Great company, there is something to compare it with! Before choosing them, we called several organizations where we hadn't even heard of customer orientation. The guys explained everything in detail about the terms of the lease. If necessary, we are ready to provide cars to a specific address for an additional fee. The contract was drawn up quickly without delay, two polos were issued, the cars are certainly not new, but generally normal. And even when we came across that one car had a suspension problem, we replaced the car without any problems after the call. We really liked everything, the price tag is adequate, and there are no mileage restrictions, which is cool because when you come to Minsk, you want to visit many attractions in the surrounding area. I definitely recommend these guys.

I am very satisfied with the services. We were in Minsk between the May holidays. I rented a car for the first time. The staff were friendly and told us everything in detail, we signed the contract quickly, and there were no deceptions. They also provided a child safety seat and helped to install it. The car was taken by a Skoda Rapid, already somewhat worn out, but clean (as it should be). I will recommend it to my friends and, if necessary, I will use it again.

We were very satisfied with renting a Mercedes V-class minivan in early May. The car was in good condition, clean, serviceable. The cabin was spacious, all seven passengers and the driver rode comfortably, and the luggage fit without any problems.
Good service: quick registration, the possibility of casco insurance.

We came to Belarus with our family at the end of April, and we planned a route from Minsk to Brest, then to Grodno and back to Minsk.
It turned out to be most convenient to take a car and comfortably travel this route along beautiful roads in 3 days.
I am very happy with the service, the car is in good condition, the staff explain everything quickly and clearly and do not find fault with the little things.
Another advantage is the convenient location of the rental and the opportunity to comfortably wait for the car to be ready in the office or lobby of the hotel.

We arrived in Minsk, we were looking for a rental car for a trip to Grodno, only Rolls rent had cars available, since they have a large fleet of cars, we rented an Audi a5 diesel, very economical. It was just right for a long trip. The car was clean. The staff quickly provided the car, as the bill was on the clock, provided excellent service: late return, did not have time to wash the car because they arrived late, there was a shift change at the gas station, called the guys, said we would count everything and there were no problems, it was very valuable in a limited time! Thank you for the promised service. We will definitely contact you again, but we will book a car in advance so that there is a choice of cars and not solve the issue on the last day

But it's not even about the price. Very pleasant and absolutely punctual managers. Convenient booking process. There are no difficulties with receiving and returning (they shoot videos in a circle). There are no hidden margins, all the conditions are immediately clear and simple. The car is in perfect condition. A small souvenir from the company upon receipt of the car. In short, the rental turned out to be 5 points. The only "but" is that their office is hidden in the depths of the hotel. I have to look for a minute or two. As it is, I highly recommend it.

We booked a Mercedes minivan in advance from January 3 to January 6. We were met at the airport on time, and a polite guy gave us a mini-briefing on the car and traffic regulations. We went to Brest and around the Republic, technically the car is normal. The delivery of the car was also quick and without problems. I rented an Audi A4 for a trip to Brest. Excellent, serviced car, got clean and with a full tank. I didn't have time to wash it when I returned, it was counted separately. I rented a car with a driver to pick up my wife and child from the hospital. The car arrived on time, the cabin was warm, clean and comfortable! The driver drove very carefully, for which a special thanks from his wife!!! The driver also helped with things. The day before the scheduled date, there was a request to postpone the delivery of the car an hour later from the one that had been agreed earlier - they entered the position and rescheduled the time. And they are conveniently located right in the hotel where we stayed. You can take a booster or a full-fledged child safety seat for a child - there is no difference, they are still provided free of charge. For long-distance trips around Belarus - that's the thing!
