They were from November 29 to December 3, 2024. Everything corresponds to the description and photo. There is a small modern elevator. The apartment has heating (adjustable), good hot water pressure. The kitchen is clean, there are good dishes for two. Pots and pans. Tea, coffee, sugar. The water was replenished every day, cleaning every day. On the first day, the fried eggs burned a little, so I soaked the pan in water to wash it in the evening...they came, and everything was already washed. It's uncomfortable somehow, but very pleasant, thank you! There are umbrellas downstairs in case of rain and a paper map. The Wi-Fi is great. The sights are close, the tram stop is also nearby. We were lucky at night, there were few people, it was quiet (out of season). Thanks for the convenience!

Excellent location, close to the metro, tram, Istiklal and Galataport, and in general everything is within walking distance, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants of different price categories. Loft-style rooms with interesting decoration. There was even a small kitchenette in the room, if desired, which could even be cooked for breakfast. An interesting elevator with manual door control. A gorgeous terrace with 360 degree views from the Bosphorus bridges to Topkapi and almost the entire Asian part. The shower is working, and so is the air conditioner. Of the minor disadvantages, except that the steep staircase inside the hotel, which is under the power of young people, I think up to 60 years old). Well, the noise insulation is minimal, but since the hotel is small, there are practically no neighbors, there are no problems getting enough sleep. The TV is on its last legs. Cleaning is on demand, but we didn't need it for a week. And in general, if you come to Istanbul, I think the hotel is the last thing that will worry you

This hotel was created with soul and attention to detail, but unfortunately, it is not receiving proper care now. Among the advantages are the convenient location and the rooftop terrace overlooking the bay.

Good location, affordable price tag stayed for 3 days after moving from Sultanahmet district. Near the descent to the tram or motor ship and ascent to Istiklal Street. The hotel is clean, everything is new, not shabby. There are no large rooms for a family of 4 people, but we were given two next to each other at an adequate price tag. In general, we are satisfied, the staff is friendly, we called a taxi to the airport through them at night, a little more expensive, but everything turned out reliably.

Convenient location, very polite staff. There is always cold water available. Cleaning every day and always fresh towels. For some reason, the doors to the toilet are glass, and on the second tier it did not close at all. Roller blinds were very difficult to open.

Hi. If you don't want to spend money And time – don't stay at this hotel! I booked a room for a week, arrived, paid the money, went into the room turned out to be a completely different type - Papa Carlo's dressing room. The manager started babbling that they say my room is occupied. After a short trial, they moved upstairs to the so-called loft. The room is so-so for a C, you either won't close the windows or you won't open them, everything that can be heard on the street. There is a kitchen, but there is no elementary - towels, appliances, normal dishes, but there is a broken corkscrew. There is dust in the corners, it has been standing since the time of the Sultan. The toilet works but badly - you need to press the button every time to stop the water. The air conditioner works, even turns on and off, changes the temperature, but does nothing else. The adventures continued two days later when I was told that this room was also blocked by other tourists and I had to come to the room 3 times less, but with a balcony where 1 chair is placed. I'm leaving tomorrow, so I don't have a choice. I think that those people who call themselves hotel managers do not really care about the guests, the main thing for them to sell a room is to hang noodles and get money. I understand that the rooms are booked in a row according to the system who arrived first and took it. In fact, dirt, smudges, old furniture, and the general dilapidation of the Galata Rooms. The overall rating is below three I do not recommend if you do not want to waste time nerves and throw money to the wind. And yes, I almost forgot there is an advantage - the city center, but it's not worth it. If you book on the hotel's website, you will be asked to switch to a private vats-up where you will be sold the same rooms for 10-20% more expensive than booking. Com Good luck to everyone

The TV was not working, the hot water was barely warm, it was cold, the furniture was shabby, even the edges of the chipboard were falling off. The air conditioner is not adjustable-only on/off. The shabbiness is explained by the old age of the building and the ban on repairs. But how does this relate to furniture?.. Of course, they don't speak Russian. English with a translator. As a result of the double conversion of the translator, nothing is clear at all. They asked for toilet paper, and in the end they bought it themselves. A day later, 8 rolls were brought... What for?? The windows are leaky, they let in all the sounds, and the sounds there are very loud-from mopeds to the national drummer at 5 a.m. In general, an incomprehensible place. It's too expensive to hang out with friends. To relax with a family, it is too dirty and shabby. If you fall for photos and reviews, then don't say that I didn't warn you.

Everything is fine, except that the room is a little small, but this is not at all critical if we consider it as a room, and not as an apartment type option. Everything is there - a refrigerator, a stove, a kettle, if you decide not to eat in kayaks, but to eat at home
