The staff is friendly and helpful, fulfills all requests instantly. The hotel has a tourist fee+ 100 dirhams deposit. The deposit is refunded upon check-out!

Great hotel! I liked absolutely everything! Although, no, there is not enough balcony in the room, but otherwise I liked everything. Very friendly and helpful staff, fulfilled all requests. The food is delicious, several types of meat, white fish. There are always several types of fruits. Buffet for breakfast and dinner. No choice during the day. Specific soup, salad and hot dishes. Slippers, bathrobes, an adapter for an outlet, a dryer, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are provided on request. Perhaps they are giving something else, I have just listed what we asked for. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel. To the Dubai Marina Station Park. The shuttle to the beach runs at inconvenient times, so we went to the beach ourselves. It is also convenient to get to Burj Khalifa by metro without a transfer. In general, the location of the hotel is gorgeous. Thanks again to the staff! They're just smart!
