A wonderful new hotel in the very center of Minsk on Zybitskaya street.
Excellent rooms, very stylish interior-it pleases the eye! Everything in the rooms corresponds to the hotel level-slippers, washbasins, drinking water, basic tea set.
The most wonderful thing for me was the mattress and pillows, the moody back said "thank you", it was very comfortable to sleep, and blackout curtains.
The rooms in the hotel are of different categories.
The restaurant is very pleasant, with a good menu and wine list, the breakfasts are excellent, for every taste.
Beautiful reception area and entrance hall, everything is tasteful, stylish, without unnecessary details.
Excellent staff, polite, pleasant.
The only drawback, or rather even a shortcoming, is the rooms with access to Zybitskaya itself, restaurants and bars are open late at night, the noise of music and walking passers-by. If you are with a small child or go to bed early, it will be very disturbing. In this case, of course, we would like to have normal double-glazed windows that suppress noise.
Or, when booking rooms, indicate this fact.
It didn't bother us much, we arrived late, especially since the reception was warned about this, but it's worth bearing in mind in the future.
Otherwise, everything is fine, and we plan to stay here in the future.
It is very convenient to all the attractions, plus the underground parking in the hotel, although paid, is excellent.

A huge advantage of the hotel is that there is underground parking, although it is paid.
The room itself is nice, everything is fresh. There is a nuance with the shower and toilet: a translucent door, which, depending on the position, either closes the shower and toilet at the same time (but keep in mind that two walls are glass), or closes only the toilet. However, the door itself is also glass, albeit frosted. In general, no privacy. The design decision is not exactly controversial — it is frankly stupid and uncomfortable.
There are not enough hooks in the shower.
The hooks at the front door are located on the wrong side, which prevents it from opening if clothes are hanging on them. There is no shelf in the hallway where you can put your purse, keys or other small items. There is also no ottoman to put your shoes on comfortably.
And the most important thing is, of course, the noise from nightlife. If you yourself do not plan to have fun until 4-5 in the morning, then you will not be able to fall asleep. We had a room on the top floor with windows facing the courtyard — it didn't help in any way.
I'll give you 5 stars anyway, since the hotel can't do anything about this problem. It didn't bother us much, since we went to bed late ourselves.

Lovely hotel, everything is great. We will definitely come back. But there is one thing. The hotel restaurant has a 20% discount on all menus except alcohol for hotel guests. T e must act. In fact, the waiter brings you the bill. You are warned that it is still without a discount, it will be put down later when paying. You sign it, they take it away from you, and then you will have to pay at the reception. In our case, we paid for it at the check-out - then we noticed that the amount remained the same, when calculating they said that the restaurant should have decided with a discount ...
Do not run around with a check-out to find out and deal with the reception to the restaurant and back.. Such are the tricks.
If it wasn't for this misunderstanding, I would have put an A plus.

A wonderful hotel in the historical center of Minsk. Excellent breakfasts, nice rooms, friendly staff. But there is one caveat. Since the hotel is located in a tourist area, there are many different restaurants and entertainment venues around. There are people walking around the clock in these places and music is very loud. I recommend that when booking a room, write a note so that you are accommodated in a room with windows inside the courtyard, not outside. Then loud noises from the street will bother you less.

The rooms are very cozy and modern. We stayed for 2 days, the accommodation was very comfortable.(very comfortable bathroom structure, I really liked it, it turned out to be a spacious bathroom, but at the same time the space from the room is not eaten up)
The view from the window is incredibly beautiful. The location is very convenient and very atmospheric.
They warned at the reception that since there are a lot of bars and clubs on the street, it may be a little noisy. But we didn't notice the noise at all, maybe because we stayed on Mon and Tue.
On our next visit to Minsk, we would really like to stay here again, if there are such good discounts on reservations again, as in this case.

The most excellent hotel! The staff is as loyal as possible. The room (was in 413) is perfectly clean. Everything is whole, everything works. There is a minibar. The mattresses are great -I slept like on a cloud. The breakfast is excellent. At night it is quite noisy outside the windows, because there is a party going on until the morning. The hotel is just great, the room had windows to the courtyard, and it's great, you can't hear the street.
We were also very pleased with the breakfasts, everything is very tasty, the cheese and meat cuts are of good quality. There are porridges and pancakes and cheesecakes, I have hot meat, in general, for every taste.

We visited Minsk for the first time, visited the Robinson City Hotel for the first time - fell in love with the city and the hotel at first sight. The hotel is located in the very center of Minsk, surrounded by pedestrian zones and a huge variety of cafes, terraces, restaurants. At the reception, we were greeted by friendly girls, with one of them - Daria, we began to communicate by phone. The fact is that access to the closed parking lot of the hotel from Friday to Sunday inclusive is available only through the hotel reception - the street becomes pedestrian these days. Daria explained everything to us how to get to the hotel. The hotel suite is very comfortable, clean, stylishly decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is inaudible, although they are present on the floor. The buffet breakfast includes the entire standard selection of drinks and products - everything is fresh and delicious. We were afraid, after reading the reviews, that it would be very noisy, but our fears were in vain - even in a room with access to a busy street it was not noisy. I definitely recommend the hotel and on subsequent visits to Minsk we will stay only here.

My husband and I were in Minsk for the first time. The choice fell on Robinson City and we did not regret it.
The hotel is located in the center, the street is passable + there are many cafes nearby. The Windows overlooked the courtyard, the night city did not interfere. The room is just a fairy tale! Everything is cozy and beautiful! Breakfast was included- everything is very tasty and a good choice. There is also a small training room on the floor!

Excellent hotel in the very center and in the "epicenter" of Zybitskaya. A rarity in modern hotels is a large lobby with waiting areas. There is its own underground parking. Overall, it feels like a good hotel. But there are nuances that are important to consider:
The semi-luxe rooms overlook Zybitskaya and it is clear that it can be noisy until late at night, especially on Fridays and before holidays, the windows are good and isolate the sound, but not completely - so if you want to sleep with the windows ajar or you have a light sleep, this option is not for you. But the standard rooms overlook a quiet courtyard.
Another "joke" is the transparent walls of the bathroom - so, of course, you can fence yourself off there, but in general there is really no intimacy in the "toilet area". If you are shy of each other, it will not suit you. I don't know why this was done, it doesn't add much beauty. It would be logical to make mirror surfaces transparent only from the inside. But something went wrong.
The breakfasts are varied, but average for me. But the restaurant area itself is large and very pleasant.
In general, if the nuances described above do not bother you, this is really 5 points and a good price / quality ratio in the center of Minsk.

The hotel is not bad in principle. It is located in the cultural center of Minsk, near a river, an embankment, pedestrian, scooter and bicycle paths. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. The room is nice and very unusual with a window to the room and one glass door to the toilet and bathroom. There are many rooms in the hotel, underground Parking is provided (although for good money, but you have to pay for convenience). But the car is at hand, and not somewhere in the distance on the street. One thing only spoiled our stay in this hotel - a cafe with discos under the windows. At first, when checking in, the girl somehow stuttered - they say the hotel is in the center, it can be noisy. We didn't pay much attention to this, but it turned out that they settled us in the room farthest from the elevator and the windows are just on the street with cafes, discos and open verandas. In general, we hardly slept every night until three in the morning, even with the windows closed. I agree it's a big minus, but otherwise everything is fine.

A cool hotel, with a modern and beautiful interior.

The location is the most central in the party part of the city, the street is full of bars, we were on Thursday it was generally quiet after 11, we slept normally, but they write that it is very noisy, it probably happens on weekends.
Next to the awesome Bulbashi restaurant, I advise you to visit.
The hotel left a very pleasant impression, we regret that we did not choose it a second time on the way back, and got into some kind of hut.
Underground Parking from the hotel is paid 500 rubles a day, or on the street city hourly, but also paid.

I liked everything very much! Convenient location, modern interior, new furniture, original idea with a bathroom door, delicious breakfasts (up to 12 (!) hours, which was very surprised and pleased)
Since the trip took place on weekdays, it was not noisy from the word at all, although the windows of the room overlooked clubs and restaurants (I do not know how things are with noise insulation on weekends). Moreover, the girls at the reception immediately warned about possible inconveniences at the entrance (which, as it turned out, did not exist)).

There were very mixed feelings from visiting the hotel. Pros: the hotel is in the very center of the city, a beautiful lobby, good breakfasts, polite staff, good food in the restaurant. It's clean enough. But: if you arrive on a day off (Sunday is our day), it is difficult to stop by the hotel. You have to stand at the barrier and call the hotel, then wait to be let through. Not a word about this when booking. In the booking confirmation, the restaurant's phone number is indicated instead of the reception, which does not speed up the process. Next, you need to put the car in an underground parking lot, take a ticket, go up to the reception and pay for it separately. We lived in a suite, and the idea that we should pay for parking separately was not pleasant, given the cost of the suite.every time you enter and exit, you need to take a ticket and extinguish it at the reception. It's inconvenient! But the most important thing is the noise. This is terrible, especially for people with light sleep. Every evening, and we were there for 3 days, and most of them were weekdays, until 23 o'clock salsa danced under the windows of the "quiet" room so that the walls shook, and this is not a metaphor. At 23 o'clock, these people left, but it started tic-tic-tic in the bar under another window, and ended at 4 a.m. It is impossible to sleep in principle. In addition, the quality of room cleaning sometimes did not please. Well, it's frankly disgusting to leave the suite and stick your nose into the cleaning trolleys of the staff with rags every time. Therefore, we will not come to this hotel anymore.

In the morning, you can take a chic walk along the embankment. In the evening, sit in a cafe, bar, restaurant, clubs, poker, casino..... Or just take a walk along a noisy party street. By the way, I can't hear anything in the room! You can rest in peace. One big disadvantage is parking - I consider it expensive to pay the hotel 50 Belarusian rubles per day! Therefore, after looking in the parking navigator, I found a free parking lot near the administrative building, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Overall not bad) Only the breakfasts are very monotonous, but the quality of the products is good. We were unlucky with the room, at first it was cold for a day, we slept in bathrobes, and we did not dare to wash because it was very cold, by the way, the hotel lobby was with the doors open, it was much warmer than in the room, the issue was resolved only the next day. Then there was a flood in the room… For joy, when they warmed up, they decided to wash, turning on the shower for a couple of minutes, the water flooded both the shower and the toilet and the entire corridor with shoes ... they escaped with towels. We contacted the reception, a technician passed and this issue was resolved almost to the end, since the water was flowing everywhere anyway, but not so intensively. The location of the hotel is very good, you go out and immediately you can go for a walk in any direction.

There is everything you need in the room. In general, everything is without complaints - they put things in order, brought water. Breakfast before 12.00 is varied (meat, vegetables, porridge, eggs, pastries, fruits, coffee, tea, etc.). There was enough of everything, but we had breakfast late. Lunch and dinner - 20% discount on the main menu, as residents. We were in October - the air conditioner was not turned on. We tried to turn it on as a hood, but it's noisy at night.

Excellent hotel, we were satisfied with everything. Very convenient location, good breakfasts, friendly and pleasant staff. They were allowed to warm up the purchased food and even gave cutlery to the room. The rooms are comfortable, clean, new, with a beautiful interior, like the whole hotel. It's a little noisy because of the neighboring night bars, but in general, the sound insulation of the double-glazed windows is not bad. It didn't bother us much to sleep. All the equipment in the room was working properly. The hotel is quiet, calm, comfortable, not as many people as in some other hotels.

A clean, beautiful, modern hotel. The room was overlooking the river, it was quiet. Perhaps because they lived on weekdays. The staff is very nice. Very cool location, everything is nearby: metro, lots of restaurants, departure point for excursions. Of the cons, breakfast is included in standard rooms and at the same time it is so-so. When there are so many cool places for breakfast around, I would like to have a choice and not pay for all sorts of nonsense. But I still recommend the hotel
