Thanks to all the hotel staff.
For a great three days. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Send us a meeting at some points. On the first visit to our room, there was a pleasant porfumated smell. They helped with the bags. The bed linen smells fragrant and towels are in the bathroom. Everything is clean in the room, there is a small balcony with an ashtray. The Finnish sauna was closed. For two days we couldn't connect marmites at breakfast. Marmite is a professional thermal equipment that helps maintain a certain temperature of dishes. The breakfasts were cold for two days. There is no music playing during breakfast. You have to listen to phone conversations or sit in complete silence.

First, about the cons. Breakfast is cold. There is a heater under the metal containers with hot food, but it is not turned on, as a result, the eggs, potatoes and other dishes are cold. The buffet is pretty mediocre. There was no running water in the room or in the shower stall. I asked the reception to fix it, and I returned the same thing in the evening. They didn't react at all. On the plus side, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

A wonderful restaurant. Good staff. The location is not central, but good. There is a charging point for electric vehicles in the parking lot. Parking is not a problem, there are many places. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy. I recommend it both with guests from abroad and with family or friends.

5 stars. The hotel was very pleasantly surprised. There is also a swimming pool with sauna even at night! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the breakfasts. For traveling, it is definitely a comfortable place to stop.

A very good place, modern interior, chic restaurant. By the way, the restaurant is worth a visit and just like that - the cuisine is really impressive. It is exquisite and very tasty. A pleasant Turkish steward. Four stars just because of the location. It is extremely difficult to get there on foot or by public transport. However, if desired, you can walk from the Pushkin metro station.

The restaurant at the hotel with very tasty cuisine!
The staff is friendly and attentive! The director of the hotel personally visited the lobby a couple of times and was sincerely interested in whether there were any comments from our side... It's nice that they care.

I recommend it! The new hotel, rooms 409 and 408 are wonderful! The food is delicious, the spa area on weekdays is always just for you. The hotel staff is hospitable and polite in an oriental way.

For relatively little money for Europeans, you get:
1. Very responsive staff, even if something is not included in the price or is not required by the rules, they will score on their rules for the comfort of the guest! Everything is for people)

The hotel is good, but the location is not very good. Just go for a walk, especially in the evening, there is nowhere at all. There is a restaurant downstairs and on the summer terrace it is very noisy until morning, it is impossible to sleep. The pool is great. The rooms are clean and large.
