It's a very nice hotel. we checked in after the fact, booked through the reception.
The receptionist at the reception offered to leave things with them, as we arrived ahead of check-in time.
nice guys work here - young receptionists, waiters, maids. The staff is so friendly and hospitable, there are no words. We still correspond with them.
breakfast was included in the price - Turkish standard (eggs, bread, all kinds of spread and vegetables). the rooms are clean and tidy. they update hygiene products on request, respond to all requests, and are soooo attentive to guests. of course, the rooms don't have some kind of designer interior, and all that. but in this case, price = quality (it's not worth comparing with hotels in Sochi and Moscow)
On our next visit, we plan to stay in Marmaris here. uniquely

The hotel has its own large parking lot in the courtyard (it was important for us), a swimming pool, a bar.
The rooms are small, but everything is there, the air conditioning did not work much, but it was enough.
For its price, just a great hotel!
The breakfasts are good, we didn't stay hungry)
The pool is open until 8, the staff is responsive and friendly, in the evening we had tea on the hotel veranda (the bar has a small menu with a snack).
I definitely recommend it)

I really liked the hotel, I checked into it by chance, and rested for a week. Yes, it's dirty in places, but where in Turkey is it ideally clean now? Little things. Everything that was needed, even a cool balcony and breakfast is normal, I ate eggs uncontrollably. The staff is great, well done guys. If your expectations are high, there is a lot of money for the hotel, you are not here. And so for sleeping, swimming, eating and going for a walk - I think it's ideal.
