beds. An air conditioner is installed in the parent part and heated by an air conditioner. And the second room goes outside and naturally blows. The underfloor heating was turned on after check-in and while the floor was warmed up it was very cold. The rooms are adjacent and the air conditioner is one, we suffered all night from the stuffiness of the air conditioner, as soon as they turned off or slightly lowered the degree, it was very cold in the second room. One room suffered from the stuffiness due to the air conditioner, the second room from the cold. It's not thought out.
Dinner at the restaurant at prices of APPROX. The taste is OK. But, the service is lame. The waiters seemed to have been delivered from outer space, they did not know how the world worked and why they were here! We ordered food and waited for 30 minutes, and when asked to wait a long time, the waiter looked in surprise and asked what the order was, because he had not even heard about the order. We ordered it again and it took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive.
The breakfast buffet is not chic and not bad.
All the interesting things started when we rented out the room, at the reception we were billed for 2 massage sessions, which we naturally did not receive. We found out and solved the issue OK.
We handed over the room keys, closed the account and at the reception they told us to wait until they checked and accepted the room, and only then they would issue us a pass and we could leave. The weather is cold after the rain, My children and I are waiting outside, plus a baby in our arms. We can't leave while they check the room. The guy taking the number, like a detective, checked every corner, rummaged in search of something!!! 20 minutes have passed
A reshepsionist came up to me and said softly in my ear: You've ruined the bed, there's blood from menstruation, go back to the room and see for yourself.
We returned, there's a guy who takes the room standing and shows a 5 mm drop of blood near the pillow!
At night, while the child was sleeping, whether he was picking his nose or something else, one drop of blood fell out, Carl!
The reception said that it was damage and we have to compensate for the damage!
An invoice has been issued!!!
I understand that if I tore, broke, burned, I would not say a word and would pay, but
a millimeter drop of blood is already too much. As a result, I offered to wash and remove the stain myself. And they called the laundry with a very "understanding" face and asked: is it possible to remove a drop of blood, was it in the practice of the laundry!!! It's absurd! When they see it for the first time. They're blinking in surprise! Fortunately, adequate staff turned out to be in the laundry, and they replied that a drop of blood could easily be removed! The receptionist apologized for a long time, not sincerely! It was clear that they wanted to shake out the money and that was it!!!
Will we visit this wonderful hotel again? Of course not!
