Pros: the city center is within walking distance, a large territory, a private beach, friendly staff, good animation, a beach bar and at lunchtime food was served there-burgers, vegetables, pizza, sweets, snacks. Imported alcohol was whiskey, wine, tequila, vodka, beer, rum.
The food was constantly and quite tasty - hot, snacks, sweets, fruits, tortillas from 11 to 15 were cooked in 3 places
Cons: vacationers themselves created a stir, namely: the queue to the "dining room" before the opening (they were witnesses when they returned from the beach), they occupied the sunbeds on the beach with towels or things in the evening (we did not lie on the sunbeds before lunch) and at the same time they (people) were not there. The dust and floors in the room were not wiped or washed. Beach towels were not received immediately. Not very clean dishes - you need to look carefully so that there are no dried residues after the dishwasher.

We stayed at this hotel from May 5 to May 15. The hotel is very nice, the area is small, but clean and beautiful. There are 3 children's pools and one adult on site, and there are also aqua parks. The location of the hotel is excellent, located in the center. Shops with souvenirs and sweets are within walking distance. The rooms are normal, the furniture is all intact and tidy. However, there are problems with cleaning, both in the rooms and in the hotel as a whole.
The food is varied. For breakfast there were always eggs, pancakes, cereals, various types of cheeses, vegetables, yoghurts, fruits, etc. At lunch and dinner there are always various side dishes, meat, fish, vegetables, seafood, various desserts, fruits. There were bars with various drinks and ice cream near the pools.
The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, if there were not enough sun beds, then they informed. Pebble beach, without special shoes(coral)it may be inconvenient. There was also a bar with drinks, from 11.30 there was fast food, vegetables, fruits, sweets.
We had a great time at this hotel. The food is delicious here, and the staff is very friendly and courteous.
However, sometimes there were not enough places on the beach and by the pool. But this was due to the fact that some people left towels on the sun beds and left for half a day. If I were the hotel administration, I would introduce a rule according to which you can not leave your belongings on the sun beds and leave. On the second day, while swimming, My child fell in the pool and cut his chin, through his own fault, we ran to the doctor, no one was there, no one would provide first aid at the reception, they say call the insurance company, we drove for 2 hours, since it was Sunday. The doctor came, sewed it up, had a great examination! But we were shocked that there was simply no first aid kit at the reception, there was no nurse, everyone had to be called and waited, it was good that we had chlorhexidine! As a result, the dressing was done by the guards, who had a bandage and plasters. Hello. I had a rest at Rox Royal from 08/29/24/2024.The hotel is good, cleaning , water, towel every day. The food is good.Animation for children and adults at an average level. The children's pool is normal, but only two of the six slides work.A big minus is that there are not enough sunbeds on the beach , a small beach , the hotel has about 5,090 rooms , and the beach is not designed for such a number of guests and it is very inconvenient , I had to take a sunbed from 7.00 in the morning and lie around the pool for a couple of days because there were no free places on the beach , there are pebbles on the beach , there is no sand , I advise you to take aquataps.Shops are within walking distance.

Russian-speaking women from Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine work at the reception, and there are several of them, there are no Turks at the reception.

Of the advantages of the hotel:
- convenient location (close to the sea, developed infrastructure - there is a place to go for a walk and shop);
- good WiFi, catches throughout the hotel and on the beach of the hotel;
- good cuisine (from fruits in August - plums, apples, pears, peaches, grapes, watermelons and melons);
- portioned ice cream is distributed for 2 hours (usually they met 30min- 1 hour in hotels), which is convenient;
- good animation team;
- very tasty coffee in the lobby on the 1st floor.
Of the cons:
- air conditioning, it is unrealistically hot in the room;
- the refrigerator of the mini-bar in the room - it does not cool completely (at the reception they said it should not perform the function of a refrigerator, which they encountered for the first time), so if there are medicines or perishable products, it is a hopeless situation;
- the room is not cleaned under the beds, dust and hair;
- the water park is certainly not bad, but some of the slides have always been turned off and they are already in a worn condition;
- the restaurant alyakart (Italian) did not meet expectations, the usual food.
The food was for every taste, the rooms were very clean, there were attractions for children in the pool for recreation, the hotel is top Well, it's really expensive
There are many disadvantages, but if the price suits you, you can go. Everything is not new, but it works, the rooms are hot, i.e. the air conditioners do not work. The room was working properly. There were 2 slides in the water park. You won't stay hungry, don't expect any frills. You can drink alcohol. There is a problem with sunbeds, you need to come to the beach at 07.00, then you will take it without any problems. In general, rest is normal, but we will not return here anymore. P.S. it is advisable to take the room on the sides of the amphitheater, otherwise you will not fall asleep until 24.00. Disco and music is pounding
I would like to immediately note that the staff is good, friendly and thank you for that. But it does not correspond, I think, to the price and quality, plus, well, it does not correspond even to 4 stars. Five stars does not have an ordinary kettle and tea set, let alone wooden chopsticks for tea and coffee at lunch. Well, these are small things. The hotel itself is not cozy, huge and not comfortable. There wasn't enough room for lunch, especially outdoors. Although the guys tried to clean up quickly, sometimes they had to clean the table themselves to sit down to eat. From the dining room to the beach it takes 7 minutes at a slow pace, since the dining room is at the far end of the building (not convenient). In general, everything is not conveniently located and bars and cafes and a playground with slides. (I definitely wouldn't have come here with my grandson). We got to this hotel because we bought a ticket when there were no good hotels (price-quality) anymore. They wanted to go to Kemer). The food is normal, don't wake up hungry, but it's not very tasty. The beach is not bad, but it is too small for such a hotel and the umbrellas are terrible. You can't hide from the sun if you have to. There are sun beds next to each other and in order to catch a shadow, I don't know how to get out, turn around. We could have stretched the tent like at the nearby Hydros hotel (for foreigners in most cases). Gozli (cakes that are baked) are not tasty, from the word in general. We've been to different hotels, but these are the most disgusting. My husband loves them very much, but he couldn't eat them there at all. There is a sense of economy in everything. But for a week, paying 210000 is a lot for this hotel, it's not worth the money. It would be better to take the cheapest one, but on the first line and go to lunch at restaurants, which are full in the cell. We were very sorry that we got there without getting enough rest and comfort for our money. I do not recommend this hotel. Maybe he was good once (as they say), but not now. The vacation is ruined.
Very tasty, friendly staff, excellent sea, just fresh milk, delicious tortillas , pastries, a variety of dishes for all meals include not only meat but also fish and shrimp and fruits and much more. Excellent children's animation. I liked everything.
I'm staying at the Rox Royal5* hotel, the best hotel!!!! Very beautiful nature , mountains everywhere !!! Very good animation, yoga in the morning, aqua aerobics, lots of fun contests throughout the day and a wonderful evening program every day!!!
We stayed at the Rox Royal Hotel for the second time from 07/13/2024 to 07/23/2024 (the first in July 2023), and, unfortunately, we liked the first time more.
There were no problems with meeting at the airport and checking in, everything is OK (the bracelets were put on immediately upon arrival at 11.00, the rooms were ready by 14.00).
We went here primarily because of the water slides, but only 3 of the 7 existing ones worked for the entire period of stay (11 days), and these 3 are in deplorable condition in good condition, in need of repair (patches, scuffs, seams, everything scratches the skin).
The food became less varied, although, of course, no one remained hungry. Vegetables and fruits were always plentiful.
The dry ration (for early departure on an excursion) was reduced by 2 times compared to last year (there were: 2 sandwiches, fruit, water, juice, cookies; there were: 1 sandwich and 1 200ml juice).
The rooms were cleaned daily in the format of changing towels, taking out garbage. The vacuum cleaner /broom/important cleaning was carried out only at check-out/check-in. Shampoos / shower gels, etc. were not updated without an approach to the maids.
The overall impression is that over the past year the hotel has been "tired", the carpets in the halls are stained, the glass in the elevator is cracked, the chairs in the dining room are all with bent legs (with us, the leg of the chair under the girl next to us broke and she fell to the floor), the 1st floor lobby periodically smells of sewage.
The spa center staff is very intrusive.
Of the advantages, I can mention the friendly staff at the reception (administrator Elena), the availability of drinking water is always freely available in the lobby.
We rented a car at the hotel for 1 day - everything is fast, without problems, the cost is not higher than urban / Internet analogues.
In the evening, 3 trampolines for children were inflated on the territory (there were no trampolines last year), the children were very happy about it.
During the stay at the hotel, we took 2 excursions to sputnik8, the price was much higher from the Coral representative (Pamukkale $ 485 for 4 people, in sputnik - $ 300).
We stopped at the hotel in the evening. I and 2 children were offered a choice of two rooms on the ground floor family with an additional fee or on the 5th floor standard. We chose the standard , because there was an old renovation in the family room and a very strange balcony: you go out on it and rest against the wall, go to the right and here is an opening about a meter wide. The repair is better on the 5th floor, but after an hour it became clear that the air conditioner was not working. It blows, but with warm air. The balcony was opened. In the evening, the temperature outside is 35 degrees. It turned out to be unrealistic to fall asleep to the evening show. In the morning, they asked the reception to repair the condor and went to the sea for the whole day. The sea is good, transparent, the beach is large pebbles. Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Pools are also normal. There is a water park on site. When we arrived, 3 slides out of 6 were working. After the boy slid down the slide from the mouth of the wolf on his stomach and scratched his stomach until it bled, the slide was closed and all 2 remained. We returned to the room in the evening- nothing changed - the condom did not work. I tried to call from the room at the reception, the phone didn't work either. I had to go down and leave another request for the repair of the building. The second night without Kondei was worse. The children were spinning all night and woke up from the heat, there were wet sweat stains on the sheets. In the morning I went to brawl at the reception, a technician came with a stepladder. I was doing something, and then I said that in an hour the room would be cold. But, alas, the air conditioner did not work after an hour or two. I started texting to Moscow and sent the hotel representative photos from the electronic thermometer in the room, which showed a temperature of 32 degrees at night. Everyone promised to help. But all in vain. For several days I asked the reception to move us to another room, they, referring to the fact that the hotel was overcrowded, could not or did not want to help us, even for the promise to pay extra. On the fourth day, after another sleepless night, I said that I and the children would spend the night right on their sofas in foy. By the way, as I understood it, motion sensors were installed in the room and the electricity worked in them only when you walk around the room, respectively, when you sleep, the sensors turn off the electricity and even the movement of warm air from the air conditioner stopped. Finally, we were offered another room with an additional $100. I gladly agreed. You will give any money to sleep normally. Life has become better)) A Turkish teenage basketball team stopped by the hotel. They occupied the pool with slides. They shouted a lot and loudly, and after they left, they discovered that my eldest son's flip-flops had gone with them. It is clear at the reception that no one knew anything. They spread their hands, like they didn't bring anything. And suddenly, a day later, they write to me in the VOC app: Ksenia, go to the reception, please. Believing in a miracle, I run to them. They tell me that the senior manager wants to talk to me, but we have to wait. We are sitting. After 5 minutes, they call to the counter. A young, personable Turk asks me in bad Russian: do you live in room 50**? The answer is yes. He: May I ask where you got the wine and fruit in your room? I am surprised at the question and answer: what is forbidden to have wine and fruits in the room?) I bought them at the store yesterday. He won't let up: Who made you a present? I explain once again that I bought them myself and I don't understand why they are interested in it at all. He shows a video shot on a phone in which someone else's room is filled with peaches, apricots and a hotel gift wine. I'm saying that the room is not ours. Without apologizing, he calls someone in Turkish, and then tells me that he is not detaining me anymore. We go up to our room, the door doesn't open - all our cards are blocked. I had to go down to the reception and rewire the cards. In general, holidays in Turkey disappoint every year. A large cockroach was also seen near the elevator in this hotel. The lobby bar always smells like a toilet. The food in the restaurant is monotonous and tasteless, despite the apparent abundance. Children play football in the evening, it is already dark from 21:00, but the lights on the field are not turned on. Apparently they save money. Children are playing in the dark. There is a court. Half-broken rackets along with deflated balls are given for free. In the new room, there was no shower gel, a cup for a toothbrush, and the drying on the balcony was broken. Until I caught the maid by the hand and showed it, the reception fed me endless breakfasts. In my opinion, a 5-star hotel does not pull, three stars is a reality
