I won't say anything about the "ski track", but about the walking paths they are very good. We walk on them regularly. Of course, the coating breaks in places, but it seems that it is being monitored and fixed. I hope that they will not be abandoned

Good asphalt, sometimes there are pedestrians who break the rules and walk along the high-speed section.
