Nice hotel. The restaurant is delicious, there are tables inside and outside under umbrellas, comfortable chairs. The rooms are clean, only the very low temperature of the air conditioner, which apparently always supports it by default.
I liked that I couldn't hear the neighbors.
In the lobby there is a shop with snacks, sandwiches and basic necessities, it seems to be open 24 hours.
There is a free comfortable bus service from the hotel to the beach and Dubai Mall on schedule.
The hotel can be reached on foot from the metro ~ 10 min.
I would like to thank the staff separately, they are polite and friendly) The administrator Diana helped me a lot on several issues, which greatly facilitated my stay in the city💚
In general, I would go back there again.

The hotel is simply wonderful! In short, I would have come back again.
Very convenient location: 10 minutes on foot to the metro, immediately along the covered passage you can walk to the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa.
Meals - we took breakfasts + dinners, quite enough, it's hot in the afternoon and I don't want to eat. Breakfast is a buffet + you can order an omelette from the menu/scrambled eggs (feel free to ask for a menu), dinners - there are two of them: from 6 to 8 p.m. buffet, everything is also very tasty, meat, fruits, vegetables, sweets, and from 8 p.m. dinner is a la carte, the menu is very extensive, two dishes per person, drinks are also non-alcoholic. We had a poke with shrimp, caesar, a beef burger and grilled fish with mashed potatoes - everything is gorgeous, like in a restaurant, beautiful serving. The waiters are lovely, very polite and smiling.
The hotel staff is all very polite and kind, there is one Russian-speaking girl and one waitress at the reception. We had a night flight and arrived at the hotel at about 9 a.m., at 10:30 we were already in the room (although check-in at 16:00 like everyone else), at that time we were sent to the pool to lie down, and were allowed into the buffet area to drink coffee with croissants.
The interior is a separate kind of buzz, everything is made in a musical style, records, microphones, various instruments.
The rooms are clean, newly renovated (the hotel seems to be 21 years old), stylishly decorated, everything was cleaned and changed every day, the view was of the Burj Khalifa - a separate kind of buzz.
The pool is excellent, also with a view of the Burj Khalifa, warm, there is an inflatable flamingo from the hotel, sun beds, towels are just wonderful.
The hotel has a shuttle service to the beach (we were at the end of March 25 and they take us to Kite Beach), as well as to the Dubai Mall, it runs according to schedule, but.... if you didn't have time to jump on the bus (and there were more people willing than there were seats on the bus), then your problems are at least by taxi At least walk. It's a decent drive to the beaches.
Sockets - one in the bathtub is suitable for Russian plugs + usb, several near the bedside tables.
The hotel also has underground parking, we rented a car and parked there for free, just the room number records the possibility of check-in.
In general, the hotel is a thrill, we really liked it.

I liked the hotel. Convenient location - near the metro station. Not far from Burj Khalifa, on the other side of the coast. The room was cleaned and the linen was changed every day. The room has a safe, refrigerator, kettle with tea and coffee making facilities.
The breakfasts are delicious and varied, you can order scrambled eggs, omelets with different fillings, waffles + Buffet.
If breakfast is not included, you can have breakfast for 79 dirhams. There are two pools, one of them with sea water. Fitness room.
Everything is very decent and on a solid 4!

Positive: nice area, new hotel, excellent staff (I haven't met a Russian speaker in 4 days, maybe I was so lucky).
There is a huge lobby area where you can work, meet, have lunch or just wait for check-in time. I arrived 3 hours ahead of check-in time, waited only 20 minutes due to the fact that a room with a view of the tower was being prepared (although I chose the room without a view, the cheapest), I was pleasantly surprised. Parking is free for guests.
Cons: there is a very unpleasant smell on the 17th floor throughout the stay. By default, they don't provide brushes or slippers (you need to ask, then they won't even give you 1, but 3 and 5 at once). It's a 25-minute walk to the Dubai Mall, although it looks like it's nearby, keep in mind.

a luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai. although it is 3*, but the service, food and services are all 5+. Mercato Beach was closed for reconstruction in October-November 2024. the shuttle took us to Kite Beach, which, although far away, is perfectly equipped. The hotel has a small pool on the 1st floor. we took the breakfasts, and they were great: everything is very tasty, constantly replenished. the waiters are great, they always come up, ask, take away empty dishes. in general, we were very satisfied.

The hotel is super! We just returned (we were a week away on April 12-18, 2024). Excellent location, service and food! Do not regret and take HB (breakfast and dinner) in fact, you can eat a second time at any time without warning. The breakfasts are excellent cheeses, red fish - everything is very tasty. The rooms are not large, but very cozy, the beds are comfortable! Regular cleaning, replenishing the water. There are no problems with water at all and they can be brought to the room at any time, there are vending machines on the floors you can pour, you can take bottles for the beach by the pool (they are chilled in an ice box) by the way, towels are also given there that you can take with you to the beach!) The service is excellent, all the staff is attentive, there are a lot of Russian speakers. I especially want to note that Aibek will help solve any issue in everything. Our rooms were extended without problems for a couple of hours due to late check-out. The interior of the hotel is interesting and everything is new. Bursh Khalifa was watched from the window. There are shuttle buses from the hotel to the beach and to the Mall. But you can also walk to the Dubai Mall and the metro (a little less picturesque road) for 15-20 minutes. We often took a taxi for short distances is not expensive. Next to City Walk you can walk, a pleasant place and the streets there in the area are relatively green. We liked to go to Mercato beach (by taxi 12-15 dirhams) in the evening you can walk who likes, it's 30 minutes-3 km. The entrance is on the north side, there is a shower/toilet/ locker room and a fountain with drinking water. There are no sun beds / cafes and therefore no one! The bay is great.
We were in Dubai for the first time, we are very glad that we chose the hotel successfully.

An excellent hotel chain, this is not the first time I have stayed. The best locations, This hotel is located in the heart of Dubai, in the Wolf City area, next to the Coca Cola Arena stadium. The rooms are small but comfortable enough. The city center looks gorgeous. It will be very important for those who came not only to lie on the beach, all the sights are within walking distance, there is a shop on the ground floor, there are two alcohol markets in 10 minutes on foot)))(Whoever is looking for will always find it). A fairly modest Breakfast and dinner, but lunch on the menu is just a delight, I managed to try all the dishes from the menu, right all for 5 + by the way, the view from the window is gorgeous.

The best 3 hotel, stayed twice. Excellent staff, location - 10 minutes to Dubai Mall on foot. There is a beautiful City Wolf street nearby. A good place is the Green planet mini Zoo, where animals are without cages. There is a tax)

It's very decent for a troika! The hotel is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes to the Dubai Mall, it's cool to walk there, but it's hard to get back from behind the highways if with packages)) A bus takes you to the beach, there is a small square with cafes and McDonald's nearby. The hotel has a swimming pool. The rooms are small but cozy. For some reason, there is no spoon for shoes and all accessories must be asked if needed. Basically, there are only slippers and soap in the room. Please note that there are Euro sockets in hotels and everywhere. Therefore, you must immediately buy an adapter. There is a convenience store downstairs in the hotel, except for alcohol. Alcohol is only available at the bar. We are vacationing now in January 2024, I specially chose a city hotel, because beach holidays are cool. In the hotel's pool, you can swim and sunbathe on the sun beds. Cleaning every day, everyone is very friendly! The hotel matches its price. I definitely recommend it! Don't let it scare you that this is a 3ka))) ask for a higher room so that the view is more beautiful.

The hotel is just super! 5 minutes walk to the metro station, 15-20 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. The staff is very responsive, there are Russian-speaking employees. The breakfasts are varied and very tasty. I will definitely stay here again next time. Attached the road to the subway. You need to walk along the road along the sidewalk and past the construction site. Navigators do not show this and for the first time we went on a long road through traffic lights and pedestrian crossings

We are resting here now.The hotel is in a great location, not far from the metro.There are free buses to Dubai Mall and Kate Beach.There is a swimming pool and a gym on the ground floor.The view is beautiful, unless of course the construction of one high-rise building.There is a McDonald's and a small grocery store nearby, but it's better to see their location right away.The breakfasts are good, but monotonous.The rooms are not very large, the windows do not open, there is nowhere to dry things.The service is excellent, but the cleaning in the rooms is not very good, they come when you are at home and apparently wait for you to refuse cleaning.Water is provided, tea, coffee, sugar, a kettle and a hairdryer are in the room.Upon check-in, 60 dirhams were paid.There are Russian-speaking staff, but there are few of them.Overall, I rate it 8 out of 10.

The hotel is top-of-the-line! Don't look like it's technically 3 stars. In fact, you get service, food and services like in many 4-star hotels. A wonderful gym, a swimming pool and a restaurant with a veranda. I stayed there twice, both times it was great! I recommend 10/10!

The hotel is super, the pool is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious, varied and hearty, but we were neglected during Ramadan (dinner was for locals, we were on a residual basis). A huge plus is that there is a shuttle service to the Dubai Mall and to the beach, for free!!! From the windows you can see the Burj Khalifa
