We charged the maximum cost, we didn't bother with a teahouse, drinks, fruits, meat for free. The restaurant does everything by itself. They also advised a wholesaler from whom you can buy alcohol.
One of the disadvantages: a very cold entrance area. There were many children with whom the animators were engaged in the lobby. Everyone is frozen! We asked the administrator to turn on the heat gun several times, but to no avail. No one even stayed for the buffet in the lobby! Because the toilets are also located at the entrance, and it's very cold there.
There is an unpleasant smell of sewage in the room, but there was no one in the hall when the banquet started.
A cloakroom attendant and a technician all rolled into one. Therefore, either wipe the floors (after the snow melts, the floors become dangerously slippery), or take / give out clothes. It's good that we didn't have many guests!
You need to put your own people to monitor the kitchen, the waiters, and the alcoholic beverages. Most of them were very poorly served! They had to be constantly called and searched for. They stood and looked into their hundreds. The VIP table was served disgracefully. The guests said that the besh waiter was throwing on their plate because they made a remark.
Besh, the meat was taken away very quickly. They did not react to the request to take it out again in order to feed the mobilographers, as if they had not heard. They asked for it several times.
The flowers brought by the guests were not placed in the water.
The rating of the kitchen is 5, but the receptionist and waiters are only 3! Keep that in mind! We need someone who will constantly kick them up.
Another point: the administrator demanded full payment in front of the second table. Otherwise, he said, we won't take out the second hot one. And after making the payment, the waiters disappeared altogether!
