The hotel makes a good impression, the rooms are clean, the rooms are cleaned, and the breakfast is good. The most important thing is the convenient location, near the metro and mall. And what is important for someone is a store selling alcoholic beverages, and if no kidding, the hotel beats off its three stars. The only thing is a small pool, more like a font. There is a gym, also small, but I had enough for a small workout.
A good city hotel within walking distance from the metro. The rooms are small but cozy, the renovation is quite fresh. Cleaning is done daily, the water is replenished, but only 2 bottles each. But there is an opportunity to pour from the cooler in the gym, on the top floor. The staff is friendly and sociable, when they found out that we were from Russia, they wished us a good rest))) The breakfasts are not very refined, but there is a small variety. You can quickly get to Dubai Marina (3 dirhams) or Dubai Mall (5 dirhams) by metro. And by 81 bus to kite beach (3 dirhams).
The rooms are super, the area benefits only because of the proximity of the metro and Mall. Opposite, a few houses away, there is a great supermarket with groceries (we took cool fruits, baklava, you can have a snack)I didn't like the breakfasts and the pool, but it was expected. The service at the hotel is super. They respond to requests instantly.
Great hotel. We stayed here at the end of December 2024. The staff is friendly and helpful, always helpful. Upon check-in, you must pay a tourist fee of 10 dirhams/day, so I recommend having a working bank card or cash.
The rooms are cleaned daily, tea/coffee/cream is renewed. The room has everything you need, including toothbrushes and disposable shaving machines. There is a refrigerator and a TV. We didn't use TV - there were only two Russian channels and they didn't work, in principle, we didn't need to. The safe is in the closet. The sockets here are British, you need an adapter that you can take at the reception, but you bought it yourself in Carrefour at the Emirates Mall for 10 dirhams.
The breakfasts were good, buffet style, and quite varied, the main menu changed every day, and we never left hungry.
One of the tangible advantages is that the hotel is located on a street with a large number of cafes /restaurants, and breakfast is served in just one of them, where you can also have dinner in the evening, the prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the size of the portions. The menu is right in the room on the table, you can even order delivery for a fee.
Also within walking distance is a huge shopping center with a large number of shops, including the Carrefour supermarket, where you can find literally everything. There is a metro and a bus station behind the shopping center.
There is a heated swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. It's quite small, about 4x6 m, but it's enough to refresh yourself.
Of the disadvantages...I don't think I can find anything to complain about. Except for the lack of a toilet brush :)
Would I go to this hotel a second time? - definitely yes.
Convenient location, close to both the metro and the hub bus station.
There is a 108 bus to the beach every half hour, and 106 to the Global village (it seems once an hour).
At breakfast, you can always find something for yourself, on request, to choose from, an omelette is prepared, a fruit plate is scarce, coffee is only from a bag, custard for a fee. But you need to understand that this is a "three-piece", and compare your expectations with the cost of living.
The reception always met us halfway, from asking us to weigh our luggage to checking out an hour later.
I would especially like to mention comfortable mattresses and perfect bed linen :)
I recommend 👍
Great hotel! Very comfortable room, friendly staff at the reception. I don't speak English, and the staff doesn't speak Russian and Arabic - that was the only inconvenience. Otherwise, I can describe our stay at the hotel in the following words: very cozy, very clean, very comfortable!
Everything is expected to be very good. Great hotel. I recommend it to all categories of vacationers. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Cleanliness is maintained at the proper level everywhere. There are no disadvantages, only advantages.
Excellent hotel, within walking distance from the Emirate Mall, metro, from where you can get to all the attractions. The food is excellent, the buffet, if you order food separately, then the portions are large. We were satisfied.
I stayed at the hotel in January. The location is good, the hotel is clean.Cleaning on request.Water, tea, coffee, two types of sugar, cream (not dry). The furniture is good, the plumbing is also good, the shower cabin is spacious. Towels are plentiful. The staff is excellent. In general, everything is fine.I will recommend it to my friends. I didn't expect this from the troika, I thought it would be worse. I didn't take breakfast. The people did not complain. There is no restaurant in the hotel.A cafe arrives at the hotel, and breakfasts are held in it.The prices are adequate, you can have lunch and dinner there. There is no transfer, the TV does not support Russian channels. I haven't been to the pool. They write that it is small. You can swim.I decided to extend my stay in Dubai, so I had to book another hotel. It was cheaper in price. But the location is good. Next to the mall. But there's nothing good about it, it's good that I didn't book it initially. But Roza Plaza exceeded my expectations. Feel free to book, you won't regret it.
We had a vacation with our daughter in early February. We stayed at this hotel. Clean, cozy. The staff is very friendly. Delicious breakfasts. Various, they have never been repeated in a week))
There is a large shopping center nearby. Metro. Bus stop. If it's not just a beach holiday, then I recommend it.

For a 3-star hotel, it's just great. The room is clean, there is everything you need, the staff is very polite, they speak excellent English.Delicious breakfasts, as well as lunch and dinner, pleasant prices! Near the Emirates mall,4-5 minutes on foot, bus stop, restaurants. If I visit Dubai again, I will definitely stay there!
It will work for the first time, the location will work IN PRINCIPLE, of course it's not far to the metro, but it's not at hand, you need to go through the mall. The room, by the way, is pleasant for 3*
A three-star hotel. I didn't expect anything more from him. In general, the norms. The room stock is a little tired, but it is always cleaned and clean. There is a small cafe at the hotel. All the disappointment in the hotel is only from her. I took half board. Breakfast is meager and some dishes are spicy. The horror is in the dinner. There is no usual buffet. You order from the menu. The limit is 30 dirhams per person. I bought the tour for three people. And the price of the tour has increased enormously x3. But for dinner, the budget is considered only for adults, i.e. 60 dirhams. And I had to pay extra every day. The food is all spicy again. It is more profitable to take it completely without food, because there is a food court in the mall and a bunch of other cafes nearby. There is a tiny pool with 4 sun loungers on the roof of the hotel. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. There is a mall and a metro station nearby. During rush hours, it is really possible to move around the city only on it. It is easy to get to any place by metro: the Museum of the Future, Burj Khalifa, Expo, Marina and other places.
We stayed at this hotel in September 2023. I liked the hotel, clean, tidy, friendly and friendly staff, if something was needed in the room, they immediately brought it. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the variety is good, not repetitive. Convenient location, within walking distance of the Mall, metro, etc.
The hotel is good, the rooms are super, the service is excellent, but there is nothing to eat in the restaurant, almost only fast food. There is no egg, no cheese, no sausage for breakfast. Rather, the cheese is only melted. Dinner on the menu. 30 dirhams per person if you ordered dinner at the hotel right away. The area is not very good . There are many emigrants. There are also many Kazakhs in the hotel. Apparently they sell this hotel well. Hotel 5,service 5,meals 2
The room is great, the staff is all friendly, the wifi is good. Clean, cozy. The breakfasts are varied. My son and I liked it. There is a pool on the roof is not big. What is not there is no transfer to the beach , no spa, no bath. I am happy with the location of the hotel near the Emirate Mall, we take food there. We take the subway to the beach. We drove through once and figured it out. I liked everything very much . I recommend it and the price is super
Dubai is a fairy tale, in reality. The hotel is wonderful. Clear. Comfortably. Friendly staff. Despite the language barrier, we are always ready to help, understand and tell you everything.

Great hotel! Anything you ask for will be brought. A gorgeous threesome! The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is with strong pressure. The staff in the dining room is very friendly. I liked everything very much.
A cheap But comfortable hotel. Near the metro and the mall of the Emirates, there is a rooftop pool, a beautiful room, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, left water and tea as a welcome drink. I advise you to stay here
I don't know who puts 5* in the reviews. Good location, budget accommodation. The cleaning is very poor. The breakfasts are peculiar, tasteless.I don't recommend it.
Nice hotel, there is a small swimming pool on the roof. We got a large bright room, delicious and hearty breakfasts. The hotel is close to the metro, 15 minutes on foot.
The hotel is pleasant, but the construction outside the window did not please. The staff is very polite. There is a cafe, everything is fine) I liked everything) There are shops nearby.
The room was small. The Windows overlook the courtyard where the construction is underway. There is little choice for breakfast. For lunch or dinner, you can take 1-2 dishes, but the total cost should not exceed 30 dirhams.
Friendly staff. I live for 3 months, every month a good discount on accommodation. Near the metro and Emirates Mall.
Delicious and fresh food. Landry's services and more.

Excellent hotel rooms are clean, cleaned every day in a very good location, you will not regret booking
Everything is decent, the staff is polite, happy with everything. In the dining room, only not a buffet, but menu orders as in a boarding house, and a limited list of dishes. But these are nuances.
