Delight and that 's all !
Everything is new, the staff is friendly, the breakfasts are the best (huge portions). Very tasty coffee.
Tea, coffee and cream, water are free in the room. There is a refrigerator , iron , hair dryer . The towel and the bed are the most comfortable.
The location is convenient. There is a beach, but at another hotel, umbrellas , sun beds , towels are provided, we walked for 7-9 minutes, you can also take a buggy.
We plan to return to this hotel. Everything is so good that there is nothing to complain about

A wonderful hotel! Cleanliness, comfort. Very attentive, helpful staff will help you solve any issue. I would especially like to mention the work at the reception of Eliza and Jan. Everything in the hotel is designed to come back again. The breakfasts are excellent, you can walk to the beach or get a ride to the bags. Everyone leaves with sadness that the vacation flew by quickly.

A wonderful hotel! At the entrance at the reception, there is a pleasant smell that makes you fall in love with this place from the very first minutes!
The rooms are spacious. There is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer.
We met with the manager, who kindly showed the exchange office on the map.
And what a location!!!!! Just chic! And a gorgeous beach on the beach club grounds. Admission is free for hotel guests!

The hotel is new. The staff is attentive and will help you solve any issue. There is a transfer to the mall and to the beach. There is one supermarket in the courtyard on the top floor of the hotel. The beach is 5 minutes away, and so is the marina.

I recently returned from an unforgettable vacation in Dubai, I was there with my family for a little over a month, and I would like to share my impressions of our stay at the ROVE JBR hotel. This place is just amazing!
From the first moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly atmosphere and the professionalism of all the staff. I would like to express my special gratitude to Maxim and Amina — they made our stay truly unforgettable. They were always in touch and ready to help with any questions.
The rooms at the hotel are very cozy and modernly decorated, and the convenient location allows easy access to the beach and the main tourist spots. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, there are also sun beds with towels and a shower.
The hotel provides access to the world-class UFC GYM fitness club. It is equipped with modern equipment and offers a variety of activities.
For hotel guests, there is access to COVE BEACH DUBAI, a buggy is provided to the beach and back. It has a swimming pool with shower, sun beds, and a very nice restaurant. A very protected area.
Thanks to the hotel for providing a place, a clean beach and the best pool. All this creates ideal conditions for recreation. It is an 8-minute walk to the beach.
The hotel staff really deserves special praise — everyone was attentive, responsive and always ready to help. This created an atmosphere of coziness and comfort.
A homely atmosphere, suitable for families, young couples.
The hotel also has an excellent restaurant, a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and a varied menu.

I was with my wife from December 13 to December 18, 2024.
This is the second time we have stayed in this network in Dubai (we were still in La mer).
I'll say this: there's nothing to find fault with. Everything is neat and tasteful both in the mops and in the room. The bathroom with a large shower is good, nothing is running, etc. It's all clear. We lived on the second floor with windows facing the road. But they're all stuck in traffic and you can't hear them in the room. It's rare that someone thunders in a sports car or motorcycle at night. Nothing disturbed us for 5 nights. The bed is huge, the mattress is good. The air conditioners are modern and easy to operate.
Additional advantages:
1) good breakfasts (you order dishes from the menu, and you get vegetables, herbs, fruits, snacks on the buffet). From the main course, for example, there is bruschetta with omelette and salmon, or a signature breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, etc.
2) a 7-minute walk or 2-minute golf cart ride (free of charge) to a private beach at another hotel - towels and sun beds are provided free of charge. You get high without a crowd, and they really don't let you in with your food and drinks (they smack you at the entrance :)), and there's a bottle of water that costs almost 1,000 rubles))) The food costs the same as in any rest in the marina
3) access to the UFC gym located in this residential complex. I thought the staff was joking when they said the UFC star was coming there. But in reality, I met Conor McGregor there))) This is not a joke. With what he came for three days in a row) maybe it was a short promotional campaign, but if you are there and see a Rolls with a red interior, run to the hall)))
4) There is a carefor market right in this complex. Very convenient.
5) The staff is very polite and friendly. There was a Russian-speaking girl.
Just for info: the hotel is located in an apartment complex consisting of several residential towers and a stylobate part. The actual rooms of the hotel are located in the stillobate. That is, there are only two floors. Therefore, do not count on the views. As for me, it's better to live on the second floor, because on the ground floor, fences are specially installed with windows on the street so that passers-by do not look in, but this area can apparently be used as a balcony.
And yet: there are no Euro sockets. At the reception, they gave only one adapter for several entrances- it's not very convenient. You can buy it in the market for 600 rubles.
In general, I Recommend it.

A small hotel in the center of JBR. Alyakart breakfast+ buffet, for 4 people. The hotel has Russian-speaking staff in the restaurant and at the reception. Free beachclub, you can get to Bagi in 5 minutes. In general, an excellent option will not stop for a long time. The price for the travel agent was excellent.
