2. the bouquet that was collected was significantly different from what is in the picture (attached a photo of expectation / reality). I asked to redo it, to which I received the answer "we will clarify now" and after that no photos or clarifications, I found out what the bouquet looks like only at the time of receipt
3. she indicated the time at which it would be convenient to receive the bouquet. they call me 3 hours before it and ask if it is possible to deliver early, since the courier may not be in time later. then why do we pay for delivery? it was already easier to offer Yandex if your courier does not have time. I refused because I wasn't in the building where the event was taking place yet.
4. The courier was 15 minutes late. Still, if the courier does not have time to deliver, why can't we offer Yandex. In addition, I had to find out where the courier was and how soon he would be through the manager. usually, if someone is delayed, they report it themselves. especially if it's a service.
Royalflowers has very strong marketing, but the service is lame (I was surprised at the lack of professionalism, I definitely did not expect this. I hoped that I would save time and not have to get involved in something that could have been solved without me, but I had to try to get a high-quality product
