I would rate the hotel at 4.
The beach and the sea are excellent.

The hotel needs renovation . The 1st floor smells damp. Fortunately, everything worked in our room. There is a safe. There are few rooms with sea views, only one side of the hotel and the upper floors.
Cleaning is normal, not perfect, but not bad either

The hotel is not boring, there is something to do.
I liked the kids' club, the children are well occupied.
It was sometimes noisy to sleep, but we understood that there were other hotels and clubs around. This is the center of Kemer. It is possible to sleep only with the windows closed.

We had a rest in early October 2024. I liked everything, a good hotel, a budget five, varied food, lots of vegetables and fruits, clean, good location, 3 minutes from the hotel- and you are already walking around Kemer, friendly staff, beautiful nature. I hope we will come here again! And, of course, it all depends on the tourists themselves - some go on the positive side, relax and enjoy, others are always dissatisfied with everything and are looking for something to complain about. Pros: the city center is within walking distance, a large territory, a private beach, friendly staff, good animation, a beach bar and at lunchtime food was served there-burgers, vegetables, pizza, sweets, snacks. Imported alcohol was whiskey, wine, tequila, vodka, beer, rum.
The food was constantly and quite tasty - hot, snacks, sweets, fruits, tortillas from 11 to 15 were cooked in 3 places
Cons: vacationers themselves created a stir, namely: the queue to the "dining room" before the opening (they were witnesses when they returned from the beach), they occupied the sunbeds on the beach with towels or things in the evening (we did not lie on the sunbeds before lunch) and at the same time they (people) were not there. The dust and floors in the room were not wiped or washed. Beach towels were not received immediately. Not very clean dishes - you need to look carefully so that there are no dried residues after the dishwasher.

We stayed at this hotel from May 5 to May 15. The hotel is very nice, the area is small, but clean and beautiful. There are 3 children's pools and one adult on site, and there are also aqua parks. The location of the hotel is excellent, located in the center. Shops with souvenirs and sweets are within walking distance. The rooms are normal, the furniture is all intact and tidy. However, there are problems with cleaning, both in the rooms and in the hotel as a whole.
The food is varied. For breakfast there were always eggs, pancakes, cereals, various types of cheeses, vegetables, yoghurts, fruits, etc. At lunch and dinner there are always various side dishes, meat, fish, vegetables, seafood, various desserts, fruits. There were bars with various drinks and ice cream near the pools.
The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, if there were not enough sun beds, then they informed. Pebble beach, without special shoes(coral)it may be inconvenient. There was also a bar with drinks, from 11.30 there was fast food, vegetables, fruits, sweets.

We had a great time at this hotel. The food is delicious here, and the staff is very friendly and courteous.
However, sometimes there were not enough places on the beach and by the pool. But this was due to the fact that some people left towels on the sun beds and left for half a day. If I were the hotel administration, I would introduce a rule according to which you can not leave your belongings on the sun beds and leave. If this rule were not followed, the staff would collect forgotten items and hand them over to the reception. After all, while they are away, other guests could use these places.
Otherwise, everything was great. Active and unobtrusive animators offered a variety of activities: in the morning — exercise, in the afternoon — entertainment by the pool, and in the evening new programs were held every day.

This is the second time I have been staying at this hotel.Convenient location, clean beach.The choice of Food for every taste .The room was very spacious and quiet, the air conditioning worked perfectly.The children were freezing at night , I had to take 2 blankets each .Room cleaning every day, even swans were turned.I often read bad reviews related to cleaning .We didn 't have this problem on the floor.The only thing sometimes smelled like sewage in the bathroom, but it was a couple of times and not for long .The hotel has been tired since our first visit , but not critically.The sea is gorgeous, the water is high, I really liked the Pier.

I'm writing for memory, since we were a long time ago.
Positive:
there are many different kinds of food, everything that was eaten was delicious, especially desserts and Turkish tortillas, which were cooked and given out of the oven;
the animators are well done, young guys who invite both children and adults to participate in activities;
the staff was friendly, overall;
the location is close to the center of Kemer, but you need to take into account that access to the sea is through an underpass;
nice pool.
Cons:
very small beach, I can't imagine how everything fits there at a time when the hotel is full;
The beach was dirty, unfortunately;
The rooms are tired;
they were rarely cleaned;
the cocktails are very average — the same cocktail tasted different every time;
when they went to the reception at night with a complaint about neighbors listening to music at full volume through the speaker, asking the hotel staff to influence music lovers, nothing changed — we had to solve the problem ourselves.
Overall, we liked it, as it was our first time in Turkey at that time.
I will say separately that the Anex Tour is a very controversial campaign.

I stayed at this hotel in August, I really liked it! There is a pleasant staff, clean rooms, delicious cuisine, a huge selection of everything at the bar!
I also want to note that there are very cool animators here, it was thanks to them that my vacation was 100,000% cool! Every day they have super cool entertainment programs, both on the beach and by the pool🤩 In the evening, various shows, live music, disco, games, there are both for children and adults! On the second day, while swimming, My child fell in the pool and cut his chin, through his own fault, we ran to the doctor, no one was there, no one would provide first aid at the reception, they say call the insurance company, we drove for 2 hours, since it was Sunday. The doctor came, sewed it up, had a great examination! But we were shocked that there was simply no first aid kit at the reception, there was no nurse, everyone had to be called and waited, it was good that we had chlorhexidine! As a result, the dressing was done by the guards, who had a bandage and plasters. We inflated three trampolines in the evening for the whole hotel, there are a lot of children, fighting for a place on trampolines. We played volleyball, there were stones on the sand, it was traumatic. Also, when leaving home, at the check-in at the airport, they asked for a certificate that the child could fly, since there were stitches, no one warned us about this either! Thanks to the intourist guide Ibrahim, I brought all the medicines that the doctor prescribed, she was in touch with us.

Hello. I had a rest at Rox Royal from 08/29/24/2024.The hotel is good, cleaning , water, towel every day. The food is good.Animation for children and adults at an average level. The children's pool is normal, but only two of the six slides work.A big minus is that there are not enough sunbeds on the beach , a small beach , the hotel has about 5,090 rooms , and the beach is not designed for such a number of guests and it is very inconvenient , I had to take a sunbed from 7.00 in the morning and lie around the pool for a couple of days because there were no free places on the beach , there are pebbles on the beach , there is no sand , I advise you to take aquataps.Shops are within walking distance.

I rarely write a review, but this is an exceptional case) vacationed with a friend in July 2024, the hotel is straight family👍 In the center of Kemer, the sea is clean, the beach is equipped, the guys are bartenders and animators polite and obsequious!!!! They will always tell you at the reception, even somehow they helped to sew up the top, since there were no threads and needles with them, respectively😅 cleaning every day, changing towels, water, etc. Special thanks to the animators!! Lighters girls who write that they do not look after their children, they are not babysitters, but animators! Every evening there are programs, going out with those who wish to night clubs, all accompanied by animators. Well, it's okay that there is garbage and dirt in the hotel, you didn't come to sit in the hotel, but to relax! There are so many excursions, entertainment, you can get acquainted with the local flavor, after all. Try local sweets - baklava and Turkish delight. By the way, you can get a 25% discount from Ruslan from Samara, who works in a shop on Deniz Street. So, about the garbage and dirt, do not rock our resort boat! Everything is fine, so I woke up early in the morning, and there a local cat left a "present" right in the center of the lobby, or maybe it was someone from the Turkish delegation (I attach a photo, and then decide for yourself). Speaking of delegates, keep in mind that during the velvet season (we were in early October), the hotel is simply teeming with Turks! And these are not staff, but delegates to their local conferences. To say nothing about the fact that they are dubious neighbors, and all the long queues in the dining room because of such "guests".
Well, we didn't come to this incredible resort to stand in line. By the way, have I already said that we decided to name our son Rox after the hotel? Well, that's it.
The brightest memory is the excursions that took us away from this hotel and have nothing to do with it, except that we had to return there and wait out the time until the next excursion. And of course, the sea. Invigorating, but very clean. Someone here may remember about the Crimea, and someone may get rich in search of jewelry at the bottom of the sea (they themselves saw such an ichthyander that he searched there for 6 hours with a mask and flippers... Probably the lost star from the hotel logo).

The animation is good, the animators conduct games,contests,exercises, welcome in the morning on the beach, foam parties of course, but what I liked most was yoga at the beach bar. There are catastrophically not enough sun beds on the beach, it's the fault of the tourists themselves, but this circumstance did not spoil our rest, after buying up we went to the bar where comfortable chairs of pine trees to the sky shelter from the scorching sun, music, various drinks, a snack bar, after relaxing again we enjoyed the sea. The restaurant -the food is varied - different fish, lamb, chicken, vegetables , herbs, delicious sweets and in plenty, and an omelet for breakfast -tastier than I have ever eaten in any hotel . We once held a beer party where they served crayfish, oysters were very tasty. The last day of our vacation fell on my D.R. we ordered an Ala carte restaurant on the beach, the waiters brought a cake with candles to a congratulatory song, it was unforgettable. The only minus for me is the hammam, not even himself, but the massage rooms. This is the first hotel that I wanted to return to. Have a wonderful holiday for everyone

We were with our family in July 2024. The rooms with a French bed (140 cm) are extremely small, cramped, with two children, two extra beds stood close together. Reception without air conditioning. The bar is on the 1st floor, it's meager and sad to stand in line in the stuffiness.
Of course, you can always find something to eat from food, even beef has happened, in general, the kitchen is normal, but there are few places near the outdoor air conditioners, the rest are stuffy, sometimes you just didn't want to eat, there was nothing to breathe. In the queue for squid rings, an employee came up and restrained the person standing in front with his hand and said that's it, the rest of you can not stand, it's not enough. Watermelons and melons are delicious, and so are grapes when you get them. Apples and oranges were not taken especially, children have allergies. In general, the hotel is small, the beach is across the street, most often through an underpass, 2 stairs, who cannot climb high stairs- I do not recommend it. The beach bar is like everywhere else, snacks, tortillas, beer and soda. In the evening, this bar becomes a la cart- a wasted evening, with a bigger and tastier selection in the main restaurant. The sea is gorgeous, we swam both in the evening and at night, it was dense during the day, but there is a pier, there is more freedom. There is no territory at all, the pool is small. There is delicious coffee in the lobby, you can go to -1 for cookies (although the coffee for 1 approach is quite interesting, cookies for -1, probably so that you don't eat too much).
The hotel is weak, we definitely do not plan to return here.
I think it's a big plus that no one got poisoned.
Also, since the hotel is located in a mountainous area, sunset on the beach comes early, it's cool to get out of the water, but the water is warm and you can swim further. No one limits it.

A large well-groomed territory, delicious food, convenient location and not a long walk to the sea, pleasant staff.
The beach is nice. We walked along the sea, looked at others, liked ours more. It's like it's isolated, cozy.
The water is clear. My feet got used to the pebbles by the end of my vacation. And unexpected fish bites too)
The hotel has a cool water park. The truth is in need of repair, the slides are already rolled, the joints bulge out on many, the coating is cracked.
Therefore, take care of swimsuits and buttocks with backs.
I really liked that there is a children's room and playground next to the water park. There is also a toilet with small toilets nearby. Therefore, if the child suddenly feels like it, you do not need to run far)
By the way, as it turned out, there is a nightclub “Wolf” under the water park. But it seemed to us that there was a musty smell 😖 Once there was a party in white.
Ice cream is distributed by the pool with the "wolf" at certain hours (like from 2 to 4). And it's great that it's in individual packages. Strawberry and chocolate. Delicious)
The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the air conditioning. He rather performed the function of a fan, driving hot, humid air through the room. Once, it came to life (after they complained), and the next day it was again a slaughterhouse.
There is a spa area on the 1st floor (you can get beach towels there using the cards), but we did not go there for two reasons. First, it was very hot and not up to the baths. The second, the whole lower floor smelled damp/mildew.
By the way, the rooms are also full of mold. The entire rim of the shell is black. On the grout between the tiles as well.
The bed linen is unpleasant and rough.
I also didn't understand the joke with the a la carte restaurant. You need to register there in advance, places are limited! He does not work all days and only during dinner. This is understandable

We could have all this on the buffet. Well, yes, without this beautiful view of the sea and mountains, of course. In general, it was funny.
Also, we rested for a week, and there wasn't a single show the whole time. Just all sorts of Miss and Mrs. hotel, karaoke, etc. and so on from the animators. There was a mini disco by itself every evening.

According to the hotel, there are a lot of flies, they sit on food, the air conditioners do not work well, there was just a sauna in the restaurant, the air conditioner worked well in our room, I saw how others complained that it was unbearable in the room. When my son got sick, it turned out that the hotel doctor was on vacation (how can this be!?) the insurance company immediately offered hospitalization, but immediately warned that there were no places (also a strange thing). But everything went well.

We visited this hotel in September 2023 for the first time, we liked everything, settled quickly, a room with modern and well-maintained furniture and appliances with mountain views, with 3 single beds.

We decided to go to this hotel with a child for the second time in June 2024, and were disappointed this time because of the check-in. We were put in the worst room in the hotel: on the 5th attic floor, in the heat it is impossible to stay there even on the floor, let alone in the room.
The room was faulty: the air conditioner was blowing hot air, the toilet did not flush, the phone did not work, the room was angular and because of this balcony as such there was no balcony, the soap dispensers did not work, the safe did not work, the beds barely stood, it was even scary to sit on them, the WWII TV, we were offered to move to another room for $ 70, but I decided that this would not happen, I began to demand that everything in the room be repaired, it took me 5 hours to have these conversations with the reception.
Russian-speaking women from Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine work at the reception, and there are several of them, there are no Turks at the reception.
Perhaps they have such a task: to check into a bad room and offer good rooms for an additional fee.
If we hadn't known that the hotel has normal rooms and no extra charges, then maybe I would have paid extra, but since this is not the first time we have been at the hotel, I was persistent.
On the territory of the hotel: a medium-sized hotel, everything you need to eat, good animation for both children and adults, they feed well, alcohol is poured generously, strong drinks are present in the bar: rakhi, tequila, whiskey. You can eat almost all day: in a restaurant, on the beach, by the adult pool and at the water park, drink coffee in a coffee shop, enjoy ice cream at the water park, snack on tortillas with stuffing at the beach bar, in the water park, by the pool.
In general, the hotel is not bad.
And yes, we were moved to a normal room, where everything worked without extra charges.

I'll start right away with the cons - it's very hot in the whole hotel! Starting from the reception, and ending with places of eating and drinking! Only the rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel's air conditioning system either fails or saves money.
The pool is very warm, it was comfortable for both adults and children to swim, but I think the children caught an enterovirus infection there. Because nothing will survive in such a salty sea, and we haven't been anywhere else.
The children's room works by the hour, the schedule is not very convenient, there is something to compare it with.
There are a lot of advantages! Of course, the food. Despite the fact that there are no frills, but each dish was cooked delicious. All that was missing was delicious coffee and sweets BETWEEN meals. We weren't hungry for a minute!

The sea is a separate delight! Of course, it's very salty for children, it stings their eyes, but the water is the purest, it already shines in the sun! And a cool pier, from which it is fun for both adults and children to jump into the sea. There were always sun beds (we were at the end of June). Nearby there is a cafe with drinks, fruits, fast food.
In general, a vacation for 4+, given the relatively low price tag, is a godsend!

Of the advantages of the hotel:
- convenient location (close to the sea, developed infrastructure - there is a place to go for a walk and shop);
- good WiFi, catches throughout the hotel and on the beach of the hotel;
- good cuisine (from fruits in August - plums, apples, pears, peaches, grapes, watermelons and melons);
- portioned ice cream is distributed for 2 hours (usually they met 30min- 1 hour in hotels), which is convenient;
- good animation team;
- very tasty coffee in the lobby on the 1st floor.
Of the cons:
- air conditioning, it is unrealistically hot in the room;
- the refrigerator of the mini-bar in the room - it does not cool completely (at the reception they said it should not perform the function of a refrigerator, which they encountered for the first time), so if there are medicines or perishable products, it is a hopeless situation;
- the room is not cleaned under the beds, dust and hair;
- the water park is certainly not bad, but some of the slides have always been turned off and they are already in a worn condition;
- the restaurant alyakart (Italian) did not meet expectations, the usual food.

There were 2 slides in the water park. You won't stay hungry, don't expect any frills. You can drink alcohol. There is a problem with sunbeds, you need to come to the beach at 07.00, then you will take it without any problems. In general, rest is normal, but we will not return here anymore. But it does not correspond, I think, to the price and quality, plus, well, it does not correspond even to 4 stars. Five stars does not have an ordinary kettle and tea set, let alone wooden chopsticks for tea and coffee at lunch. Well, these are small things. The hotel itself is not cozy, huge and not comfortable. There wasn't enough room for lunch, especially outdoors. Although the guys tried to clean up quickly, sometimes they had to clean the table themselves to sit down to eat. From the dining room to the beach it takes 7 minutes at a slow pace, since the dining room is at the far end of the building (not convenient). In general, everything is not conveniently located and bars and cafes and a playground with slides. (I definitely wouldn't have come here with my grandson). We got to this hotel because we bought a ticket when there were no good hotels (price-quality) anymore. They wanted to go to Kemer). The food is normal, don't wake up hungry, but it's not very tasty. The beach is not bad, but it is too small for such a hotel and the umbrellas are terrible. You can't hide from the sun if you have to. There are sun beds next to each other and in order to catch a shadow, I don't know how to get out, turn around. We could have stretched the tent like at the nearby Hydros hotel (for foreigners in most cases). Gozli (cakes that are baked) are not tasty, from the word in general. We've been to different hotels, but these are the most disgusting. My husband loves them very much, but he couldn't eat them there at all. There is a sense of economy in everything. But for a week, paying 210000 is a lot for this hotel, it's not worth the money. It would be better to take the cheapest one, but on the first line and go to lunch at restaurants, which are full in the cell. We were very sorry that we got there without getting enough rest and comfort for our money. I do not recommend this hotel. Maybe he was good once (as they say), but not now. The vacation is ruined.

We stayed at the Rox Royal Hotel for the second time from 07/13/2024 to 07/23/2024 (the first in July 2023), and, unfortunately, we liked the first time more.
There were no problems with meeting at the airport and checking in, everything is OK (the bracelets were put on immediately upon arrival at 11.00, the rooms were ready by 14.00).
We went here primarily because of the water slides, but only 3 of the 7 existing ones worked for the entire period of stay (11 days), and these 3 are in deplorable condition in good condition, in need of repair (patches, scuffs, seams, everything scratches the skin).
The food became less varied, although, of course, no one remained hungry. Vegetables and fruits were always plentiful.
The dry ration (for early departure on an excursion) was reduced by 2 times compared to last year (there were: 2 sandwiches, fruit, water, juice, cookies; there were: 1 sandwich and 1 200ml juice).
The rooms were cleaned daily in the format of changing towels, taking out garbage. The vacuum cleaner /broom/important cleaning was carried out only at check-out/check-in. Shampoos / shower gels, etc. were not updated without an approach to the maids.
The overall impression is that over the past year the hotel has been "tired", the carpets in the halls are stained, the glass in the elevator is cracked, the chairs in the dining room are all with bent legs (with us, the leg of the chair under the girl next to us broke and she fell to the floor), the 1st floor lobby periodically smells of sewage.
The spa center staff is very intrusive.
Of the advantages, I can mention the friendly staff at the reception (administrator Elena), the availability of drinking water is always freely available in the lobby.
We rented a car at the hotel for 1 day - everything is fast, without problems, the cost is not higher than urban / Internet analogues.
In the evening, 3 trampolines for children were inflated on the territory (there were no trampolines last year), the children were very happy about it.
During the stay at the hotel, we took 2 excursions to sputnik8, the price was much higher from the Coral representative (Pamukkale $ 485 for 4 people, in sputnik - $ 300).

We stopped at the hotel in the evening. I and 2 children were offered a choice of two rooms on the ground floor family with an additional fee or on the 5th floor standard. We chose the standard , because there was an old renovation in the family room and a very strange balcony: you go out on it and rest against the wall, go to the right and here is an opening about a meter wide. The repair is better on the 5th floor, but after an hour it became clear that the air conditioner was not working. It blows, but with warm air. The balcony was opened. In the evening, the temperature outside is 35 degrees. It turned out to be unrealistic to fall asleep to the evening show. In the morning, they asked the reception to repair the condor and went to the sea for the whole day. The sea is good, transparent, the beach is large pebbles. Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Pools are also normal. There is a water park on site. When we arrived, 3 slides out of 6 were working. After the boy slid down the slide from the mouth of the wolf on his stomach and scratched his stomach until it bled, the slide was closed and all 2 remained. We returned to the room in the evening- nothing changed - the condom did not work. I tried to call from the room at the reception, the phone didn't work either. I had to go down and leave another request for the repair of the building. The second night without Kondei was worse. The children were spinning all night and woke up from the heat, there were wet sweat stains on the sheets. In the morning I went to brawl at the reception, a technician came with a stepladder. I was doing something, and then I said that in an hour the room would be cold. But, alas, the air conditioner did not work after an hour or two. I started texting to Moscow and sent the hotel representative photos from the electronic thermometer in the room, which showed a temperature of 32 degrees at night. Everyone promised to help. But all in vain. For several days I asked the reception to move us to another room, they, referring to the fact that the hotel was overcrowded, could not or did not want to help us, even for the promise to pay extra. On the fourth day, after another sleepless night, I said that I and the children would spend the night right on their sofas in foy. By the way, as I understood it, motion sensors were installed in the room and the electricity worked in them only when you walk around the room, respectively, when you sleep, the sensors turn off the electricity and even the movement of warm air from the air conditioner stopped. Finally, we were offered another room with an additional $100. I gladly agreed. You will give any money to sleep normally. Life has become better)) A Turkish teenage basketball team stopped by the hotel. They occupied the pool with slides. They shouted a lot and loudly, and after they left, they discovered that my eldest son's flip-flops had gone with them. It is clear at the reception that no one knew anything. They spread their hands, like they didn't bring anything. And suddenly, a day later, they write to me in the VOC app: Ksenia, go to the reception, please. Believing in a miracle, I run to them. They tell me that the senior manager wants to talk to me, but we have to wait. We are sitting. After 5 minutes, they call to the counter. A young, personable Turk asks me in bad Russian: do you live in room 50**? The answer is yes. He: May I ask where you got the wine and fruit in your room? I am surprised at the question and answer: what is forbidden to have wine and fruits in the room?) I bought them at the store yesterday. He won't let up: Who made you a present? I explain once again that I bought them myself and I don't understand why they are interested in it at all. He shows a video shot on a phone in which someone else's room is filled with peaches, apricots and a hotel gift wine. I'm saying that the room is not ours. Without apologizing, he calls someone in Turkish, and then tells me that he is not detaining me anymore. We go up to our room, the door doesn't open - all our cards are blocked. I had to go down to the reception and rewire the cards. In general, holidays in Turkey disappoint every year. A large cockroach was also seen near the elevator in this hotel. The lobby bar always smells like a toilet. The food in the restaurant is monotonous and tasteless, despite the apparent abundance. Children play football in the evening, it is already dark from 21:00, but the lights on the field are not turned on. Apparently they save money. Children are playing in the dark. There is a court. Half-broken rackets along with deflated balls are given for free. In the new room, there was no shower gel, a cup for a toothbrush, and the drying on the balcony was broken. Until I caught the maid by the hand and showed it, the reception fed me endless breakfasts. In my opinion, a 5-star hotel does not pull, three stars is a reality
