We rested twice.
Everything was fine in 2019. As in the positive reviews.
We decided to repeat it in 2021. And the night before arrival, when we were on the train, the owner called us and said that the previous tenants had not vacated the room and they would live in our reserved room for another three days.
We were offered an alternative, he said that everything is the same as they have just across the street. It was actually a nightmare. Then the hostess and I went through the nearest houses to find a place to stay for three days.
As a result, they found it at a neighbor's, but the conditions there are different. Toilet and shower on the floor.
I do not recommend this guest house. They can let you down and set you up at the most inopportune moment. The vacation was ruined. We won't go there anymore.

We had a rest from 13.09 to 20.09, we really liked it , everything as in the photo , the expectation coincided with reality , a clean room with a bathroom, air conditioning and a TV in the room , a shared spacious kitchen , next to the house in 7 minutes the sea , grocery stores , not far from home a good cafe at Mikhalych ( very tasty and reasonable prices ) , not far from the guest house dolphinarium , grocery market, near the central embankment where there are many cafes, a Ferris wheel and a water park , very friendly hosts , thank you for the rest we will definitely come again , I recommend the guest house 👍🏻

We booked the room in advance. There was everything necessary for living. Towels, bed linen, a place where you can eat, warm up and cook food. The room has air conditioning, which is not a little important, but even we rarely turned it on, because it was cool in the room. There is a TV. They didn't clean up, but we didn't litter either, since we practically didn't sit in the room. The prices are reasonable, considering that it was the season. 2800 in July. It is relatively not far from the sea to the room. The beach had just started to develop, so there weren't many people. There are no annoying sellers. There are shops nearby where you can buy what you need.

Clean room with two beds, air conditioning, bathroom, towels. There is no hair dryer. On the ground floor of the house there is a shared kitchen, 2 refrigerators. There are clotheslines for drying clothes. Despite the mosquito net in the room, there are sooo many mosquitoes, they were saved by fumitox. Of the cons: three times in 10 days the electricity was turned off in the morning and, accordingly, there was no water. The area is very small, there is nowhere to wander, but the parking lot is made of gravel. There is no washing machine. To wash the laundry-to the hostess. 1 download 250 rubles

The best guest house in the city in terms of price/quality ratio. We had a vacation with four friends recently. The owner is a hospitable and cool guy. There is Wi-Fi, laundry, irons, kitchen, shower separately in each room. Generally 10/10 for your money

I stayed with the children from July 9 to July 18, 21. Wonderful hosts, Roxana and son Khachik! With a Caucasian sense of humor. Khachik met me from the airport and escorted me back. I took them on excursions. Although not a tour guide, he told me a lot. A separate bow to the owners. The rooms are not large, but with amenities. Air conditioning in each room. For this money, I think it's a sin to complain! I highly recommend it.

Of the advantages, only the location of the guest house, but its condition... The house is new, but completely unkempt, upon check-in, mold was found in the bathroom, dust, cobwebs, dirty curtains and hordes of tiny ants. Roxanne, dear, I'm sorry, but you're not much of a hostess. I will definitely return to Abkhazia, but definitely not to this guest house.
