A decent country complex 7 km from Minsk. Large secured parking. The rooms are very cozy and clean. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail to make it comfortable to stay and relax. Spa complex, swimming pool, sauna and sauna gallery, wonderful polite staff! Everything for relaxation, recuperation and prolonging youth) As for the food...Delicious! breakfast is a buffet, a variety of dishes and offers for every taste, a menu for children.

The dishes are beautifully decorated and delicious. Stayed for a couple of nights, nice hotel. We lived in the main building, a nice room with a very comfortable mattress. The reception/staff is fine.
Breakfast is quite OK, everything is very tasty in the on-site restaurant, but for some reason on the second evening their kitchen decided to close an hour earlier.
There is a large parking lot, it is very convenient by car, it takes 5-10 minutes to get to the city.
Of the small disadvantages:
The corridors require renovation.
For some reason, the lighting lamps on the territory are not changed, for example, several lanterns were not lit right in front of the main entrance.
In general, I recommend it!

A pleasant place, cozy, nice and clean rooms, even worked on the style. The polite staff at the reception, which I can't write about the staff in the lobby bar, are not attentive, they took one order, prepared another, and even did not make a happy face. The Internet was not working, we called, the master came in 10 minutes fixed everything and helped to sort out the safe, advice, make the system simpler with safes. The bathrobes and towels were clean and changed immediately if desired, the buffet was served in the morning, the food was excellent, you didn't touch it here, the variety struck the taste too, the morning started beautifully. I liked the outdoor and indoor pools. There are several types of saunas, a font, everything is at the highest level, it is a pity that we could not order and steam properly, but next time I hope these services will be punished. Of course, prices bite, especially for food, but you go there with the knowledge that prices will be three times higher than we are all used to seeing in cafes. I went for a day, it's not enough, you need to go for a week, then you will plunge into relaxation to the fullest. Overall, it's a great place to work with the staff. Thank you for your work.

A friend's wedding was celebrated at the Ravenna cottage. A wonderful, soulful place on the riverbank. Clean, well-maintained territory. There is a place to walk. You can go sailing. Everything is very neat in the room itself. Spacious rooms, clean linen, bathrobes. The service is at the highest level. The kitchen is a separate song. Bravo to the maestro chef. The only possible disadvantage is the prices. But, it's worth it. I definitely want to come back here.

I rarely write reviews, but I found the time for this occasion.
A very beautiful location, an incredible view of the lake, sailing boats create a very romantic atmosphere of the place and I really liked it in general and I even returned a week later. And I'll probably come back again.
But there are disadvantages that I would like to note, and which spoiled the impression of the recreation center and the Volga region, to be honest, I felt Spanish shame for Belarusians)
I have a lot of high-level hotels and recreation centers in different countries, so I am writing because there are things that surprised and amazed me:
1. Check-in from 15.00, we were settled only at 18.00 - the house was not ready. We rented a large Premium house for two days. The price is appropriate. No one could answer the question of the reason for such a delay. My family arrived at the base around 16.00-16.30 and the girls from the reception did not even offer water or tea while waiting for the house to be cleaned. I think this indicates a low level of service, since the guys were off the road and they had to wait for unknown reasons.
But we must pay tribute to the management who gave us a 20% discount for the first day of our stay.
2. All sorts of small surcharges are very unacceptable - pay for coals, pay for firewood, pay for delivery. Breakfast and spa are not included in the price of the house, pay for them too. But by the way, I would not have paid attention to this and would have considered it OK if I had not arrived a week later in a suite that is several times cheaper at home, but breakfast and spa were included there.
And all these additional payments for small things make you feel like they want to withdraw more money from you, although these are all small things. Increase the value of the house with this money, and make it so that it is free - it will be much more pleasant and people will leave satisfied and happy.
3. The house is large, beautiful, everything is cozy and wonderful. But I spent these two days as a manager in a call center. I couldn't relax, because there is something constant in the house, then the air conditioners don't work, then they work on the contrary and we can't turn them off, but they turn off at the reception (also a very strange system). Then the plumbing needs to be called, then the microwave is not working, it needs to be replaced, then the salt was not poured, then the alarm went off, no one knows how to turn it off. And so for two days, strangers walk around the house, because there are constant questions.
Well, at the end, when I left, I was already laughing))) however, this is even funny, we also paid for tea and coffee, which was in the house, and I have not yet met more than one hotel where tea and coffee were paid in the room)
There were also nuances, of course- pillows are not comfortable, one per person, small and thin, as if you sleep without a pillow at all. Why I'm writing this is because the suite we stayed in later had two cool pillows each. And in general, it seemed to me that the linen in the house is worse than in the room. But at the same time, I will draw your attention once again to the house being 4.5 times more expensive per day.
Well, that's how it is) but otherwise everything is fine!)

A country hotel of European level. Large rooms, own territory, Playground, there are rabbits in a separate house. A SPA complex with a full-fledged swimming pool (it's a pity that access for guests is only until 11 am). There is a boat station nearby where you can rent a boat according to your taste and budget. The breakfast is excellent, a huge selection of dishes for adults and children. You can spend the evening in the restaurant with a sea view and a good selection of dishes.

Despite the fact that the well-groomed territory, a good location, I put three stars. When a hotel claims to have an expensive vacation, and with these prices it can not be otherwise, then you need to match. Apart from its enlarged size, the suite has nothing else, no kettle, no coffee machine, only one bottle of water per day, and that's where the "suite" ends. The hotel is undergoing renovation, which seems to be good, but for some reason they decided to leave the plumbing as it was, the extractor hood did not work in ours. The breakfasts are quite tolerable, there is something to choose from. The food in the restaurant is also delicious, there are no complaints. The price tags at the hotel are high, both for food and cocktails. For some reason, the spa area has a strange restriction for free access from 7 to 11 a.m., then you have to pay. Saunas and hamams need to be updated, they are already in an extremely worn-out condition.

One of the best places to relax near Minsk. However, there is a caveat :) A big request regarding the outdoor fire escape for climbing/descending to the second floor in the White Hall.
Dear administration, please arrange lighting of staircases, as well as snow removal work on this site in order to preserve the health of the technical staff team. A great place to stay, worth the money. There are cottages for rent, a wonderful spa complex with 2 pools and a gym. The restaurant is at a very good level with an appropriate pricing policy 🙃 it takes about 30-35 minutes to get to the city center by car, about 15 minutes to the shopping center with the brands so loved by many and other brands that have left us.

Nice country hotel.
Spa + pools. One outdoor heated swimming pool. The second one is 25 m indoors. For those staying at the hotel, free admission until 11 am. This is convenient for those who get up early.
Breakfast is also served until 11.00 a.m. There is a large selection on the Swedish line. Very tasty bruschetta. You can order eggs and they will be cooked according to your desire in the desired form.
Nice hotel grounds. There is a small playground for children.
In the evening, stunning sunsets can be observed from the embankment or from the restaurant on the shore of the "sea"!

I ordered a night trip with an overnight stay on a yacht (Bingo yacht).
Pros:

Cons:
– they promised that there would be a kettle, but there was none. When asked about the kettle, they said that they could not help in any way and that was it
– after riding, no one cleans the yacht – from the previous ones, or maybe earlier, there was garbage, leftovers in the refrigerator and, in general, a feeling of more public space than a yacht that is rented and cared for.
– as such, there is no door in it, and when the yacht is moored at night, it is easy to get inside from the outside. The pier near the restaurant, where only on our date a lot of people rested and some of them are already in a semi–conscious state
– blankets can hardly be called blankets - thin and very dirty. Pillows are also more decorative

The room (suite) has a bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, towels, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, bidet, bathtub with shower stand. The room is comfortable, spacious and quiet. There is a TV in both the living room and the bedroom.
The food in the restaurant is delicious (if it is the main menu, not the banquet menu), the portions are large (grams are indicated on the menu). The availability of gluten-free dishes. The cleaning is quite normal. The service is fast at breakfast. The opening hours of the spa complex are from 7.00 to 23.00.
Cons: restaurant service (lunch, dinner) is slow (for example, pre-ordered lunch and dinner will take more than an hour). The breakfasts are clearly cooked without enthusiasm on the part of the cook (for example, the porridge is excessively thick, like a lump, the pancakes are hard, although quite tasty, there are no boiled eggs, etc.). Of course, you can have enough breakfast with dishes available, just without pleasure. After all, you expect a high level of service and delicious breakfasts from such a wonderful place.
Overall, a good place with the opportunity to relax and unwind near the city.

The whole family came, invited guests to celebrate my mother's anniversary. The problems started from the very first day, when we were settled in a house (rather shabby, why it is called a suite, I do not understand) and neither Wi-Fi Internet nor television (which is stated on the website as cable) worked there. We solved this issue for half a day for sure, although we promised to come up within 10-15 minutes. As a result, I had to call every half hour and literally remind. As a temporary solution, they offered to move to another house for one day, which is located at the opposite end of the hotel territory. That is, all things are somehow transferred there, and then a day later to our rickety suite back. Brilliant!)
At least the problem with the Internet was solved, but throughout the stay the Internet was disappearing, then appeared. Well, no cable TV, just federal channels. Well, okay, it seemed that we were settled. But the problems continued a day later, we ordered a celebration at the on-site restaurant. The menu and the number of guests were agreed in advance, and it was proposed to decorate the hall for an additional fee. We agreed, confirmed everything the day before the event and increased the number of guests by 1 person. Have we been heard? Of course not! Moreover, no one met us at the restaurant, it is unclear which room to go to, thanks for the quest for all the guests. Thank God, we decided to sort out the payments before the event. At first, the terminal did not work for a long time, problems with the Internet on the territory of the hotel apparently this is the norm. And here a new problem arises, the rent of the hall and its decoration must be paid in cash, as allegedly the manager of the restaurant Alexandra warned the traitor by phone. Where can I find cash? There is no ATM on site, only to the city by car. The guests had a good time with them, they also sorted it out.
Before the pile, we were still served hot an hour after the start of the event. Then mom, the traitor, could not stand it anymore and went to deal with the manager. To which I received only retorts, saying that you will talk to your daughter like that! The service is at the "highest" level.
On the plus side, delicious food, very pleasant and sincere waitresses, a good cosmetologist at the spa. But in general, the feeling of a holiday and vacation was spoiled. Before that, a year ago I was at a corporate party in Robinson, there were no complaints. This time it's a quiet horror, problems at every turn. They charge a lot of money for accommodation, and they also run up for every step. Would you like tea from a tea bag in the house? Five rubles. Would you like some water in the cabin? Pay eighty rubles.
Do you want to avoid standing in line at the only coffee machine at breakfast and drink a latte? Again, pay!)
About breakfasts - not bad, but the assortment is meager, only oatmeal porridge, to which grandma is allergic, and there are no draniki, dishes of traditional Belarusian cuisine, at all.
The houses are dirty, there is ancient dust near the kitchen tables, the Jacuzzi is probably washed once a season, since they climbed in there and found a floating mandarin.
Oyster shells are scattered all over the territory, which small children or dogs can drag into their mouths and injure themselves.
In general, the hotel does not deserve its four stars. I'm unlikely to return here, and I certainly won't recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

Everything is old and dirty in the lobby bar, the tablecloths are just dirty in the trash, and the managers go and have a coffee in your pigsty!!!!!! The baths are leaking, the plumbing is dead, the doors are stripped !!!! Before booking, read those who were there! We asked for a refund, but alas, they said that they do not have such a function, but there is no such information on the site either. Pay one way!!!! In the evening, at sunset, we went sailing, it was very beautiful.

A magical place! The territory is beautiful! The landscaping is simply magnificent! There is a large parking lot. There is a spa complex on site, it has a gym, massage, various saunas, a Russian bath. A large swimming pool with a bar, and outside there is a Jacuzzi with hot water and an outdoor heated pool, swam in May, very comfortable. The room is clean, daily cleaning. The price includes a buffet breakfast, a large selection of dishes, everything is very tasty. There is a free-standing restaurant nearby, it looks very nice, but we didn't have lunch there, we just didn't have time, the relaxation schedule is too busy)) Bicycles, scooters, catamarans, boats, speedboats are available on site, and there is a Playground. The staff is attentive and friendly! At prices, something is expensive, something is optimal, in general, you can choose a package of services for every taste and purse. The place is wonderful, we will definitely come again!
