Good afternoon. I stayed at this hotel in June 2019. This place cannot be called a hotel. It's more like a guest house on the Black Sea coast at Aunt Moti's. The rooms are not cleaned, the bed linen is smaller than the bed, it has not been changed for 10 days.towels are changed only upon request. They do not know what a buffet is at all, although when selling vouchers we were promised breakfast and dinner according to the buffet system. The dishes offered in the hotel's dining room are at the level of the 90s. The general impression of nutrition is complete abomination. About the staff, I can say that requests are fulfilled. They walk around the hotel in strange clothes, they have not heard about the dress code. The overall impression is disgusting. The household appliances in the rooms are in poor condition. The neighbors in the room will be bugs, spiders, and other nasty insects.

I really liked it, the food is good, the rooms are clean and cozy, the girls are friendly, I am especially glad to have the opportunity to come again.

This hotel does not meet the stated 3 stars.the quality of service suffers in terms of room cleaning and linen change.(once every 7 days).and then after the reminder.The breakfasts are meager.but every day is different.the rooms are a bit neglected-doors are broken, cobwebs, mold and mildew, as well as spiders.there are no masking nets on the balconies.the balcony is not part of the room and therefore cannot be cleaned-there is a lot of dust and sand.otherwise, it is more or less normal.the staff is helpful and friendly.they try to please as much as they can.the pool is clean, but the slopes are broken, the sunbeds are broken.the pool is dirty.plumbing,air conditioning,TV in working condition.
