Very friendly host and staff, guest house on the ocean. The sea view option in the photo, if you like silence, take the second line, the train and other guests are not heard there in the evenings (but you will not be able to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves). Both the second and first lines have pools. The ocean is warm, lying under a palm tree in the heat is a thrill. You can book excursions from the owner (from 4,500 rupees/ 1500 rubles), breakfast/ lunch/ dinner (2-4.5 rupees / 1-1.5 rubles, in the photo - a lobster, lunch with him cost 4.5 rupees/1.5 k rubles, but it rarely happens, usually lunch with freshly caught fish costs only 2-3 rupees, they cook very tasty, they give coconut porridge, omelets and fresh fruits for breakfast, once there were pancakes with coconut honey), massage (a woman takes somewhere around 5k rupees / 1670 RUB). Roy (the owner) can exchange currency if necessary, he has a SIM card (Wi-Fi is only available at the reception, take a SIM card). The rooms are clean, but room cleaning needs to be requested separately (I caught a person to ask to sweep the sand). Towels are changed as soon as you ask. Don't wait for Turkish conditions, it's more of a guest house than a hotel, but for me the main thing is the ocean, so there were no problems. Near the railway station, it is easy to get to the turtle beach in the south and the Buddhist temple in the north, in order to get somewhere to eat outside the hotel, I recommend the train, but you can also order a tuk-tuk (you can do it yourself, you can ask Roy). In general, I had a great time, everything is great 👍

I had a rest in February 2024. The hotel is very clean. The owner of the villa always cordially treats all the wishes of his guests. The excursions organized by Roy are filled with the flavor of this country. He enjoys spending time with tourists, and knowing Russian adds an additional bonus to my vacation. Some tourists have already come to the Swarm again - this is a good sign. If fate gives me a Sri Lanka, then I will only come to Roy's villa!!!

We've been with Roy for 10 days. We are very happy with the rest. There is a swimming pool on site where you can plunge into the heat in the middle of the day. We lived on the second line, not far from the beach. You can order breakfasts and dinners from the host, as well as excursions. The rooms are nice, very modest and clean. The beach is almost always empty. There is an employee who will bring sun beds and towels. The rooms have air conditioning and a fan, it is better to turn them on at night. The hotel is budget-friendly, but for this money it justifies itself 100%.
