I ordered curtains made of tulle and a Roman one made of thick fabric from them. The curtains were made for a very long time, in March there was an order and only in May I saw the final result. Initially, the installer brought roller blinds made of tulle, in which the dies were one higher than the other. When he hung them up, he said, "This is how it should be." As a result, it was redone, because it shouldn't be like that! Then I waited another month for a Roman curtain made of thick fabric. To which this time the installer said that "you have crooked walls and windows." Even if that's the case, why are the measurements being taken??
Conclusion: Not a customer-oriented manager in the office (as a result, the fabric was chosen directly from the measurer), not a competent installer at all. There is no reaction to the complaint of the measurer and the director of this office that the curtains are hanging crookedly. Which is to be expected.
I don't advise anyone to contact them.
