I contacted this office to repair the box.the box was removed, disassembled for defects and they invited me to negotiate the price, I asked how much the repair would cost? I was told 7500 br, turnkey! To which my consent was obtained and an advance payment was made. A week later, they called and said that they had broken my hydraulic box unit and would supply it at their own expense, to which I said OK. I call a week later and ask what's wrong with the car?You know, the bolt on the wheel hub is broken (when twisting)! I had to change it along with the rotary knuckle! They took 150 br for the job. ! The next day they dialed and said that the car was ready. We've run it in and the box is working well, but your turbine is broken and not blowing! When I arrived, the turbine really wasn't blowing! I told them that the turbine was repaired less than a year ago! To which they said that the spare parts are Chinese ! And they have smart guys who will do everything at the highest level! As a result, I opened the hood and saw that they had forgotten to put the turbine nozzle back in place!!! All the wiring is loose, not fixed in place! And as a result, they announced 8,400 br to me for repairing the box. I asked why it's so expensive? I was told that the spare parts for the box that they ordered came at a higher price! I had to wash the hydraulic unit of the box, there were chips, and your torque converter fell apart! I had to take a used one! Not a single action was coordinated with me! The difference is 900 br. they returned it to me for more than a month, feeding me breakfast! And after their work, there was a vibration, and after that I found a lot of problems! The subframe bolt and starter protection were not clamped, the wiring harness was not tightened, the brake hose was frayed due to the fact that they forgot to put it back in place and the cooling oil of the box was leaking due to the snacking of the rubber bands! And what else is not twisted is not known!!! I didn't dare go to them to fix the problems! It's scary after such a high-quality repair!

Squeezed oil out of the internal combustion engine. We got to the rings and offered to change them since the engine was disassembled. I agreed on the condition that the oil would no longer leak. We sent the cylinder head for verification (grinding, guide)500 rubles. They dragged on about the cost of services to the end, "approximately" it turned out to be much less than the final cost (4500r). As a result, I visited them 4 more times within a month and a half, and the oil kept pouring.
With the help of the Internet and another service station, the problem was solved for 150 rubles.

I thought a box replacement was inevitable, but the specialists took a look, said that it would still live, the problem was with the torque converter locking clutch and the clutch plates. After the repair, 17,000 km has passed, the automatic transmission is working as new.

They probably tell everyone there that the deadline is 2 days, and they will make you 2 weeks out of it.
We brought the car for repairs- one was repaired, the other was broken, the amount for repairs grew every day…
The quality leaves much to be desired, the deadline was a day or two.
As a result, they were repaired for three weeks, and each time they took a job, their shortcomings were revealed, their flaws, used spare parts were bought and the price for them was the top of the market, oddly enough
