The rest exceeded expectations! The hotel offers excellent conditions for its price:
1. Excellent food, everything is varied and really delicious! Here we got to fully experience the “All inclusive”
2. Nice beach with a great coral reef!
3. Huge rooms and villas, daily cleaning
4. Access to the bar all day
5. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and even on the beach
6. Decent coffee even in the vending machine, and at the reception they generally make grain coffee and it's also quite excellent.
7. You can fully communicate in Russian, all the staff understands it.
Will there be any disadvantages? Yes, but they're from the "problems of white people" series
- the coffee machine on the beach didn't work for a couple of days.
- sometimes burgers and ice cream ran out on the beach, we had to wait for more to arrive 😂
- the transfer to the beach was sometimes packed with people during peak hours, it wasn't very stressful, it only took 3-4 minutes to drive, but the minibus' vibe was present.
- we were within our capabilities in terms of loading the beach, and this is March, that is, in April, May and autumn there will most likely be a crush at the entrance to the sea, in the transfer, there will definitely not be enough sun beds …
- the territory of the hotel is very drafty, there are not particularly any natural barriers in the form of vegetation, so during a windy period it may not be very comfortable to go and spend time by the pool
- the pressure in the shower is not strong enough, the water is very soft, although in the end the hair was washed and not for so long
- we would prefer to take alcohol from duty free, we didn't really like the local one
- some of the staff members did not always behave respectfully, shouted something, and on the first day they threw a cocktail at the pool bar with the words "we are closed." The hotel staff also constantly talk to each other when interacting with guests, it remains to be hoped that they are not discussing vacationers) but there were a minority of them, mostly everyone is friendly
- Animation. It's intrusive and loud, and the organizers have very ancient ideas about it.… I wanted to chill by the pool, at the hookah bar, but because of the volume of the animation, it was impossible. If it is possible to choose rooms away from the main traffic, then I advise you to do so. But then again, who cares, these entertainments also had an audience)
The most important thing is that during the week it turned out to have a very high-quality rest, mainly due to the organization of rest at the hotel! Therefore, we express our gratitude and will definitely come back again.

We were at the hotel in September. I liked everything very much, cool, beautiful, especially for the first time! But... there is a point in the service staff, namely room cleaning. Upon arrival, everything was clear, everything was enough, they cleaned the first 3 days normally (they left a tip every time), but then something went wrong, they wouldn't give you a towel, they wouldn't put juice on, they wouldn't change the bed, although they asked, and the dust was never wiped in the room... becauseThat's a minus one star. And so everything is cool enough, the territory, food, entertainment, the beach (but it would be possible to open a second pier so that people would not choke on one).
In general, I advise you, for the money that it costs, and keep an eye on the service.

Overall, we liked it!
I will describe the pros and cons briefly.
Positive:
1. Large area
2. Large main pool, there is also relaxation
3. Gym with good exercise equipment and panoramic views

1. The beach is not equipped normally at all, plus you need to take the bus (30 minutes on foot)- there are not enough sunbeds (I advise you to arrive before 09:00 in the morning, otherwise you will take chairs in the bar to put things at least somewhere)

3. The furniture is dirty everywhere (there is not enough sense of cleanliness)

A great hotel, live music is just space, always playing at dinners and at the reception.The food is delicious and varied, for fish lovers there is a new species every day, and squid and octopus and shrimp and crabs.Chefs can make pasta for you with any filling and type of sauce.The rooms are great, clean, and the mini bar is always replenished.We made different figures out of towels.Transfer to and from the sea regularly.The beach is also fully serviced and there are regular lifeguards on site.Vests are provided for children.The sea is amazing, we saw turtles, stingrays,you don't even have to write about the variety of fish. The hotel is very cool. The simplest of the rixos in Egypt, but still very comfortable. Private beach, beach bar. Elite imported alcohol. Beer in cans of Stela and Heineken. Henesi, red label, proseco. Transfer to the beach, TC 2 line. Transfer from 7 a.m., every 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious. A huge villa of 500m2 is always offered without additional payment, but the villas are located on a golf course, far from the whole movement. Decent food, red fish for breakfast, live music at lunch and dinner. There is live music at the reception almost all day. Everything is fine. The kitchen is good. No frills, but very tasty. Meat is cooked perfectly. A large selection of fruits.
The rooms are spacious. The territory is small and this is a plus. I don't like huge hotels.

One disadvantage is the beach. You can't walk. Only by transport.

A lovely cozy hotel, you really feel like dear guests.
Excellent quality food and drinks.
A shuttle bus runs to the beach all the time. It takes 5 minutes to drive.
There is a restaurant, a bar, and an amazing ice cream on the beach.
You can always swim in the sea. The reef is small, there are a lot of fish.
But the rooms are a separate thrill. Large, from 55 m, beautiful, super modern.
There are no special activities for children. But you can go to other riksos for free, where there is only darkness for children. It takes 8 minutes to drive.

If you need a quiet relaxing holiday, then this is the place for you! Delicious, great rooms with high-quality linen and good mattresses and pillows. You need to get to the beach by minibus - it's not problematic, the beach is good, you can eat - it's not bad, you can dive from the pier - the child was happy, the reef is beautiful, lively and long, which was very pleased! There is a transfer to the water park in Rixos Sea Gate - you can spend the whole day there.
There is no entertainment for children in golf - only during the holiday there were inflatable trampolines - the children had fun from the bottom of their hearts, on normal days only disco for 25 minutes is the same thing, so if you have a vacation with children, then you need to think carefully. But for a romantic trip, relaxation travel - you can't think of a better place and the price is still more profitable than other hotels in the chain. In the evenings, dancing, songs, disco - in general, very even.

My love, we had a vacation in October. Gorgeous, delicious, full of delight. The staff is polite, the food is awesome, the sea is super. I fell in love with Egypt, thanks to this hotel. Nice hotel in Charm. But as far as I understand, rixos is only the third place in the network, after sigates and radamis. But the hotel has its own specifics - a huge number of villas and a golf club, a course, classes, etc. (for some it is relevant, but not our case).
Positive:
- they moved to a villa, and some of them are very far from the reception and the restaurant (it's really only possible to ride on bugs, but there are no problems with them, they often drive and it's not a problem to find in the most popular places); ours was # 3 within walking distance of everything;
- the villa is excellent (five bedrooms with bathrooms, a swimming pool, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a guest toilet and two chill zones), spacious, bright, cozy, everything is thought out, beds, a dressing room, etc. - everything is on the level, but if you find fault with the tiles somewhere, dust in places not much in demand and tp. but the pool compensates for everything, and the villa itself 🫶 yes))
- it's quiet, very green, the birds are so cute, even a maze of greenery, cozy, it was moderately crowded in October, but not lonely either;
- the reception staff resolves any issues as quickly as possible: taxi, bug call, cleaning, room service, no complaints)) the restaurant is also friendly, they try, cutlery, drinks from the bar, etc., offer their services, try to do everything quickly and friendly;
Minuses:
- the food is not too diverse, everything seems to be there - meat, vegetables, pasta, pastries, sweets, fruits; but it is worth something not standard (grill and crabs, shrimp) crowds and excitement, but maybe this is not a question for the hotel, but for us guests;
- a table in the restaurant was searched as a rule (lunch is an exception);
- not all the staff is friendly, it feels like some are doing a favor 🤪 after a rich Turkish holiday in good hotels, it's strange (( ( at the same time, I don't mind leaving a couple of tips $ but really, with the exception of two or three waiters in the restaurant, and the caretaker of the villas did not have such a desire).
The beach is 5 minutes by bus from the territory, they drive often, it's not a problem to get there. There were never any sunbeds, but we did not guard, we arrived, bought up from the pantone, dried off and drove back.
The sea, the views, the fish are of course beautiful, but this is not a beach holiday (you swim with a mask and that's it, there's nothing else to do - a cafe with burgers and shawarma if anyone is interested).
Summary; expected more, Rixos still)) but the food and the level of staff were not impressed, the sea and the beach 🏖️ the specifics of Egypt and the Red sea, the villa and the comfort that you get saved the situation 🙏🫶 price/quality ratio - unfortunately it is not worth it next to Turkey and Dubai))
But if there are no claims and excessive expectations, everything is fine)) They decide everything

I really like the hotel! On the third day we decided to change the room closer to the restaurant, the representative from "Fun sun" Ahmet and the representative of the hotel Ashraf immediately solved our problem! Thanks ! The food is modest for rixos , but high - quality and delicious ! Drinks : fresh : guava , mango - suppeeerr !! And what a delicious mess (mango and nats )!!alcoholic beverages : henesi , absolut , chivas - in all bars , without restrictions in quantity and time ! Every day , some kind of performance or show is organized at the highest level with professional groups , animation turns everyone on and invites them , informs them about the upcoming event for the day ! The territory is clean , well maintained ! The room cleaning is good! We go to the sea in the morning, from 7 o'clock to 11:00 .., therefore, there are problems with a place on the beach and going down to the sea

We visited in June 2024 with the most pleasant impressions. Excellent spacious rooms with everything you need, there are few guests, so it is spacious, there are enough places everywhere, you do not need to take anything in advance. The territory is small, but quite sufficient, if you do not have the opportunity and desire to walk, you can always request a golf cart. The food for Egypt is very good, drinks are available, there is imported alcohol, beer, soft drinks are served in individual containers. The beach is two km away, you can walk, but why, if there are several air-conditioned minivans on the route, a maximum of 10 minutes and you are on the beach. The reef, the fish, it's all there. Take masks with you, it is better not to take those provided by the hotel. Towels without cards, sometimes there were not enough in the afternoon, but then they brought them to the sunbed with apologies. Beach bar, snack food. It is not well adapted for holidays with children. It is possible to travel to other Rixos hotels. To sum up, I recommend it, but children will be bored

We just had a rest at this hotel. It doesn't pull at 5+ at all, it's a solid 4. This is not a Rixos at all in terms of service and nutrition. The rooms are large, everything is new, excellent beds, mattresses, all the advantages. The food is very mediocre for the five, the desserts are not delicious, the usual biscuits with different creams. The service was very disappointing. The main restaurant is dirty, the tables are not cleaned hastily, if they are removed, then the serving is not complete. The coffee/tea area is dirty, coffee is spilled, no one cleans up. The plates are often dirty, not washed. The order can be accepted, but not brought. The management of the restaurant goes around, looks at it, as a result, nothing changes. The contingent is Russians, Kazakhs, and a little Europeans. Whether we come back here or not, there are much better hotels.

We had a rest in September 2024. The hotel is good in terms of food, rooms, villas, territory - everything is large and well maintained, but there is a problem with the sea! It's still okay to go to the sea, thank God, cars are driven almost without waiting, but the bathing areas are very small, everyone is pushing around the pier, swearing, hitting each other. When the hotel is fully loaded, the sea is just a crush. They asked the rescuer to put out protective buoys at least a little further into the sea, he pretends that he does not understand. One pier is closed, although it would be possible to launch it and create another swimming area. By evening, the water in the bathing area is dirty. This is a very big disadvantage for a hotel that claims to be 5*, because many people go to Egypt precisely because of the sea. Next time we will go to another hotel, where you can swim in the sea, without swearing that you have touched someone, and without queuing on the stairs to descend into the sea.

A review from a person who came to Egypt for the first time.
Advantages:
1. The hotel is new and modern. Low-rise buildings (no higher than 2 floors) buildings. Excellent sound insulation with the neighbors, we didn't hear anyone. Pleasant beige-green color scheme of the territory, very stylish.
2. The food is clear and simple. Red fish and pomegranate for breakfast, mango for dinner. Fresh mango and strawberry. Bottled drinks (no diluted cola on tap as in Turkey, for example). There are 11 types of drinks in the room at the bar, replenished every day.
3. The room is large, there is a huge bed, there is a dressing area, a lot of storage space. Shower accessories in the form of gel and body cream are very decent (they were not replenished during the rest, the shower gel ran out almost immediately, apparently they did not pour it before us, they were topped up by the end of the rest. But we had everything of our own, we didn't ask for it). The dressing gowns turned out to be out of size (small), when they came up with this question at the reception, it was solved.
4. There are three restaurants on site (free of charge, by appointment). Asian is very decent, tastier than others for our taste. We also booked a table for my birthday, it was a lot of fun. And the table was decorated, and the cake was taken out with the drums. I enjoyed it
5. There is a daily free shuttle service to the rixos seagate water park. We liked it.
6. Rackets and balls are provided for playing tennis, it is almost always free.
7. Daily show program, live music, a bar is functioning nearby, waiters are working. The music is designed for a contingent of 40+, with a touch of retro in all rooms.
8. Swimming pool. There are two large areas, there were no problems with sun beds and places, if there are no free ones, then you can ask the staff to help. Towels are provided without question in any quantity.
9. Delicious ice cream from movenpik.
10. Availability of non-alcoholic cocktails, delicious and beautiful.
11. Extremely pleasant and friendly staff. Most of them speak excellent Russian.
Minuses:
1. A small landscaped area, a lot of unfinished /abandoned / empty. The tennis court looks dull on closer inspection
2. There is little greenery (probably this is the norm for Egypt), there are only two species of birds.
3. Crows. Crows live on the territory, carry food from the tables, soak it in the pool and create a lot of noise and dirt.
4. Mosquitoes and flies (is this the norm for Egypt?). Even in the Maldives, no one has ever been bitten.
5. Flying planes can be heard in the room, animation up to 23.50 is also very audible. Apparently there are no quiet rooms, either earplugs or your activity before midnight are needed.
6. They do not clean the rooms very carefully, although they spend a lot of time. They come haphazardly - one day in the morning, another day in the evening, it is impossible to predict. The algorithm for changing towels is also not clear, they change it even if they did not ask (they did not throw it on the floor), once they left us three large towels (I was glad, there is something to wrap my head with), the next day it was taken away. For 10 nights, the bed was not changed, they gave one duvet cover with a hole (shouldn't rixos keep an eye on this?).
7. There is no coffee machine in the 40 sq.m room, although it was in the photos.
8. The beach line is very small, as is the area allowed for swimming. If the sea is important, then this is not your hotel. It's fussy and cramped. There is a lot of abandoned/destroyed from other hotels around. The view is untidy, ugly of the entire beach area.
9. Dirty toilet by the pool. I came in once and came out, I always went to the room.
10. During the winds, umbrellas are rolled up and there are almost no areas with natural shade around the pool.
11. At the end of our vacation, the peacocks were settled in a pen. It's a very sad story in 2024 to entertain guests like this. Their territory is small, one tiny house for three individuals. At the same time, the ecofrendly hotel.
12. They do not meet their own environmental standards. Towels are changed even if you do not ask, separate waste collection does not include glass, while the tonic that I drank all my vacation was in glass. In a restaurant, plastic water bottles are put in a single container with food waste (that is, they declare, but they do not).
The guide from Anex is pushing extremely hard to buy an excursion - either now or never. At the same time, the Internet is full of information about excursions and their prices. I knew exactly what kind of excursion I wanted and how much it cost, while my husband hesitated whether we would go and at what point of rest. The guide was very insistent that we make a decision right now and on the overprice, which was refused. He intimidated us that our insurance does not work if we do not go from them (why would we if we paid Ingosstrakh for insurance).
But the hotel guide offered the desired tour at the price of the market on the third day of our stay, booked without leaving the sunbed. I liked everything.
We took a personal transfer, but there were no questions about its organization at all. Both were picked up and taken on time, Anex's car was found immediately upon arrival through their representative, I liked everything.
Overall, my score is 4.5 out of 5, as they position themselves higher and more expensive than they actually are. I have identified three fat disadvantages for myself - cleaning, crows and the view of the beach area. Overall, we liked it and would have come back.

Hello everyone. We have just returned from this beautiful hotel. The rest was great. We liked absolutely everything. The food is excellent, there is animation for both children and adults. I would especially like to mention the work of the waiters in the restaurant, they are such good fellows, very friendly and helpful. The sea is gorgeous and the reef is beautiful. I do not know who is missing what, I consider it quibbles. We came to relax and thank you to the Rixos Golf Villas team for our wonderful vacation.

I really liked the hotel: good rooms, luxurious beds and mattresses (linen is changed every day), the food is delicious, varied; Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, there is a tennis court, gym, spa, squash court, mini football, souvenir shop on site. Minibuses go to the beach-comfortable, new ones. You can use the bracelet to ride all over the Rixos grid-you were at the seagate water park-a lot of impressions. We had a rest from October 19 to 29 as part of a family-two adults, two children. We booked two rooms, offered a villa upon arrival, of course we agreed. Subsequently, they regretted it a little because when staying in the villa, a lot of rest time is spent on the road. When the hotel is densely populated, golf carts have to wait a long time, and it's a long way to walk. Our villa had a sea view on one side, across the wasteland))). There was an unpleasant smell in several bathrooms of the villa and the rain shower did not work. They did not call the reception. The light with the fan was constantly on, it saved from the smell. The territory of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The minibar was replenished with drinks all the time, but nuts and chips were only on call for some reason. The food is excellent, beyond praise, the service is good, the staff is trying very hard. A huge disadvantage of the hotel is strong alcohol-in all bars, some kind of stuff is poured into beautiful bottles, sometimes whiskey diluted with water was brought. Not serious for Rixos. This is a huge disadvantage. It would be better not to declare that they have imported alcohol included. Wine, champagne is normal. We went to Radomir and Sighate (you can take the bus for free, or you can take a taxi yourself). If you are eating by yourself, you need to warn the security at the hotel that you are eating at another hotel and they will warn you of your arrival. The beach is beautiful (it takes about five minutes by minibus from the hotel), the reef is good, there have always been sun beds, but we saw that sometimes people were looking for a place for a long time. There is no entertainment in the hotel for both adults and children, there are practically none. The hotel is purely for a relaxing and relaxing holiday. In general, it will do, but the deception of the hotel with alcohol repels subsequent visits to Rixos in Egypt.
And a little more off the topic of the Hotel. The charm is dirty, there are a lot of unfinished buildings and some vacant lots. There are Chinese goods in the shops, nothing good. On departure from the airport, we were given some kind of nightmare with a bunch of checks of things, stamps, passports (passport check at the entrance, checking things with undressing and search before check-in, check-in (see below), passport control, checking the stamp on the passport after passport control, another check with undressing and search, checking things and a metal detector search in front of the waiting room, checking the stamps in the passport before boarding the bus to the plane). Of the declared three check-in counters, 1 worked, the baggage belt did not work, the checked-in passengers put their suitcases along the queue of unregistered passengers. I've never seen such trash anywhere. To lose 4 hours of your life on all sorts of controls is a tin.

We arrived at the airport around 7:40 a.m. We were already at the hotel at 9:00. We were greeted with welcome drinks, and while we were being processed, the bartender brought freshly squeezed juices: strawberry, guava, mango (there is also orange) . Incredibly delicious, we couldn't tear ourselves away from them all the rest.
They settled us almost immediately, waited for 15 minutes. The room was taken by golf car.

Number 1406. We had a presidential two-room suite. To say that the room is gorgeous is to say nothing. The bed is huge, the mattress is very comfortable, the pillows are also great. We were greeted with a welcome gift - a plate of fruits, nuts and Turkish delight.
The room has everything: A kettle, coffee, tea, soap and soap accessories (a razor with foam, a running brush with paste, hand soap, a bath cap, etc.).
Minibar: 2 types of juices, cola, sprite, fanta, beer, plain water, carbonated water. We put 2 packs of chips every day.
The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. They also always contain shampoo, balm, and shower gel.
The cleaning is good. Sometimes they forgot to report any supplies or a towel, but the issue was resolved with one call to the reception. So it wasn't a problem for us.
The renovation in the rooms is very beautiful, everything is new, clean, attractive.

The territory of the hotel is huge, but it is huge due to the large number of single-storey buildings. All the basic things you will need during your vacation are located in the very center: a restaurant, a la carte, a swimming pool, a bar, a shopping mall, a gym.
It's not much to go to all the places, but in the summer in extreme heat, of course, it's very difficult, but the problem is also solved by the fact that you are taken to any place by a golf car. You can call directly from the room, in a minute he will be standing and waiting for you. The territory is very green and beautiful, you feel very calm and not a measured pace of life. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory: 1 activity, 2, children's, 3 relaxation. There is also a pool bar, a panorama bar next to the restaurant and an Irish pab. There is also a bar at the reception, on the beach and in the restaurant.
Food:
We went to the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and had lunch on the beach. There is a huge variety of food in the restaurant for breakfast: Soups, porridges, pancakes, waffles, vegetables, cheeses, omelets, fruits, cereals, toasts, red fish and much more.
Dinner: every day there is something new, constantly different seafood, shrimp, octopus, squid, different fish, meat, lots of desserts, vegetables, fruits, ice cream. We enjoyed the gastronomy every day.
Lunch on the beach:
There's food on the menu. Lots of snacks, pizza, pasta, soups, salads. Chicken soup on the beach sunk into my heart🫶🏻
The restaurant also has food for nursing mothers, for vegetarians and a children's mini-restaurant.
Beach:
Small minibuses go to the beach, depart from the place next to the main restaurant, they never waited for them, they always stood when we approached. It takes 3 minutes to get to the beach with air conditioning.
The beach is beautiful, the reef is generally fantastic.
Many people have already written about the stairs. It was not stressful for us, but if there is a wheelchair or a child in a wheelchair, then it will be difficult to get down. We always managed to find sun beds, even when we arrived late. The entrance to the sea is from a pontoon, but on the sides of it there is a passage where you can splash or sit, but it's shallow there - you can't swim normally.
The only disadvantage that was noticed on the beach is the ladder on the pontoon when entering the sea. A lot of people can get up and stand and not go in/out in any way. You can put a second ladder, one for entry, the second for exit. Many more jump from the pontoon actually on your head, since there is not a lot of swimming space, it is problematic to sail somewhere. This situation can be corrected by restoring the second pontoon. Allow jumping on one, and forbid it on the other) Everything else is great.
A la carte:
The hotel has 3 a la carte restaurants. Turkish, Italian, Asian. You can watch all the dishes and menus in our video. They also named the most delicious a-l card!
Animation:
The hotel is not a party place. It's definitely not worth going there to hang out or take children here. They have nothing to do here. The hotel is for those who want to luxuriously relax in peace, have a delicious meal and reboot.
Despite this, the animation is still present. Activities such as water polo and water aerobics often take place in the pool. There was a foam party. In the evening, at 21:30, a dancing show begins, very interesting and beautiful.
Additions:
We go to rixos seagate, the bus takes you free of charge from our hotel at 10:00, picks you up at 17:00. We didn't like it at all… Our hotel is much better. Sooo many people, the water park is really big, but there are only 3 steep and extreme slides there. Although of course more children will come. On the slides, you can roll down either from cheesecakes or from mats, which never exist :) If one is free, then by the time you reach it, it will be quickly taken away. Rixos, I think that a hotel of this level can afford to buy equipment for a water park. Their beach is really beautiful, but that's it. Go to the beach by 3 buses and still walk. The first bus just stops you in some wasteland, and no one knows where to go next. It turns out that in this place you need to wait for another bus, and from the sea another one that will take you to the end of the pier to be able to swim. It is very difficult to wait for this golf cart on the pier for 15 minutes in the heat. You will not come in from the shore, sharp stones and boiling water, since it is 2 cm. I rested in hotels of a lower class, but I have not met such a "hospitality". Today, resting for the 5th day, I came to dinner, asked to clean up and set the table... To this, after 5 minutes, when I returned, I saw a tablecloth and a tomato left by other visitors and, of course, I searched for the appliances myself and cleaned the table partially for others. Then she asked to bring pink champagne, but after a while, the waiter, who seemingly serves every evening, brought the usual one! A trifle! But... Not for this class of hotel. The staff on the basques (small buses) are even more friendly and attentive. At the same time, if you are going to have a positive rest, please note that there is no animation at all. Small evenings of classical music and that's it! In a week, I realized that it was too boring. It's good for those who are over 80 years old at heart. The food is a large selection, but monotonous. There are no elementary holidays like "Egyptian Night" with national characteristics. On the beach, going out, you can put at least a shower or some kind of container, so as not to drag sand into the bus and room! In general, look :If you need peace and quiet, then come here... The best hotel from the Rixos chain in Sharm el-Sheikh. Spacious rooms of unusual format. We also took a villa with a private pool, this is a completely different level of recreation. The beach is not close, but minibuses run from the hotel every 15 minutes. Recreation is for the lazy, you may not go at all, there are many golf carts on the territory. The food is good, but after 12 everything "falls asleep" and the nearest place to eat is a McDonald's across the street.
