I was here with my boyfriend on my birthday. He booked, the reviews are excellent-they were led. We came, we were placed, everything is fine, 1. literally in less than a minute, the waiter came up and asked if we were ready to make an order, excuse me? After half a minute, how did you pick up the menu?2. the soup was as spicy as possible and the syringe with chili was already in my plate without my knowledge! I'll decide for myself what dose of spice to add, okay!? It was impossible to eat-they asked me to do something with it, maybe dilute it. The same waitress made fools of us, saying that the poke we ate earlier, in her opinion, is sharper than this soup, well, isn't it absurd!? The food, apart from this soup, was cool and delicious. 3. At the end, she brought this dessert, mumbled something that I did not hear, "congratulations ... ... blow out the candle." Ronin, do you have the finances to buy normal, beautiful candles instead of these, which are for 20 kopecks?

If you want the most delicious Asian cuisine, then you need to come here. The quality of fish and seafood, as well as the dishes themselves, is simply incredible! There is a huge selection on the menu, but I would like to order more cocktails. The service is pleasant, the service is even better. For myself, I have identified 2 disadvantages. The first is the smell of the kitchen is incredibly strong, which is unacceptable to me personally. Secondly, the location as a whole is not attractive: an old bedroom house, there is no view from the window. I understand why they have such a demand for delivery.

If it were possible to give 6 stars, then this would be the only institution in Minsk to whom I would give them. Since 2018, the guys have been the best for me and remain so to this day. Perhaps, in terms of price and quality, they have no equal (for me). The discoverers of the most decent rolls in Minsk and always confidently keep this bar in the restaurant and for delivery (you need to order in advance, since this is their only point). All these years, the guys have a full landing, I have not eaten a single tasteless dish, the only disadvantage is the two-hour table reserve, but they warn about this in advance (I always have enough time). I liked the sushi, rolls and dessert. In the sashami salad, only an iceberg is added. In previous visits, the salad was much more diverse. The first photo shows a sashimi salad from our first visit, the second one is a couple of days ago. The dessert of the creme brulee match is impeccable!

The service is excellent. But sushi does not have the elite taste and assortment that Ronin was famous for earlier. Sushi with ham is a special perversion of taste. We recently visited another similar place - it was much tastier. The drinks were good. Dessert is the most delicious thing ordered.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to the RONIN restaurant turned out to be one of the most unpleasant in the more than five years that I have been visiting this institution.
My mother had booked a table for 17:00 in advance, and she was warned that our time in the restaurant was limited to 19:00, which was completely fine with us. Upon arrival, we made an order, and we were warned that the sushi preparation time would be 50 minutes — an hour. It seemed like a long time, but we agreed and waited patiently. The food was delicious and the evening was going well.
However, the situation changed dramatically towards the end of our visit. At five minutes to seven, an employee of the restaurant came up to us with a request to pay off, as our time allegedly came to an end. We paid the bill, but just a couple of minutes later, at 19:02, the same employee, without any explanation, took flowers out of a vase on our table and put them next to each other, which looked like a clear hint that it was time for us to leave.
Such treatment of customers caused extreme surprise and disappointment. I understand the need to follow the booking schedule, but this approach was extremely incorrect and created an unpleasant impression of the visit. I was a regular customer of this institution, but after this incident, visiting the RONIN restaurant is a big question for me and my entourage..

This is not the first time I have ordered delivery, and until today there was no question about food. I ordered hibachi rice with chicken. As a result, I didn't eat a single piece of chicken. Dry pieces of chicken with skin and a strange smell.. The promised ginger-orange marinade is not visible(
The photo shows that in some places the chicken has simply dried out, so this is definitely not today's product. This was the last delivery from this place.

Everything is perfect from the entrance, friendly staff, the design is thought out to the smallest detail, both in the hall and in the bathrooms, a cozy atmosphere.
The order was delivered quickly, everything was as delicate and helpful as possible, beautiful dishes, top quality products, an excellent wine list.
Well, the sushi set is a separate topic. The serving is beyond praise, the freshest, with a perfect twist, every bite is a gastronomic explosion.
There are tables outside, though very small, for 2 people.
The prices, of course, are above average, but once you get here, you will immediately understand why.
P.s. if you want to get there, be sure to book in advance, regardless of the day of the week and time.

I recommend you to visit!
Pros: everything is very tasty! Competent presentation and professional staff.
Salmon, halibut, dorado (the latter, we remember, has a lot of bones) is a great combination of fish and sauces. The portions are quite large, the soup was superfluous :) desserts - mousse is something! Bursting crispy crust and the most delicate filling, "Lotus" is for those who are on a diet (unsweetened, but the serving is impressive).
Fresh fruit and coffee are good.
There is nothing to complain about. The price tag is very adequate.
Among the disadvantages: uncomfortable tables and chairs, too low. And yes, it is better to book a table in advance, even at lunch.

I highly recommend breakfast on weekends.The delivery is usually delivered earlier than the agreed time. Everything is always hot and fresh.

We decided to sit in a nice place on Wednesday at lunchtime.
Complete disappointment from the service and education of the waiters. In particular, Angelina (on the badge).
They asked for a place on the couch (there were several available). They said everything was booked. A nice place was vacated in front of our eyes, the receptionist mumbled something like: I'll find you a good place now.
Tell me, why can't we sit in a comfortable place for an hour? Do you provide seats on sofas only to large companies in anticipation of a big check? If it's just the two of us, but we want to spend time comfortably?
There were no reserve cards on many tables (as can be seen from the CCTV cameras, if desired). But these tables were refused.
Strange service for a place that positions itself as a "restaurant". We didn't have time to evaluate the restaurant's cuisine.
I would like an answer from the administration regarding the quality of service.

We ordered salads, I really liked the salad with eel - unexpected combinations in taste and texture, finally a really original dish. We also ordered a set of gunkans - it was also interesting, but most of them looked like ordinary herring - they did not appreciate it. Cocktails are not bad, but there is no bartender, the waiters do it themselves, so the choice is not big and the simplest.
Overall, the impression was very good, we will definitely come back to try sushi.
