A wonderful hotel! For its price , it is simply gorgeous 👍
We were greeted by a married couple, very welcoming and lovely, showed us our room, immediately helped us connect to Wi-Fi (it worked very well). They asked about our preferences for sightseeing, told us what else you can see, how to get there, at what time of the day it is better to go, where you can go to eat.....
We lived in a large house on the 2nd floor, the room, if you can call it that, was beautiful, in fact it was just an apartment, the whole floor! We were waiting for a very new renovation, everything was clean, everything was very neat. We were pleased with 2 bathrooms, with a shower and a bathtub, after a long journey it was a dream, a great kitchen, with new dishes and in which everything was, all accessories, glasses, pots, napkins, ice.... I wanted to stay there to live! Despite the fact that another couple with a child lived above us, there were still people in the courtyard. The rooms were very quiet and peaceful! And the view from the window to the lake and the church was very beautiful, especially at sunset and in the heat you could swim))
For all our trip to Belarus, this was the best hotel!!

It's a beautiful place. Quiet area, everything is compact in the room, but there is literally everything for relaxation, including a kitchenette and dishes. Nice bed and pillows. Friendly hosts. I recommend it!

A cozy hotel. We lived as a family in the studio for a few days in July. There is air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen. Every day they served breakfast in the courtyard of the house on the gazebo and had breakfast to the sound of birds singing. There is a great lake nearby where you can swim.
It's a bit far from the city, but we were by car, so it's not a minus for us. On the contrary, after walking around the city, it was cool to go back to the country and sleep under the crickets

A nice place, a cozy courtyard and a studio room. Clean, neat. There is a refrigerator, microwave, tea, coffee, sugar, drinking water.
In summer, it's probably generally beautiful 😍
Personally, I missed something like a small shoe rack at the entrance. In the warm season, of course, it is not needed. And in winter it would be convenient.
But this is a small thing. I wrote it rather as a wish.

We rented a three-storey cottage with the owners living on the ground floor and a separate entrance for guests. The interior and interiors are modern and in excellent condition. In the courtyard there is a sauna complex with an excellent steam room, a large swimming pool and a billiard room. There is a barbecue area. The hosts themselves are very friendly and understanding of the needs of vacationers. I recommend you to visit

A very cozy and well-maintained place to spend a weekend in Brest. Neat territory, cleanliness and minimalist style in the studio, everything you need for everyday life, there are Parking spaces. The price-quality ratio even exceeded expectations. I saw offers for such a price that were not even close to this guest house. We will definitely be back, thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed here with our family for a couple of days in May. There were 4 of us. The attic room consists of two rooms, spacious. The owner is very friendly and kind. He told me everything in detail and quickly. Literally in 10 minutes. We received basic information about accommodation, where to eat, where to go.

Great! A cozy place in the new part of Brest. The chatter of seagulls on the lake is like in the south :) It's probably not close to the Fortress by urban standards, but there are cars or taxis for that. As a base for a family stay and excursions to the sights of the region, that's the thing.

It's just great! We stayed with the whole family of five, the most wonderful impressions! It turned out to be even better than the photo and description, I didn't want to leave. )))))) The beds are gorgeous, the cleanliness is at the highest level. In the evenings, we returned early to just sit on the balcony overlooking the lake)))) a real vacation, a real pleasure.
Everything you need is there, and more than that. Washing machine, microwave, slippers, hair dryer, iron and everything else that you can think of.
There is a place to park the car.
The hosts are wonderful, thank you so much!!!
Very emotional. We are traveling around Belarus for the second time, and this is the best accommodation without exaggeration. And for the price - for such a price of SUCH a level, try to find it.

We chose this house to relax from the hustle and bustle of Moscow. We lived with my husband in a family suite. It's an amazing place. An amazing experience. The owners are just sweethearts. There is everything you need, even a hair dryer! Also soothing cat therapy🐱🐈 This house is in my memory for a long time. I will definitely come back here. Unfortunately, it turned out that the pool is cold and you need to swim in it after the bath, you just can't swim.

The best place to relax! We had a family vacation in a family Suite with a stunning view of the temple. I was very impressed by the attitude of the hosts towards the guests - with warmth and sincere care. A large house with a chic interior, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The cleanliness is incredible. I strongly recommend visiting the sauna.

In fact, this is a private 3-storey building. The ground floor is occupied by the owners.
The 2nd and 3rd floors are for rent. If you think they are waiting for you here, alas, no. They are only interested in your money. They prefer to pay in cash - 150 rubles per day. The owner of this hotel in quotes is a very unpleasant person.
There will be no buffet for breakfast, there are no restaurants and cafes in the vicinity, not at all. All these hosts offer is the cheapest instant coffee, which will give you heartburn.
There is air conditioning, but only in one bedroom. In the second bedroom you will suffer.
The shower is one name, the water barely pours.
There is no hair dryer from the word at all. Women – You need to suffer.
When the hour X comes, that is, you are going to leave.
The owner wants you to leave as soon as possible.
Because he's waiting for the next batch of free money.

We are very happy with our choice!
We got a warm and clean studio apartment for a few days. Everything is as comfortable as possible.
The sauna is mandatory to visit. And all issues related to accommodation are easily solved.
From the point of view of active recreation, shopping - a convenient location in the city.

Everything is good, clean, tidy, there is everything you need. If not for one very big minus. The two-room suite occupies the entire 2nd floor and is in fact a walk-through room. That is, it consists of 2 bedrooms, which are locked with a key, and a walk-through living room, through which you can go to the bathroom and kitchen, as well as to other floors. Therefore, while in the kitchen, we had to lock all things with a key in the bedrooms, because other guests of the House have the opportunity to walk quietly through our floor. We were only there for one night and didn't cross paths with the other guests, but we heard them passing through the floor, and it was inconvenient.

We stayed at the hotel on April 16th: it was a difficult day, we were very cold, many plans did not come true. But once we got into the warm, almost family atmosphere at the Spring, we realized that the day was a success. And this is not the kind of family that places high demands on you, but the kind of family that is always glad to see you and helps you overcome any difficulties.
Excellent location, individual approach to all guests, tactful ability not to interfere in their affairs gives away the true kings of the Brest hotel world. All this, of course, is accompanied by impeccable service, constantly maintained cleanliness and willingness to provide any necessary assistance. "Everything is for the sake of our dear guests!" - this rule is strictly observed. Now we know where we will stay when we get to Brest. I liked everything very much. Cozy, clean, beautiful, warm, spacious. The sauna and rooms have everything you need. Friendly service. We were very satisfied.
You can relax with your family or friends.

They knew the city poorly, and with the help of Yandex maps they calmly reached it by the shortest route. There is a very beautiful temple across the dogoga, and a lake nearby.

We stopped in Brest on vacation for a day. We stayed at the hotel at 49 Rodnikova Street. We checked into a studio room for two. Everything is fine, I liked it. A quiet place, but everything is nearby. It seems that we lived by ourselves, no one interfered. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a small kitchen. Clean, cozy. The bed is great. We decided to extend the rest for two more days. The photo matches. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. There is a sauna complex with a swimming pool, we did not get there due to limited personal time. We plan to return with friends.

Due to the fact that the booked apartment was in terrible condition, they were looking for a place to stay. At 2 a.m., the choice fell on this place. They called, they offered us to come and see. Great place: clean, tidy, plenty of space, great location. They didn't take the prepayment, left the door open so that we could go about our business and come back. There are 2 beautiful cats "managers" at the entrance. The city is just around the corner

Therefore, we found ourselves in a situation where we have 2 adjacent bedrooms, a living room through which everyone walks, a toilet and a shower through a common passage. In the description of hotels, they write about such rooms "all amenities in the corridor"

They wanted to rent your whole house for a day. It cost 670 rubles ($ 230), which is not small compared to other houses and estates in the city of Brest, as well as not the best house, only the location suited our format.
They called and came to you to watch it. No one has tried to persuade you to rent your house to us, and even more so, I have not heard a refusal from you. By the way, you didn't even warn us that you would sleep with us in the same house with your husband, when renting out the whole house.
We discussed and told you the format of our vacation adequately. We discussed with you where we should place our chef and bartender, whom we hired for the event.
You asked us not to make noise after 23.00, to which I personally said that we would move from the street to the guest house and sit without music and talk, since no one would go to bed abruptly at 23.00. And so it was, we went into the house and turned off the music, we couldn't be heard on the street. But that didn't suit you either, you wanted us to leave and go to bed. They looked in our windows together with the housekeeper. Hiding around corners. They broke into the guest house and turned off the lights, 10 times you definitely did it. "Half-naked girls were running in the pool," you say? Then the question for you is, "What do they wear to the sauna and to the pool, in a burqa or still in swimsuits"? You have been treated well and respectfully, fulfilling all your requests, up to this absurd moment.
As a result, having paid the entire amount, Tamara Aksyutyk's husband began to tell us that we were at his house and he would now call the police and take us out of there for 15 days to prison, saying that we were visiting him illegally. My husband tried to talk to you to get justice in this whole situation and explain that you are wrong, and your husband only tried to put us in jail without talking (it's not even clear why???I hope for an explanation).
And if you already live in the same house with the people you rent apartments to, then at least mark your private rooms with signs to avoid misunderstandings. How many times have you been in Europe traveling in the same houses, you have never crossed paths with the owners in the house and on the territory, much less make a master room next to the guest apartments and sit on the terrace for guests with a housekeeper smoking cigarettes, looking at all the guests, some kind of sur.
I would like to summarize, you hoped to earn by renting a house. As a result, they showed their unprofessionalism and ruined our holiday. Elderly people behave strangely in one word. All the guests are shocked by how the hotelier with 20 years of experience behaved and that I cried all night because of you, on my own holiday.
By the way, there was no receipt for payment, we did not sign the contract and did not draw it up, which is also very strange (they hide their income)!!!
An extremely unpleasant residue remained from this place and the owners. There was no sense of comfort, but only a feeling as if we had illegally entered someone else's territory.

Great guest house.
The staff is very friendly, they will tell you everything, they will tell you everything.
We rented a floor with two rooms, a kitchen, two toilets and two baths/showers. There is a insulated balcony and an open balcony.
Everything is clean and cozy. The furniture is good.
The only drawback is that the towels have been washed many times, they already smell. But I think it won't be a problem for the owner to change them.
